Given an n-length text T over a $\sigma$-size alphabet, we present a compressed representation of T which supports retrieving queries of rank/select/access and updating queries of insert/delete. For a measure of compression, we use the empirical entropy H(T), which defines a lower bound nH(T) bits for any algorithm to compress T of n log $\sigma$ bits. Our representation takes this entropy bound of T, i.e., nH(T) $\leq$ n log $\sigma$ bits, and an additional bits less than the text size, i.e., o(n log $\sigma$) + O(n) bits. In compressed space of nH(T) + o(n log $\sigma$) + O(n) bits, our representation supports O(log n) time queries for a log n-size alphabet and its extension provides O(($1+\frac{{\log}\;{\sigma}}{{\log}\;{\log}\;n}$) log n) time queries for a $\sigma$-size alphabet.

Let γ⁽ⁿ⁾ ≡ {γ_ij} (0 ≤ i+j ≤ 2n, |i-j| ≤ n) be a sequence in the complex number set ℂ and let E (n) be the Embry truncated moment matrices corresponding from γ⁽ⁿ⁾. For an odd number n, it is known that γ⁽ⁿ⁾ has a rank E (n)-atomic representing measure if and only if E(n) ≥ 0 and E(n) admits a flat extension E(n + 1). In this paper we suggest a related problem: if E(n) is positive and nonsingular, does E(n) have a flat extension E(n + 1)? and give a negative answer in the case of E(3). And we obtain some necessary conditions for positive and nonsingular matrix E (3), and also its sufficient conditions.

광 수신기를 전자 논리 소자에 집적하기 위하여 발생되는 여러 문제점들을 개선하기 위하여 a-Si:H p-i-n 구조를 사용하여 CMOS IC위에 비정질 광 수신기를 제작하였다. 비정질 물질인 a-Si:H을 도입함으로써 PECVD와 같이 저온 공정을 진행하는 장비를 사용할 수 있도록 하여 이미 제작된 IC의 특성이나 구조 특히 금속 배선을 파괴하지 않으면서 집적할 수 있게 하였다. CMOS IC 위에 제작된 비정질 p-i-n 광 수신기는 양호한 순방향 전압 특성을 가지고 있었으며 누설 전류는 약 0.1$\mu\textrm{A}$ 정도, 항복 전압 -20V 이하의 특성을 보였다. 또한 레이저 다이오드 광 신호에 대한 광 수신기의 광 반응 특성을 실험하여 광 신호 검출을 조사함으로써 1V 이하의 작은 전압 스위칭을 통하여 광 검출의 On/Off를 제어할 수 있음을 관찰하였다. 이러한 특성을 이용하면 현재 광 도파로에서 빛 신호를 스위칭 하거나 modulation 할 때 발생하는 고전압 관련 문제점들을 해결할 수 있기 때문에 광 스위치로도 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 생각되며 나아가서는 광 interconnection에 매우 유용할 것으로 사료된다.

$25^{\circ}C$의 순수 물 및 n-부탄올 수용액(0.1 M, 0.2 M 및 0.3 M)에서 양이온 계면활성제인 trimethyltetradecylammonium bromide (TTAB)와 비이온 계면활성제인 polyoxyethylene (23) lauryl ether (Brij 35)의 혼합계면활성제의 임계미셀농도 (CMC)와 반대이온의 결합상수값(B)을 TTAB의 겉보기 몰분율(${\alpha}_1$)의 함수로서 전도도법과 표면장력계법으로 측정하였다. 이와 같이 측정한 CMC 값에 비이상적 혼합미셀화 모델을 적용함으로써 여러 가지 열역학적 함수값($X_i$, ${\gamma}_i$, $C_i$, ${a_i}^M$, ${\beta}$ 및 ${\Delta}H_{mix}$)들을 계산하고 분석하였다. 또한 TTAB/Brij 35 혼합계면활성제의 미셀화에 미치는 n-부탄올의 농도에 따른 열역학 함수값들의 변화를 측정하고 분석하였다.

A two commodity continuous review inventory system with independent Poisson processes for the demands is considered in this paper. The maximum inventory level for the i-th commodity fixed as $S_i$(i = 1,2). The net inventory level at time t for the i-th commodity is denoted by $I_i(t),\;i\;=\;1,2$. If the total net inventory level $I(t)\;=\;I_1(t)+I_2(t)$ drops to a prefixed level s $[{\leq}\;\frac{({S_1}-2}{2}\;or\;\frac{({S_2}-2}{2}]$, an order will be placed for $(S_{i}-s)$ units of i-th commodity(i=1,2). The probability distribution for inventory level and mean reorders and shortage rates in the steady state are computed. Numerical illustrations of the results are also provided.

The optically-gated p-i-n diode switches have been fabricated with gold-compensated silicon. The turn-on and turn-off delay times and the rise and fall times were measured as a function of optical power level, bias, and pulse width. The turn-on characteristics shows a strong dependence an optical pulse power and a delay time(${\delta}{\iota}$) between two pulses, but a weak dependence on the width of optical pulse. Actually there is no turn-off delay in gold-doped p-i-n switches and the fall time is negligible.

페로센 카르복시알데히드와 1,2-diaminocyclohexane을 2:1로 반응시켜 키랄 리간드 L(L=N,N'-cyclohexane bis(ferrocenylmethylene)amine)을 합성하고 이를 구리와 반응시켜 새로운 구리 착물을 합성하였다. 이 착물들을 확인하고 비대칭 유기 합성반응에 촉매로 사용하였다. 구리(II) 착물들은 스티렌과 에틸디아조아세테이트와의 시클로프로판화 반응에서 촉매작용을 하지 않았으나 구리(I)화합물, Cu(I)LOTf (OTf=trifluoromethanesulfonate)는 시클로프로판 생성물 trans:cis의 비율에 있어 80:20 이상의 높은 regioselectivity를 보였다.

PV (photovoltaic) has becoming an important industry to invest due to its high robustness and require very little maintenance which goes a long time. Solar cell fabrication involves a few critical processes such as doping to make the N-type and P-type silicon, contact metallization, surface texturization, and anti-reflection coatings. Anti-reflection coating is a kind of surface passivation which ensures the stability, and efficiency of the solar cell. Thus, I will focus on the changes happen to the solar cell due to the reflectance and anti-reflection coating by PC1D. By using the PC1D (solar cell simulation program), I would analysis the effect of reflectance on the N-type cell. At last I will conclude the result regarding what I learned throughout this experiment.

한국 자생 붓꽃과 식물 5종 (노랑무늬붓꽃, 타래붓꽃, 연미붓꽃, 대청부채, 범부채)에 대한 핵형분석 보충 연구를 수행하였다. 5종의 염색체는 모두 이배체였으나 염색체 수와 핵형적 조성에 있어서는 종에 따라 차이를 나타냈다. 노랑무늬붓꽃의 핵형식은 2n=34=10m+16sm+8st로 2쌍의 부수체 염색체를, 타래붓꽃은 2n=40=26m+12sm十2st로 2쌍의 부수체 염색체를, 연미붓꽃은 2n=30=14m+16sm으로 5쌍의 부수체 염색체를, 대청부채는 2n=32=22m+10sm으로 2쌍의 부수체 염색체를, 범부채는 2n=32=20m+10sm+2st로 1쌍의 부수체 염색체를 포함하고 있었다. 본 연구 결과 이들 5종 식물에 대해 이전 핵형보고와는 다른 염색체 수와 부수체 염색체의 존재를 확인할 수 있었다. 이 결과는 각종의 세포유전학적 규명에 유용할 것으로 여겨지며, 또한 원예용 및 약용가치로 개발의 가치가 기대되는 붓꽃과 식물의 실용화 작업에 유용한 기초 자료가 되리라고 본다.

암호 시스템의 키 생성기로 응용되는 90/150 CA는 LFSR보다 난수성이 뛰어나지만 합성법이 어렵기 때문에 CA 합성법에 대한 연구가 많은 연구자에 의해 진행되어 왔다. 적합한 CA를 합성하기 위해 90/150 CA의 특성다항식에 대한 분석이 선행되어야 한다. 일반적으로 n셀 90/150 CA의 특성다항식 ${\Delta}_n$는 ${\Delta}_{n-1}$와 ${\Delta}_{n-2}$을 이용하여 구한다. 본 논문에서는 n셀 90/150 CA <$10{\cdots}0$>의 특성다항식 $H_n(x)$을 (n-1)셀 90/150 CA <$10{\cdots}0$>의 특성다항식 $H_{n-1}(x)$로부터 구하는 방법과 이 방법을 이용하여 $H_{2^n}(x)$로부터 $H_{2^n+i}(x)$와 $H_{2^n+i}(x)$ ($1{\leq}i{\leq}2^{n-1}$)을 효과적으로 구하는 알고리즘을 제안한다.
