Enhanced effect of magnetic anisotropy on patterned Fe-Al-O thin films

  • As a result of the recent miniaturization and enhancement in the performance of thin film inductors and thin film transformers, there are increased demands for the thin films with a high magnetic permeability in the high frequency range, a high saturation magnetization, a high electrical resistivity, and a low coercive force. In order to improve high frequency properties, we will investigate anisotropy field by shape and size of pattern. The Fe-Al-O thin films of 16mm diameter and 1$\mu\textrm{m}$ thickness were deposited on Si wafer, using RE magnetron reactive sputtering technique with the mixture of argon and oxygen gases. The fabricating conditions are obtained in the working partial pressure of 2m Torr, O$_2$ partial Pressure of 5%, Input power of 400w, and Al pellets on an Fe disk with purity of 99.9%. For continuous thin film is the 4Ms of 19.4kG, H$\sub$c/ of 0.6Oe, H$\sub$k/ of 6.0Oe and effective permeability of 2500 up to 100MHz. In this work, we expect to enhanced effect of magnetic anisotropy on patterned of Fe-Al-O thin films.

수계중 이환형 질소고리화합물(NHCs)의 초음파적 분해 (Sonolytical Decomposition of NHCs in Aqueous Solution)

  • The sonolytic decomposition of NHCs(Nitrogen Heterocyclic Compounds), such as atrazine[6-chloro-N-ethyl-N'-(1-methylethyl)-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diamine], simazine(6-chloro-N,N'-diethyl-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diamine), trietazine(6-chloro-N,N,N'-triethyl-1,3, 5-triazine-2,4-diamine), in water was investigated at a ultrasound frequency of 200kHz with an acoustic intensity of 200W under argon and air atmospheres. The concentration of NHCs decreased with irradiation, indicating pseudo-first-order kinetics. The rates were in the range $1.06{\sim}2.07({\times}10^{-2}min^{-1})$ under air and $1.30{\sim}2.59({\times}10^{-2}min^{-1})$ under argon at a concentration of $200{\mu}M$ of NHCs. The rate of hydroxyl radicals(${\bullet}{OH}$) formation from water is $19.8{\mu}M\;min^{-1}$ under argon and $14.7{\mu}M\;min^{-1}$ under air in the same sonolysis conditions. The sonolysis of NHCs is effectively inhibited, but not completely, by the addition of t-BuOH(2-methyl-2-propanol), which is known to be an efficient ${\bullet}{OH}$ radical scavenger in aqueous sonolysis. This suggests that the main decomposition of NHCs proceeds via reaction with ${\bullet}{OH}$ radical; a thermal reaction also occurs, although its contribution is small. The addition of appropriate amounts of Fenton's reagent $[Fe^{2+}]$ accelerates the decomposition. This is probably due to the regeneration of ${\bullet}{OH}$ radicals from hydrogen peroxide, which would be formed from recombination of ${\bullet}{OH}$ radicals and which may contribute a little to the decomposition.

국내 산지별 굴의 성분 특성 (Food Components Characteristic of Oysters Produced in Korea)

  • 국내산 양식 및 천연산 굴의 가치 증진 및 보다 효율적인 활용을 위한 식품학적 자료를 얻기 위해 통영, 고성, 여수 및 사천만에서 수하식 및 반수하식으로 양식한 참굴 4종과 고흥, 서천의 해안가 조간대에 서식하는 천연산 참굴류 2종을 구입하여 이들의 영양성분과 풍미성분 조성을 분석 비교하였다. 탈각한 양식산 및 천연산 굴의 크기는 각각 길이 4.7~5.1 및 3.0~4.2 cm, 무게 5.9~9.1 및 2.6~5.5 g으로 산지에 따라 약간 차이가 있었으나, 일반성분 조성의 차이는 거의 없었다. 아미노질소 및 휘발성염기질소 함량은 각각 232.8~258.2 및 160.5~213.9 mg/100 g, 9.5~12.0 및 7.8~9.5 mg/100 g으로 산지에 따라 약간의 차이를 나타내어 맛과 냄새의 강도가 다소 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 염도는 각각 1.5~1.7 및 1.5~1.8%, 절단력은 95~114 및 105~132 g으로 산지에 따른 차이는 거의 없었다. 양식산과 천연산 굴의 주요 구성지방산은 16:0, 18:0, 16:1n-9, 18:1n-9, 22:1n-9, 16:4n-3, 20:5n-3, 22:6n-3 등으로 산지에 따른 특별한 조성의 차이는 없었다. 총아미노산의 함량은 각각 9,004~10,198 및 8,165~8,942 mg/100 g으로 aspartic acid, glutamic acid, proline, alanine, leucine, phenylalanine, lysine 및 arginine이 주요 구성 아미노산이었고, 주요 무기이온은 K, Na, Ca, Fe, S, P 및 Zn 등으로 산지에 따라 차이를 보였다. 정미발현성분인 유리아미노산의 총함량은 각각 1,444~1,620 및 1,017~1,277 mg/100 g으로 taurine, glutamic acid, glycine, alanine, tryptophan, ornithin 및 lysine 등이 주요 유리아미노산이었으며, 산지에 따라 다소간의 차이를 나타내었다.

논토양의 치환성(置換性)칼륨 함량(含量)과 다른 양(陽)이온에 대한 칼륨의 활동량비(活動量比)에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Exchangeable Potassium of Paddy Soil and it's Activity Ratio to Other Cations)

  • 수도 생육(生育) 기간중(其間中)의 습토의 치환성(置換性)칼륨 함량(含量) 및 다른 양(陽)이온에 대한 칼륨의 활동량비(活動量比)를 밝히기 위하여 석회시용(石灰施用)과 가리(加里)의 분시효과를 시험하는 중형무저(中型無底) 폿재배(栽培)에서 습토 시료(試料)를 취(取)하여 분석(分析)하였다. 이 폿재배(栽培)는 서울산업대학농장에서 1974년 부터 계속되었으며 습토 시료(試料)는 1976년도(年度) 재배기간중(栽培其間中)에 채취(採取)되었다. 습토시료는 채취(採取) 직후(直後) $0.1N-AlCl_3$로 침출(浸出) 분석(分析)하였으며 얻어진 결과(結果)는 아래와 같다. 1. 같은 양(量)의 가리(加里)를 시비(施肥)했어도 담수직후(湛水直後)에 시용(施用)했을 때는 석회구에서 치환성(置換性)칼륨이 적다. 그러나 담수(湛水)하고 약(約) 2주일(週日)이 경과한 후(後)에 가리(加里)를 시용(施用)했을 때는 석회구에서 오히려 치환성(置換性)칼륨이 많았다. 토양의 환원(還元)으로 생성(生成)된 $Fe^{{+}{+}}$가 pH의 변화로 인(因)하여 콜로이드 표면(表面)에 침점(沈点)되어 칼륨의 고정(固定)을 방해(防害)했거나 작물(作物)에 의(依)한 칼륨의 흡수제거(吸收除去)가 적었기 때문으로 생각된다. 2. 수도의 생육(生育) 최성기(最盛期)에는 기비(基肥) 1차추비(次追肥)에 가리(加里)를 시용(施用)한 경우(境遇)에도 토양의 치환성(置換性)칼륨은 크게 줄어 들었다. 3. $\frac{K^+}{(Fe^{{+}{+}})^{\frac{1}{2}}}$ 활동량비(活動量比)는 환원(還元)이 충분(充分)히 진전(進展)되었다고 생각되는 7월(月) 16일(日) 이후(以後)에 크게 내려 갔다. 4. 7월(月) 16일(日)까지도 $\frac{K^+}{NH_4^+}$비(比)는 석회처리(石灰處理)에서 컸다. 높은 염담성으로 인(因)한 토양 환원(還元)의 약화(弱化)로 암모니아의 생성(生成)이 적어진 것으로 생각된다. 5. 토양이 충분(充分)히 환원(還元)되었다고 생각되는 시기(時期)에는 $Fe^{{+}{+}}$$Ca^{{+}{+}}$간(間)에 정(正)의 상관관계가 유지(維持)되나 $Fe^{{+}{+}}$$K^+$ 또는 $Fe^{{+}{+}}$$NH_4^+$간(間)에는 상관관계가 잘 유지(維持)되지 않는다. $NH_4^+$$K^+$는 작물(作物)에 잘 흡수(吸收)되는 등(等)의 이유(理由)로 토양중에 그 농도(濃渡)가 변화하기 때문인 것 같다.

고체산화물 연료전지용 금속접속자로의 적용을 위한 Fe-16Cr 페라이트 합금의 내산화막 코팅 (Protective Coatings for Application of Fe-l6Cr Ferritic Alloy as an Interconnector in SOFCs)

  • Fe-Cr 합금의 고체산화물 연료전지용 금속접속자로의 적용 가능성을 알아보기 위하여 페라이틱 스틸에 내산화 물질인 Y-Cr계 산화물을 졸 코팅하여 산화 특성을 연구하였다. YCr $O_3$졸 코팅된 페라이틱 스틸은 80$0^{\circ}C$에서 40시간 열처리 후에도 Fe계 산화물은 생성되지 않고, 주상으로 YCr $O_3$그리고 소량의 C $r_2$ $O_3$와 M $n_{1.5}$C $r_{1.5}$ $O_4$산화물 등이 생성되었다. Mn-Cr계 산화물은 금속 성분인 Mn이 내부로부터 확산에 의해 산화가 진행됨에 따라 입자가 성장하였다. 모든 YCr $O_3$졸 코팅된 시편에서의 전기 저항을 나타내는 Log(ASR/T) 값은 -4.57~-4.70Ω$ extrm{cm}^2$K ̄$^1$로 코팅되지 않은 금속의 Log(ASR/T), -3.99Ω$\textrm{cm}^2$K ̄$^1$보다 작아지므로 금속접속자로의 적용 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.있었다.

$Pb(Fe_{1/2}Nb_{1/2})O_3-Pb(Fe_{2/3}W_{1/3})O_3-Ba(Cu_{1/2}W_{1/2})O_3$세라믹의 유전특성에 관한 연구 (A study on the dielectric properties of the $Pb(Fe_{1/2}Nb_{1/2})O_3-Pb(Fe_{2/3}W_{1/3})O_3-Ba(Cu_{1/2}W_{1/2})O_3$ ceramics)

  • 본 연구에서는 0.80Pb(F $e_{1}$2/N $b_{1}$2/) $O_{3}$-(0.20-x)Pb(F $e_{2}$3/ $W_{1}$3/) $O_{3-x}$Ba(C $u_{1}$2/ $W_{1}$2/) $O_{3}$ (x=0.01, 0.02, 0.03) 세라믹을 소결온도 및 시간을 각각 860~960[.deg.C], 2시간으로 하여 일반 소성법으로 제작하였다. 시편의 조성비와 소결온도에 따른 구조적, 유전적 특성을 조사하였으며 유전손실 특성의 개선을 위해 조성 0.80Pb(F $e_{1}$2/N $b_{1}$2/) $O_{3}$-0.18Pb (F $e_{2}$3/ $W_{1}$3/) $O_{3}$-0.02Ba(C $u_{1}$2/ $W_{1}$2/) $O_{3}$시편에 Mn $O_{2}$를 0~1.25[wt%]로 첨가한 후 유전특성의 변화를 관찰하였다. Mn $O_{2}$의 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 결정립의 크기와 유전상수는 점차 감소하였다. 소결밀도는 900[.deg.C]에서 소결시킨 시편의 경우 최대값을 나타내었다. Ba(C $u_{1}$2/ $W_{1}$2/) $O_{3}$의 양이 0.01에서 0.03[mol]로 증가함에 따라 상전이온도는 38[.deg.C]에서 2[.deg.C]로 감소하였다. 조성 0.80Pb(F $e_{1}$2/N $b_{1}$2/) $O_{3}$0.18Pb(F $e_{2}$3/ $W_{1}$3/) $O_{3}$-0.02Ba(C $u_{1}$2/ $W_{1}$2/) $O_{3}$에 Mn $O_{2}$가 0.25[wt%] 첨가된 시편의 20[.deg.C]에서의 유전상수는 16,700으로 최대값을 유전손실을 1.28[%]로 최소값을 나타내었다. 또한 모든 시편은 온도 및 주파수에 따라 유전상수가 완만하게 변화하는 유전이완 특성을 나타내었다.다.

연어 frame 유래 근육을 이용한 연어 패티의 제조 및 특성 (Preparation and Characterization of Salmon Patty using Muscle from Salmon Frame)

  • This study was conducted to prepare salmon patty using muscle separated from salmon frame (SPFM) and to investigate the food component characterization. When compared to salmon patty with fillet muscle (SPM), SPFM was lower in the moisture content, while it was higher in crude lipid content. However, no differences in the ash and protein contents between SPFM and SPM were found. Compared to SPM, the Hunter color value in cross section of cooked SPFM was higher in a and $\Delta$E values, while the color was lower in Land b values. Trichloroacetic acid soluble-N content of SPFM was 279 mg/100 g, which was insignificantly different (P>0.05) compared to those of SPM and commercial patty. The hardness of SPFM was 0.44 kg/$cm^2$, which was insignificantly different (P>0.05) compared to that of SPM, while was higher than that of commercial patty. The major fatty acids of SPFM were 16:0 (16.5%), 18:1n-9 (29.2%) and 18:2n-6 (26.1%). The 20:5n-3 and 22:6n-3 were also detected in high composition. The total amino acid content of SPFM was 16.6 g/100 g, which was similar to that of SPM. However, the total amino acid of SPFM was 14% higher than that of commercial patty. From the results of the mineral content, SPFM was higher than that of SPM in Fe and Ca, while the K in SPFM was lower. According to the result of sensory evaluation on the color, flavor and taste, no significant differences in all sensory items between SPFM and SPM were found.

Investigation of the groundwater contamination around landfill where slaughtered animals were buried

  • This study was designed to investigate if there were groundwater contamination in 17 landfill where slaughtered animals were buried during the crisis of 2002 foot-and-mouth-disease (FMD) outbreaks in Gyeonggi province. From March to August 2005 groundwater was collected once a month from 17 sites, and examined with potential for hydrogen (pH), colour, turbidity, lead (Pb), arsenic (As), mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn) , iron (Fe), manganese (Mn) , aluminium (Al), nitrate-nitrogen $(NO_3-N)$, ammonia-nitrogen $(NH_3-N)$, microbial pathogen and Escherichia spp. In the examination of $NH_3-N$ which of the mean concentration was from not-detected (ND) to 0.05 mg/l. The range of $NH_3-N$ level was $0.3-24.1mg/{\ell}$. However, groundwater from four sites was to go beyond the drinking water quality standard (DWQS), i.e., the mean concentration of those were $15.5mg/{\ell}\;(site\;1),\;20.7mg/{\ell}\;(site\;9),\;24.1mg/{\ell}\;(site\;13)\;and\;10.6mg/{\ell}\;(site\;17)$. In the investigation of pH, colour and turbidity, all of the pH were below of DWQS (pH 5.8-6.6), but one site in color test and four sites in turbidity test were over the standard level. Among 9 metal ions examined, Mn was in excess of DWQS, and its concentration was $2.4mg/{\ell}$. Pb, Cd, Hg and As were not traced. The contents of Cu, Zn, Fe and Al were $ND-0.22mg/{\ell},\;0.01-0.05mg/{\ell},\;ND-0.05mg/{\ell}\;and\;0.03-0.16mg/{\ell}$, respectively. Escherichiae spp were not identified, but bacterial colonies were detected at 3 groundwater including 2 sites over the DWQS at the level of $491CFU/m{\ell}\;(site\;4)\;and\;217CFU/m{\ell}\;(site\;15)$.

PNN 치환에 따른 PMW-PNN-PZT-BF 세라믹스의 미세구조와 압전 특성 (Microstructure and Piezoelectric Properties of Low Temperature Sintering PMW-PNN-PZT-BF Ceramics According to PNN Substitution)

  • In this work, [$Pb(Mg_{1/2}W_{1/2})_{0.03}(Ni_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})_x(Zr_{0.5}Ti_{0.5})_{0.97-x}O_3-BiFeO_3$] (x=0.02 to 0.12) composition ceramics were fabricated by the conventional soild state reaction method and their microstructure and piezoelectric properties were investigated according to PNN substitution. The addition of small amount of $BiFeO_3$, $Li_2CO_3$, and $CaCO_3$ were used in order to decrease the sintering temperature of the ceramics. The XRD (x-ray diffraction patterns) of all ceramics exhibited a perovskite structure. The sinterability of PMW-PNN-PZT-BF ceramics was remarkably improved using liquid phase sintering of $CaCO_3$, $Li_2CO_3$. However, it was identified from of the X-ray diffraction patterns that the secondary phase formed in grain boundaries decreased the piezoelectric properties. According to the substitution of PNN, the crystal structure of ceramics is transformed gradually from a tetragonal to rhombohedral phase. The x=0.10 mol PNN-substituted PMW-PNN-PZT-BF ceramics sintered at $920^{\circ}C$ showed the optimum values of piezoelectric constant($d_{33}$), piezoelectric figure of merit($d_{33{\cdot}}g_{33}$), planar piezoelectric coupling coefficient($k_p$) and density : $d_{33}=566$ [pC/N], $g_{33}=29.28[10^{-3}mV/N]$, $d_{33{\cdot}}g_{33}=16.57[pm^2/N]$, $k_p=0.61$, density=7.82 [$g/cm^3$], suitable for duplex ultrasonic sensor application.
