A stoichiometric mixture of evaporating materials for $CuInSe_2$ single crystal thin films was prepared from horizontal electric furnace. To obtain the single crystal thin films, $_CuInSe2$ mixed crystal was deposited on thoroughly etched semi-insulating GaAs(100) substrate by the hot wall epitaxy (HWE) system. The source and substrate temperatures were $620^{\circ}C$ and $410^{\circ}C$, respectively. The crystalline structure of the single crystal thin films was investigated by the photoluminescence and double crystal X-ray diffraction (DCXD). The carrier density and mobility of $CuInSe_2$ single crystal thin films measured with Hall effect by van der Pauw method are $9.62\times10^{16}/\textrm{cm}^3$, 296 $\textrm{cm}^2$/Vㆍs at 293 K, respectively. The temperature dependence of the energy band gap of the $CuInSe_2$ obtained from the absorption spectra was well described by the Varshni's relation, $E_g$(T) = 1.1851 eV -($8.99\times10^{-4} eV/K)T^2$(T + 153 K). The crystal field and the spin-orbit splitting energies for the valence band of the CuInSe$_2$ have been estimated to be 0.0087 eV and 0.2329 eV at 10 K, respectively, by means of the photocurrent spectra and the Hopfield quasicubic model. These results indicate that the splitting of the Δso definitely exists in the $\Gamma$6 states of the valence band of the $CuInSe_2$. The three photocurrent peaks observed at 10 K are ascribed to the $A_1-, B_1$-와 $C_1$-exciton peaks for n = 1.

Let R be a commutative Noetherian ring, ${\Phi}$ a system of ideals of R and $I{\in}{\Phi}$. In this paper among other things we prove that if M is finitely generated and $t{\in}\mathbb{N}$ such that the R-module $H^i_{\Phi}(M)$ is $FD_{{\leq}1}$ (or weakly Laskerian) for all i < t, then $H^i_{\Phi}(M)$ is ${\Phi}$-cofinite for all i < t and for any $FD_{{\leq}0}$ (or minimax) submodule N of $H^t_{\Phi}(M)$, the R-modules $Hom_R(R/I,H^t_{\Phi}(M)/N)$ and $Ext^1_R(R/I,H^t_{\Phi}(M)/N)$ are finitely generated. Also it is shown that if cd I = 1 or $dimM/IM{\leq}1$ (e.g., $dim\;R/I{\leq}1$) for all $I{\in}{\Phi}$, then the local cohomology module $H^i_{\Phi}(M)$ is ${\Phi}$-cofinite for all $i{\geq}0$. These generalize the main results of Aghapournahr and Bahmanpour [2], Bahmanpour and Naghipour [6, 7]. Also we study cominimaxness and weakly cofiniteness of local cohomology modules with respect to a system of ideals.

Recently the adenosinetriphosphates have massive highlight due to their high energy source for treat and maintained all the cell mechanism in the individual. When the A. T.P. release the terminal phosphate, produces about 8,000 calories instead of the 3,000 calories from common chemical bonds. The high energy-P bond enables the cell to accumulate a great amount of energy in a very small space and the keep it ready to be used as soon as it is needed. The presence of A.T.P. explains why some important cellular functions such as nerve conduction can go on for some time even with complete inhibition of respiration. In recent years the A.T.P. were used in many clinical field with good effects. In this report was used A.T.P. 20mg＋Vit $B_1$ 50mg＋20% Dextrose 20㏄ through intravenousely for E.N.T. neurologic patient, such as neurogenic hearing impairment, tinnitus, dizziness, soft palate paralysis. By the injection 40% of neurogenic hearing impairment patients were improved and 62% tinnitus patients were improved and all the soft palate paralysis patient were completely recovered.

We investigated the temperature and magnetic field dependent optical properties of a$ MgB_2$ thin film in the far-infrared region. In the superconducting state, i.e. 5 K, we obtained the values of superconducting gap $2\Delta$ ~ 5.2 meV and $2\Delta$ $_{k}$ $B/T_{c}$ ~1.8. Although the value of$ 2\Delta$$B/T_{c}$ was nearly half of the BCS value, the $2\Delta$ seemed to follow the temperature dependence of the BCS formula. Under the magnetic field (H), the superconducting state became suppressed. Interestingly, we found that the normal state area fraction abruptly increased at low field but slowly increased at high field. It did not follow the H-dependences predicted for a s-wave superconductor (i.e. a linear dependence) nor for a s-wave one (i.e. $H^{1}$2/ dependence). We discussed the complex gap nature of $MgB_2$ in comparison with two gap and anisotropic s-wave scenarios.ios.

We obtain a structured class of frames in separable Hilbert spaces which are generalizations of Gabor frames in L²(ℝ) in their construction aspects. For this, the concept of Gabor type unitary systems in [13] is generalized by considering a system of invertible operators in place of unitary systems. Pseudo Gabor like frames and pseudo Gabor frames are introduced and the corresponding frame operators are characterized.

Karyotypes are described for Juniperus rigida Sieb. et zucc, in two provenances of Gyeong-nam and Choong-puk. Chromosome numbers of two provenances, are 2n=22. The most common feature of mitotic chromosomes was shown at the chromosome 7, which has secondary constriction on the short arm. And the most differential chromosome was shown at chromosome 9 from Gyeong-nam and chromosome 5 from Choong-puk provenance which bore secondary constriction. The karyotype formulae are as follows; Gyeong-nam, Jinyang provenance race is $$K(2n)=22=2A^m+2B^m+2C^m+2D^{sm}+2E^{st}+2F^m+2^{sc}G^m+2H^m+2^{sc}I^t+2J^{st}+2K^m$$ Choong-puk, Jechun provenance race is $$K(2n)=22=2A^m+2B^m+2C^m+2D^{st}+2^{sc}E^{sm}+2F^m+2^{sc}G^m+2H^m+2I^m+2J^{st}+2K^{sm}$$.

In many Gram-negative bacteria, autoinducers, such as N-acyl-L-homoserine lactone(acyl-HSL) and its derivative molecules, mediate the cell-density-dependnet expression of certain operons. The current study identified the autoinducers produced by Burkholderia cepacia G4, a trichloroethylene-degrading lagoon isolate, using TLC bioassays with Agrobacterium tumefaciens NT1(pDCI141E33) and Chromobacterium violaceum CVO26, and a GC-MS analysis. The ${R_f}\;and\;{R_t}$ values and mass spectra were compared with those of synthetic compounds. Based on the analyses, it was confirmed that G4 produces N-hexanoyl (C6)-, N-octanoyl (C8)-, N-decanoyl (C10)-, N-dodecanoyl (C12)-HSL, and an unknown active species. The integration of the GC peak areas exhibited a ratio of C8-HSL:C10-HSL:C12-HSL at 3:17:1 with C6-HSL and C10-HSL production at trace and micromolar levels, respectively, in the culture supernatants. Nutants partially defective in producing acyl-HSLs were also partially defective in the biosynthesis of an antibiotic substance. These results indicate that the autoinducer-dependent gene regulation in G4 is dissimilar to the clinical B. cepacia strains isolated from patients with cystic fibrosis.

Bifidobacterium bifidum, one strain of medical preparations being on the market for human intestinal disorder, is very sensitive to rifampicin. If this preparation is taken with rifampicin, its therapeutic effect can't be expected. To develope rifampicin resistant mutants, B. bifidum was treated with N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine(MNNG). All of thirty strains grown on the plates containing 10 $\mu\textrm{g}$/ml rifampicin were over 1, 000 times more resistant to rifampicin than parental strain and they were identified as B. bifidum by fructose-6-phosphoate phosphoketolase test. Three strains out of thirty, which produced almost same amount of organic acid as parental strain, were selected for further studies. They showed identical growth inhibition activity aganist E. coli compared with that of parental strain. And rifampicin was not inactivated.

Spatial distribution characteristics, volume backscattering strength and species composition of midwater trawling catch was analyzed biological and acoustical characteristics of anchovy shoal, using a high resolution echo - sounder at the south region of East sea of Korea. 1) In the survey site A of Lat.35$^{\circ}$55'N, Long.129$^{\circ}$45'E, the anchovy shoal of small to middle size with the horizontal range of 10~25m and large size with the horizontal range of 40~50m were distributed together. However in the survey site B of Lat.35$^{\circ}$38'N, Long.129$^{\circ}$40'E, the anchovy shoal was observed to be mainly small size which about 78% of the detected shoal. Another was that the anchovy shoal with the vertical range of 2~8m occupied about 68.6% in the survey site A and that of 6~12m occupied about 42.5% in the survey site B. The mainly the site A and B were found to be 10~50m super (2), 64.5% and 20~80m super (2), 66%, respectively. 2) The volume backscattering strength in the site A and B were observed to be -44.0~ -28.0dB, respectively. In the site A, the backscattering strength of -40.0~ -30.0dB was analyzed about 41.4%. 3) Most of total anchovy shoal was concentrated in the water layer of 50~100m in depth with 15.3~18.5$^{\circ}C$, 34.0~34.3$\textperthousand$ in the survey site A and 14.2~16.4$^{\circ}C$, 34.1~34.2$\textperthousand$ in the survey site B. 4) Mean total length(TL) and body weight(BW) of anchovy in the survey site A were 9.9cm and 4.4g respectively, with TL-BW relationship of BW=0.0007T$L^3.65$super (3.85). In site B, mean total length(TL) and body weight(BW) were 11.2cm and 8.7g, with TL-BW relationship of BW=0.0023T$L^3.36$.

Structure-activity relationship studies of allylamine type of antimycotics were carried out to evaluate the effect of naphthyl and methyl portion of naftifine. Compounds with 4-fluorophenyl(2a-5a), 2-fluorophenyl(2b-5b), 2,4-dichlorophenyl(2c-5c), 2,6-dichlorophenyl(2d-5d), 4-nitrophenyl(2e-5e), and 2,3-dihydro-benzo[1,4]dioxan-6-yl( 2f-5f) instead of naphthyl group with hydrogen(3a-3f), methyl(4a-4f), and ethyl(5a-5f) in the place of methyl in naftifine were synthesized and tested their in vitro anti-fungal activity against five different fungi. Eight compounds(3a, 5a, 3c, 4c, 4d, 5d, 5e, and 4f) showed significant antifungal activity against T. mentagrophytes. (E)-N-Ethyl-(3-phenyl-2-propenyl)-4-nitro-benzenemethaneamine(5e) displayed moderate antifungal activity against all five different fungi.
