Human papillomavirus (HPV) is responsible for one of the most frequent sexually transmitted infections. The first phylogenetic analysis was based on a LCR region fragment. Nowadays, 4 variants are known: African (Af-1, Af-2), Asian-American (AA) and European (E). However the existence of sub-lineages of the European variant havs been proposed, specific mutations in the E6 and LCR sequences being possibly related to persistent viral infections. The aim of this study was a phylogenetic study of HPV16 sequences of endocervical samples from C${\acute{o}}$rdoba, in order to detect the circulating lineages and analyze the presence of mutations that could be correlated with malignant disease. The phylogenetic analysis determined that 86% of the samples belonged to the E variant, 7% to AF-1 and the remaining 7% to AF-2. The most frequent mutation in LCR sequences was G7521A, in 80% of the analyzed samples; it affects the binding site of a transcription factor that could contribute to carcinogenesis. In the E6 sequences, the most common mutation was T350G (L83V), detected in 67% of the samples, associated with increased risk of persistent infection. The high detection rate of the European lineage correlated with patterns of human migration. This study emphasizes the importance of recognizing circulating lineages, as well as the detection of mutations associated with high-grade neoplastic lesions that could be correlated to the development of carcinogenic lesions.

본 연구에서는 ETAG 027에서 제시하는 수직낙하실험법을 이용하여 100 kJ 낙석에너지를 포획할 수 있는 유연성 와이어로 낙석방지울타리에 대한 성능검증을 실시하였다. 유연성 와이어로프는 스프링과 와이어로프로 구성된 탄성력 증진 로프로서 와이어로프보다 탄성늘음이 향상되어 낙석과 와이어로프와의 접촉시간을 인위적으로 증가시켜 낙석 충격력 경감효과를 유발하고 낙석에너지 흡수효과 또한 향상시켰다. 9.8 kN의 콘크리트 공시체를 낙석방지울타리 상단 10.5 m 높이에서 자유낙하시켜 102.9 kJ의 낙석에너지를 낙석방지울타리에 가한 후 지주거동을 분석한 결과, 지주는 소성비틀림이 발생하였으며 탄성회복 후 최종변형량은 1.15 m로 ETAG 027에서 제시하는 기준인 2.0 m 이하의 결과가 제시되어 유연성 와이어로프 낙석방지울타리는 102.9 kJ의 낙석에너지를 성공적으로 흡수 가능한 것으로 확인되었다.

e-AIRS, an abbreviation of 'e-Science Aerospace Integrated Research System,' is a virtual organization supporting CFD(computational fluid dynamics) simulations, remote experimental service, and collaborative and integrative study between computation and experiment. e-AIRS works on the e-Science environment and research process is accomplished through the web portal. By the system development since 2005, a stable education system with the full support on fluid dynamics is successfully established and utilized to various fluid dynamic lectures in universities. By using e-AIRS system during a lecture, students can conduct the full CFD simulation process on the web and inspect the wind tunnel experiment via Access Grid. This kind of interactive lecture makes students to have a deeper understanding on the physics of fluid, as well as the characteristics of numerical techniques. The current paper will describe system components of e-AIRS and its utilization on education.

We present accurate analytical solutions of the lineshapes of birefringence (rotation) and dichroism (absorption) spectroscopy for a circular anisotropic medium composed of atoms of the transition $J_g=0{\rightarrow}J_e=1$. The susceptibility of a weak probe beam was analytically calculated and was averaged over a Maxwell-Boltzmann velocity distribution. The lineshapes of the two spectroscopies were then presented in analytical forms at arbitrary values of the linewidths of the inhomogeneous (Doppler) broadening and the homogeneous (natural) broadening of the atoms.

본 연구에서는 수컷 랫드에 DEHP를 투여하여 실험적으로 생식 독성을 유발하고, vitamin E와 catechin을 단독 및 병용 투여하여 수컷 랫드에서 정소의 조직학적 변화, 정액 특성의 변화 및 정자의 운동성 변화 등을 조사하여 그 예방 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. DEHP를 투여한 군은 대조군에 비해 정자농도, 정자 생존율, 정상 정자율이 감소하였다. DEHP에 의한 생식 독성을 예방하기 위해 vitamin E와 catechin을 단독 또는 병행 투여한 결과, DEHP를 투여한 군에 비하여 정자 농도, 정자 생존율, 정상 정자율이 증가하였다. 이러한 결과를 종합해 볼 때, catechin과 vitamin E의 투여는 DEHP에 의한 생식 독성을 예방하는 효과가 있는 것으로 사료된다.

In this paper we describe the fault detection methods in a Dual-Redundant Power Controller(DRPC) for Control Rod Control System(CRCS). The DRPC has the function of fault detection for controller itself and power modules. And in this paper we have described the some complex items out of fault detection methods for CRCS. By utilizing the suggested methods, we are convinced that these methods are applied to commercial use before long.

In this paper we describe the design of a Dual-Redundant Power Controller(DRPC) for Control Rod Control System(CRCS). The CRCS also provides information regarding rod motion, rod position, and status of the Rod Control System. It has Hot/Stand-by type, and also has the function of fault detection for controller itself and power modules. We have implemented the various functions with the dual-redundant Power Controller. Due to the developed DRPC, we are assured that the commmecial use by this controller be made before long.

경남 진주 소재 대형유통매장에서 유통경과일자가 비슷하고 인지도가 상대적으로 높은 5개 회사 제품(Ha, E, H, J, P)의 냉장돈육 목심을 구매하여 과도한 지방과 결체조직을 제거한 후 육질 분석을 실시하였다. 일반성분은 지방 함량이 높은 처리구들이 수분함량이 낮게 나타났으며 Ha와 H 브랜드 돈육은 정상육의 pH를 나타내었으며, P 브랜드 돈육은 PSE육에 다소 가까웠으며, E와 J 브랜드 돈육은 PSE 육으로 판단되었다. pH가 낮은 브랜드육들이 가열감량이 높게, 보수력은 낮게 나타났다. E 브랜드육의 $L^{\ast}$값이 가장 높게 나타났으며 Ha와 H 브랜드육의 $L^{\ast}$값은 다른 브랜드육에 비해 낮게 나타났다. $a^{\ast}$값은 Ha, H, J 브랜드육이 높게 나타났으며, $b^{\ast}$값은 Ha와 P 브랜드육이 낮게 나타났다. Ha와 J 브랜드육이 관능검사에서 전반적으로 높게 나타났으며, 지방산 조성은 J 브랜드 돈육이 포화 지방산의 함량이 높게, 다가 불포화지방산 함량은 낮게 나타났다. 또한 E 브랜드 돈육의 linoleic acid(Cl8:2)와 arachidonic acid(C20:4) 함량은 다른 브랜드 돈육보다 높게 나타났다.

Let γ⁽ⁿ⁾ ≡ {γ_ij} (0 ≤ i+j ≤ 2n, |i-j| ≤ n) be a sequence in the complex number set ℂ and let E (n) be the Embry truncated moment matrices corresponding from γ⁽ⁿ⁾. For an odd number n, it is known that γ⁽ⁿ⁾ has a rank E (n)-atomic representing measure if and only if E(n) ≥ 0 and E(n) admits a flat extension E(n + 1). In this paper we suggest a related problem: if E(n) is positive and nonsingular, does E(n) have a flat extension E(n + 1)? and give a negative answer in the case of E(3). And we obtain some necessary conditions for positive and nonsingular matrix E (3), and also its sufficient conditions.

In this study, the J-Resistance Curve and material tearing modulus of SA508-C3 steel, which is one of the used nuclear pressure vessel steel, are measured ar room temperature, $200^{circ}C$ and $300^{circ}C$ according to load ratio analysis and ASTM E813, ASTM E1152, respectively. It is observed that J-R curve and Tmat value decrease as the temperature level increase. Applicability of $T_j$ proposed by Paris et al as instability parameter for ductile material is investigated. It is concluded that results are the $T_j$ parameter may be used as a crack instability parameter.
