Among comparison sorts, no algorithm excels a current set lower bound of O(nlogn) in operation. Quicksort, the fastest of its kind, has a complexity of O(nlogn) at its best and on average and $O(n^2)$ at worst. This paper thus presents two methods: first is an O(n+k) simple counting sort which operates much more speedily than an O(n+k), (k=maximum value) counting sort, and second is an O(ln) radix counting sort which counts the frequency of numbers in the digit l of a data and saves it in a corresponding virtual bucket in an array, only to virtually divide the array into radix digit numbers. For the 6 experimental data, the proposed algorithm makes O(nlogn) or $O(n^2)$ of Quicksort simple into O(n+k) or O(ln). After all, the proposed sorting algorithm has proved to be much faster than the counting sort and Quicksort.
A modified sol-gel method and $N_2$-plasma treatment were used to prepare bulk and surface doped N-$TiO_2$, respectively. XRD, TEM, UV-vis spectroscopy, $N_2$ adsorption, Elemental Analyzer, Photoluminescence, and XP spectra were used to characterize the prepared $TiO_2$ samples. The N doping did not change the phase composition and particle sizes of $TiO_2$ samples, but increased the visible light absorption. The photocatalytic activities were tested in the degradation of an aqueous solution of a reactive dyestuff, methylene blue, under visible light. The photocatalytic activity of surface doped N-$TiO_2$ prepared by $N_2$-plasma was much higher than that of bulk doped N-$TiO_2$ prepared by sol-gel method. The possible mechanism for the photocatalysis was proposed.

In this study, the magnetic properties for Ni-Zn ferrite were investigated as the function of $Co_3$$O_4$ additive contents which was predicted to improve the resonance frequency. Toroid specimens with the composition of N $i_{0.8-x}$Z $n_{0.2+x}$F $e_2$$O_4$(x = 0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15) ferrites were preparation by conventional ceramic processing technique. The maximum resonance frequency of 19.905 MHz and the permeability of 90.88 in 10 MHz were attained to the N $i_{0.8}$Z $n_{0.2}$F $e_2$$O_4$with $Co_3$$O_4$0.3 wt%. Both of the permeability in 10 MHz and the resonance increased to 107.11 and 19.005 MHz respectively for the N $i_{0.8}$Z $n_{0.2}$F $e_2$$O_4$with $Co_3$$O_4$wt% than the N $i_{0.8}$Z $n_{0.2}$F $e_2$$O_4$/ with the free $Co_3$$O_4$composition.composition.
The phase relations and microstructure appeared at 1700℃ in a system of Si3N4-Al2O3-SiO2 were studied. The samples were pressurelessly sintered at 1700℃ for 1hr and reheated at 1600℃ for 1hr under nitrogen atmosphere. The compounds formed were identified by X-ray diffraction method and the microstrues were observed by SEM. The stable phases appeared in this system were X-phase, Si2ON2, β'-Si3N4 and Mullite. From the results of those experiments, it was concluded that the X-phase has very close composition to that proposed by G, K. Layden, Si3Al6O12N2. SEM photographs showed that Si2ON2 was a plate phase and X-phase was a rectagular plate phase.
$TiO_2$ powders were synthesized via hydrolysis reaction of titanium n-propoxide in n-propanol solvent and the reaction rates were studied by use of UV-vis spectroscopic method. Concentration of water, reaction temperature, reaction time and acid-base effects of the solution were investigated to determine the optimum conditions for $TiO_2$ powder synthesis. The reaction were controlled to proceed to pseudo-first orders reaction in the presence of excess water in n-propanol solvent. The rate constants which varied with temperature and concentration of water were calculated by Guggenheim method. Reaction using $D_2O$ was also carried out to determine the catalytic character of water. $TiO_2$ powders were synthesized only in the neutral and basic solution and those were almost spheric forms having average particle size of $0.4-0.7{\mu}m$ diameter. Particle size decreased with increasing concentration of water and reaction temperature, however, increased with increasing reaction time. Associative $S_N2$ mechanism for the hydrolysis was proposed from the data of n-value in the transition state and thermodynamic parameter. $D_2O$ solvent isotope effect showed that $H_2O$ molecules reacted as nucleophilic catalysis.

Nitrogen fertilizers, hairy vetch, and slow-release complex fertilizers were applied to the soil during the cultivation of crops. The impact of these factors on $N_2O$ emission was quantitatively assessed and the GHGs reduction effect comprehensively evaluated. Among the three factors, the significant factors affecting $N_2O$ emission were mineral nitrogen>soil moisture>temperature. Yield and fertilizer utilization efficiency were highest in the slow-release complex fertilizer treatment. There was no significant difference in $N_2O$ emissions between the slow-release complex fertilizer treatments and the NPK+hairy vetch treatments. Comprehensive results showed that slow-release complex fertilizers treatment has high yield and fertilizer utilization efficiency but low $N_2O$ emission.
This study presents the effect of hydraulic retention time (HRT) on the characteristics of emission of three major greenhouse gases (GHGs) including $CH_4$, $CO_2$ and $N_2O$ during operation of a sequencing batch reactor for aerobic oxidation of methane with denitrification (AeOM-D SBR). Dissolved $N_2O$ concentration increased, leveled-off and slightly decreased as the HRT increased from 0.25 to 1d. Concentration of the dissolved $N_2O$ was higher at the shorter HRT, which was highly associated with the lowered C/N ratio. A longer HRT resulted in a higher C/N ratio with a sufficient carbon source produced by methanotrophs via methane oxidation, which provided a favorable condition for reducing $N_2O$ formation. With a less formation of the dissolved $N_2O$, $N_2O$ emission rate was lower at a longer HRT condition due to the lower C/N ratio. Opposite to the $N_2O$ emission, emission rates of $CH_4$ and $CO_2$ were higher at a longer HRT. Longer HRT resulted in the greater total GHGs emission as $CO_2$ equivalent which was doubled when the HRT increased from 0.5d to 1.0 d. Contribution of $CH_4$ onto the total GHGs emission was most dominant accounting for 98 - 99% compared to that of $N_2O$ (< 2%).
In this study, $MgO-CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2$ (MCAS) nanocomposite glass powder having a mean particle size of 50 nm and a specific surface area of $40m^2/g$ is used as a sintering additive for AlN ceramics. Densification behaviors and thermal properties of AlN with 5 wt% MCAS nano-glass additive are investigated. Dilatometric analysis and isothermal sintering of AlN-5wt% MCAS compact demonstrates that the shrinkage of the AlN specimen increases significantly above $1,300^{\circ}C$ via liquid phase sintering of MCAS additive, and complete densification could be achieved after sintering at $1,600^{\circ}C$, which is a reduction in sintering temperature by $200^{\circ}C$ compared to conventional $AlN-Y_2O_3$ systems. The MCAS glass phase is satisfactorily distributed between AlN particles after sintering at $1,600^{\circ}C$, existing as an amorphous secondary phase. The AlN specimen attained a thermal conductivity of $82.6W/m{\cdot}K$ at $1,600^{\circ}C$.
Paper electrophoretic separation of octahedrally bonded (Ruc $l_{6}$ )$^{3-}$ has been carried out by using the specially designed migration apparatus. The supporting electrolyte solutions are as follows: 0.1M-HCl $O_4$, 0.05 M-HCl+0.09M-KCl, 0.1M-HCl, 5$\times$10$^{-3}$ M-NTA, 0.01M-HCl, 0.01M-HCl $O_4$, 0.01M-citric acid, 0.01M-K $H_2$P $O_4$+0.01M-N $a_2$HP $O_4$, 0.05M-borax, 0.025M-N $a_2$C $O_3$+0.025M-NaHC $O_3$, 0.01M-N $a_3$P $O_4$, 0.01M-NaOH and 0.1 M-NaOH. The (Ruc $l_{6}$ )$^{3-}$ appears in 2 to 4 peaks and is found in several chemical species such as (RuCl ($H_2O$)$_{5}$ )$^{2+}$, cis and trans (RuC $l_2$($H_2O$)$_4$)$^{1+}$, (RuC $l_3$($H_2O$)$_3$)$^{0}$ , (RuC $l_4$($H_2O$)$_2$)$^{1-}$, (RuC $l_{5}$ ($H_2O$))$^{2-}$ and (RuC $l_{6}$ )$^{3-}$. The retention value has been found to be highest in the 0.025M-N $a_2$C $O_3$+0.025M-NaHC $O_3$ electrolyte solution.n.
The effects of SiO2 MnO2 and sintering atmospheres (O2, N2) on the piezoelectric properties and densification behaviors of Pb0.98Cd0.02Zr0.36Ti0.39Ni0.083Nb0.167O3 were investigated. The addition of SiO2 to the system enhanced the rate of densification but supressed the rate of grain growth. On the other hand the addition of MnO2 to the system did not nearly affect the rate of densification but increased slightly the rate of grain growth The densification of Pb0.98Cd0.02Zr0.36Ti0.39Ni0.083Nb0.167O3 containing of SiO2 or MnO2 was promoted with increasing the partial pressure of O2. The relative dielectric constant ($\varepsilon$r) and piezoelectric constant (d33) of Pb0.98Cd0.02Zr0.36Ti0.39Ni0.083Nb0.167O3 containing of SiO2 or MnO2 sintered under O2 atmosphere were higher than under N2 atmosphere. Whereas the mechanical quality factor (Qm) of specimens sintered under O2 atmosphere were lower than under N2 atmosphere. Thus the sintering atmosphere of O2 and N2 in Pb0.98Cd0.02Zr0.36Ti0.39Ni0.083Nb0.167O3 containing of SiO2 or MnO2 acted as donor and acceptor respectively. As the amount of SiO2 increased the relative dielectric constant ($\varepsilon$r) and piezoelectric constant (d33) of Pb0.98Cd0.02Zr0.36Ti0.39Ni0.083Nb0.167O3 but the mechanical quality factor (Qm) did not nearly change, In the case of the addition of MnO2 to the system the relative dielectric constant ($\varepsilon$r) and piezoelectric constant (d33) of Pb0.98Cd0.02Zr0.36Ti0.39Ni0.083Nb0.167O3 sintered under O2 atmosphere decreased rapidly with increasing the amount of MnO2 but they were unchanged with increasing the amount of MnO2 under N2 sintering atmosphere. Therefore the differences of the relative dielect-ric constant ($\varepsilon$r) and piezoelectric constant (d33) due to sintering atmosphere were diminished as the amount of MnO2 increased.
