The ethanolic extracts of marine green, brown and red algae collected from Karachi coasts of Arabian Sea afforded a new enol-derivative of N-acylsphingosine named as coelarthenol (1) from Coelarthrum muelleri, two new glucose-derivatives named: botryenal (2) and botryenol (3) from Botryocladia leptopoda, ${\alpha}-tocopherol$ quinone (4) from Codium iyengarii, ${\beta}-sitosterol$ and hexadecanoic acid from Stokeyia indica. The known constituents (4, ${\beta}-sitosterol$ & hexadecanoic acid) have not been reported so far from their corresponding sources and the structures were determined through spectroscopic methods, whereas, the structures of new constituents (1-3) were elucidated with the aid of selective HMBC experiments. The phytotoxicity of 4 was also monitored.

This study was undertaker to observe the longitudinal change by orthodontic treatment for early Class III malocclusion in primary and mixed dentition. Cephalometric roentgenograms of 8 children with Class III malocclusion obtained during activator therapy were measured and compared with those obtained before activator therapy. The following results were observed. During treatment with activator; 1. The maxilla became retrueded in A,C,E, and K and protruded in F, G, H, and J. 2. The mandible became retruded in A,C,E, and F and F and protruded in H and J. No difference was observed in G and K. 3. Gonial angle became reduced in A,C,E,F, and K and increased in H. No difference was observed in G and J. 4. The steepness of mandibular plane became reduced in C,E,F,G,H, and J and increased in A. No difference was observed in K. 5. The inclination of upper incisor became more labially in A,C,E,G,H,J, and K. No difference was observed in F. 6. The inclination of lower incisor became more lingually in all cases.

급변하는 사회 환경과 기술 변화에 적응하기 위해 평생 교육에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며 이러한 욕구를 충족시키기 위한 새로운 개념의 e-러닝 기술에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행중이다. 또한 기존의 단순한 정보 전달 수준을 뛰어 넘어 학습자가 직접 참여하고 체험할 수 있는 고품질의 인터랙티브 e-러닝 콘텐츠에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있다. 본 고에서는 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 증강 현실 학습 기술, 가상현실 학습 기술, 시뮬레이션 학습 기술, 맞춤형 학습 기술 등 e-러닝 요소 기술 개발 현황에 대해 살펴보고 관련 기술 동향을 분석한다. 또한 e-러닝 기술 관련 표준화 동향에 대해서도 살펴본다.

It is certain that the power qualify will be very important at 21 century. Especially instant power shortage or power fault will occur serious problems. Accordingly stable power supplication is very technical problem. There are many way to make stable supplication as auxiliary generator, but this is long time delay complement. To solve this problem the superconducting magnetic energy storage is introduced. High Tc superconductor is more commercial.

In a situation where applications determine business competitiveness, they cannot respond to varying customer requirements without the cloud's flexibility and scalability. Companies have begun seeking ways to enjoy the advantages of the cloud fully, and the concept of "Cloud Native" is emerging as a solution to the problem. Cloud Native is now a target of interest in the market. Microservice and serverless functions can play a vital role in cloud-native architecture. Microservice arranges applications into various independent services, each offering certain functionality through mutual networking. eBPF is attracting attention as a cloud-native networking solution that quickly supports microservice features that repeat creation/deletion. This study identifies the characteristics of eBPF-based networking and evaluates cloud-native networking and secure networking using eBPF.

Adenosine deaminase gene from Nocardioides sp. J-326TK was cloned by polymerase chain reaction using primers (PI, PII and PIII) constructed from the highly conserved amino acid sequences among Escherichia coli, mouse and human. A PCR product of about 800bp, as expected from the sequence of E. coli adenosine deaminase gene, was obtained from Nocardioides sp. J-326TK chromosomal DNA double-digested with EcoRI and Pst I. DNA sequencing of the PCR product after cloning into pT7Blue T-vector shows 99.5% and 98.9% homologies in nucleotide and amino acid sequences, respectively, with the E. coli adenosine deaminase whereas 59.5% and 46.8% homologies with the human adenosine deaminase, indicating the evolutionarily relationship of these organisms.
