In recent years, as the needs of MOS's a high quality is desired to get the superior electrical characteristics and reliability on MOSFET. As an alternative gate dielectric have drawn considerable alternation due to their superior performance and reliability properties over MOSFET, 2'nd silicidation formation process has been proposed as a dielectric growth/annealing process. In this study the author observed process characteristics on MOS structure. In view points of the process characteristics of MOS capacitor, the oxygen & polysilicon was analyzed by SIMS analysis on l'st & 2'nd Ti process, the oxygen and Si2 contents[Count/sec] of 1.5e3 & 3.75e4 on l'st process and l.1e3 & 2.94e4 on 2'nd process, the Ti contents' of 8.2e18 & 6.5e18 on 1'st and 2'nd process. The sheet resistance[$\Omega/sq.$] was 4.5 & 4.0, the film stress[dyne/cm 2] of 1.09e10 & 1.075e10 on l'st and 2'nd process. I could achieved the superior MOS characteristics by 2'nd silicidation process.

In December 2015, The Paris Agreement was adopted to undertake ambitious efforts to combat climate change. Korean government announced its goal of reducing the country's greenhouse gas emissions by up to 37% below business as usual projections by 2030 in 2015. The purpose of this study was to set up the calculation methodology of GHG emission($CO_{2e}$) in building sector and to estimate the annual GHG emission in building sector based on national energy consumption statistic. The GHG emission from buildings is about 135.8 million ton $CO_{2e}$ as of 2015, taking up about 19.6% of Korea's entire emission and is about 144.7 million ton $CO_{2e}$ in 2017. The GHG emission of building sector is increasing at annual rate of 2.0% from 2001 to 2017. The GHG emission from electricity consumption in buildings is 91.8 million ton $CO_{2e}$ in 2017, is the highest $CO_2$ emission by energy source. The results show that the intensity of GHG emission of residential building sector is $40.6kg-CO_{2e}/m^2{\cdot}yr$ and that of commercial building sector is $68.4kg-CO_{2e}/m^2{\cdot}yr$.
In the optic,11 grade LiF crystal, the electron traps corresponding to the thermoluminescence(abbreviated to TL) glow peak develop as irradiation dose is increased. Originally the electron trap of the crystal has two levels but as the dose reaches to the order of 10$^4$rontgen, it attains five levels as observed in the TL glow curves. The five trap depths are determined from the glow peak temperatures for two different heating rates, $\theta$=6.6$^{\circ}C$/sec and 3.4$^{\circ}C$/sec. The electron trap depths have the following values E$_1$=0.79 eV, E$_2$=0.93 eV, E$_3$=1.02 eV, E$_4$=1.35 eV, E$_{5}$=1.69eV. The special feature of thermoluminescence of optical grade LiF is that the traps, except E$_1$and E$_2$corresponding to 12$0^{\circ}C$ glow peak and 15$0^{\circ}C$ glow peak for $\theta$=6.6$^{\circ}C$/sec, have severe thermal instability, namely E$_3$, E$_4$and E$_{5}$ levels disappear during bleaching process. These defects in the optical grade LiF crystal seem annealed out during the course of TL measurement. The fresh or long time unused LiF(Mg) crystal shows only two glow peaks at 17$0^{\circ}C$ and 23$0^{\circ}C$ for $\theta$=6.6$^{\circ}C$/sec, but upon sensitization with r-ray irradiation, it converts to the six glow peak state. The four electron traps, E$_1$, E$_2$, E$_3$, and E$_{6}$ created by r-ray irradiation and corresponding to the glow peaks at T=10$0^{\circ}C$ 13$0^{\circ}C$, 15$0^{\circ}C$ and 29$0^{\circ}C$ are stable and not easily annealed out thermally, The sensitization essentially required to LiF(Mg) dosimeter is to give the crystal the stable six levels in the electron trap. In optical grade LiF, the plot between logarithm of total TL output versus logarithm of r-ray dose gives more supra-linear feature than that of LiF(Mg). However, if one takes the height of 12$0^{\circ}C$ glow peak(S=6.6$^{\circ}C$/sec), instead of the total TL output, the curve becomes close to that of LiF(Mg).
E2 glycoprotein of hepatitis C virus (HCV) comprises a surface of viral particle together with E1 glycoprotein, and is thought to be involved in the attachment of HCV viral particle to receptor (s) on the permissible cells including hepatocytes, B cells, T cells, and monocytes. We constructed a phage library expressing cellular proteins of hepatocytes on the phage surface, which turned out to be 8.8${\times}$$10^5$ cfu of diversity and carried inserts in 95% of library. We screened both cDNA phage library and 12-mer peptide library to identify the cellular proteins binding to E2 protein. Some intracellular proteins including tensin and membrane band 4.1 which are involved in signal transduction of survival and cytoskeleton organization, were selected from cDNA phage library through several rounds of panning and screening. On the contrary, membrane proteins such as CCR7, CKR-L2, and insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor were identified through screening of peptide library. Phages expressing peptides corresponding to those membrane proteins were bound to E2 protein specifically as determined by neutralization of binding assay. Since it is well known that HCV can infect T cells as well as hepatocytes, we examined to see if E2 protein can bind to CCR7, a member of C-protein coupled receptor family expressed on T cells, using CCR7 transfected tells. Human CCR7 cDNA was cloned into pcDNA3.1(-) vector and transfected into human embryonic kidney cell, 293T, and expressed on the surface of the cell as shown by flow cytometer. Binding assay of E2 protein using CCR7 transfected cells indicated that E2 protein bound to CCR7 by dose-dependent mode, giving rise to the possibility that CCR7 might be a putative cellular receptor for HCV.
The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence the decision of participation in B2B E -marketplaces and explain the nature of their influence on the decision. Using survey data from 135 senior managers in business-to-business firms, the authors analyzed factors affecting the participation intention of e-marketplaces. We found that expected benefits, switching costs, the primary task environment, the secondary task environment, the macro environment, technological opportunism and complimentary asset have a significant relationship with the intention of participation in E-marketplaces. Finally, we discuss several theoretical and practical implications, and suggest limitations for the research and future research issue.

The development of information technology has promoted organizational transformation through the utilization of an electronic information system. This research aimed to identify factors that influence continuous intention to use E-HRM. This empirical research applies the Technology Acceptance Model and Cognitive Model for identifying significantly impacted areas of continuous intention to use E-HRM in a highly dynamic environment. The data were collected using questionnaires delivered directly to respondents. The sample was 100 employees of ESQ Group selected through random sampling. The variables used were subjective norms (X1), perceived behavioral control (X2), perceived innovativeness (Y1), cognitive absorption (Y2), satisfaction (Y3), and continuous intention to use E-HRM (Y4). Statistical analysis using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with Smart PLS was applied. The results revealed that behavioral control (X2) did not influence the continuous intention to use E-HRM (Y4) and that cognitive absorption (Y2) and satisfaction (Y3) did not significantly influence continuous intention to use E-HRM (Y4). Subjective norms (X1) significantly influenced both perceived innovativeness (Y1) and continuous intention to use E-HRM (Y4), perceived behavioral control (X2) significantly influenced both perceived innovativeness (Y1) and cognitive absorption (Y2), and perceived innovativeness (Y1) significantly influenced both satisfaction (Y3) and continuous intention to use E-HRM (Y4).

The stochiometric composition of $AgGaS_2$polycrystal source materials for the single crystal thin films were prepared from horizontal furnace. From the extrapolation method of X-ray diffraction patterns, it was found that the polycrystal $AgGaS_2$has tetragonal structure of which lattice constant $a_0\;and \;c_0$ were 5.756 $\AA$ and 10.305 $\AA$, respectively. $AgGaS_2$single crystal thin film was deposited on throughly etched GaAs(100) substrate from mixed crystal $AgGaS_2$by the Hot Wall Epitaxy (HWE) system. The source and substrate temperature were $590^{\circ}C$ and $440^{\circ}C$ respectively, and the growth rate of the single crystal thin films was about 0.5 $mu \textrm{m}$/h. The crystallinity of the grown single crystal thin films was investigated by the DCRC (double crystal X-ray diffraction rocking curve). The optical energy gaps were found to be 2.61 eV for $AgGaS_2$single crystal thin films at room temperature. The temperature dependence of the photocurrent peak energy is well explained by the Varshni equation, then the constants in the Varshni equation are given by${\Alpha};=;8.695{\times}10^{-4};eV/K,and;{\beta};=;332;K$. from the photocurrent spectra by illumination of polarized light of the $AgGaS_2$single crystal thin film, we have found that crystal field splitting $\Delta$Cr was 0.28 eV at 20 K. From the PL spectra at 20 K, the peaks corresponding to free and bound excitons and a broad emission band due to D-A pairs are identified. The binding energy of the free excitons are determined to be 0.2676 eV and 0.2430 eV and the dissociation energy of the bound excitons to be 0.4695 eV.

This study was done to produce a mutated protein inactivated cytotoxicity of Shigatoxin 2e (Stx2e) of E.coli O139 isolates by deletional mutagenesis of Stx2e A subunit gene encoding active-site cleft of enzymatic domain in ST2e holotoxin. Cytotoxicity of the toxoid expressed from the mutant Stx2e gene was compared with wild type Stx2e for development of vaccine candidate. A recombinant plasmid pED18 containing Stx2e gene ot E.coli O139 isolates was used to generate mutation plasmid. Deletion mutagenesis was conducted for Stx2e A subunit gene encoding enzymatically active domain by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using ot designed primer to induce deletional mutation. DNA sequence analysis was confirmed that the pentamer (Typ 202- Ser 206) that lies within the proposed active-site cleft in the second region was completely deleted. A DNA fragment of 1.1 kb that encode the new mutant Stx2eA gene was inserted into plasmid pRSET vector digested with EcoRV-Hind III and named pEDSET The PEDSET was transformed in E. coli for expression of mutant protein and the protein was confirmed by SDS-PACE and Western-blotting. The protein expressed by the mutant was tested to confirm the reduction of cytotoxic activities on Vero cell using microcytotoxicity assay compared with wild type Stx2e, the cytotoxicity of deletional mutant protein was at least reduced by 3,000-fold on Vero cell.

Background: CYP2E1 encodes an enzyme which is mainly involved in bioactivation of potential carcinogens such as N-nitrosamines. Polymorphisms in the gene have been reported to be associated with cancer. The aim of this study was to evaluate genotype distributions and allele frequencies of five CYP2E1 polymorphisms in Iran Materials and Methods: Two hundred healthy individuals of an Iranian population from the southwest were included in this study. PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism and Tetra-ARMS PCR methods were applied for CYP2E1 genotyping. Results: The allele frequencies for $^*5B$, $^*6$, $^*7B$, $^*2$, and $^*3$ were calculated to be 1.5%, 16%, 28.5%, 0%, and 2.75% respectively. Results of this study showed that no significant differences in genotype and allele frequencies of five single nucleotide polymorphisms with respect to the gender and tribes. The chi-square test showed that the genotype frequencies of $CYP2E1^*5B$ were similar to Caucasians, but the distribution of $CYP2E1^*6$ genotypes was similar to Asians. The frequencies of $CYP2E1^*2$ (0%) and $CYP2E1^*3$ (2.75%) alleles were within the range for Caucasians and Orientals. In the case of $CYP2E1^*7B$, the data werelimited. Accordingly, the results were only compared with Europeans and the comparison showed significant differences. Conclusions: In conclusion, ethnic and geographic differences may explain discrepancies in the prevalence of CYP2E1 polymorphisms.
Background and Objectives: Tricuspid valve (TV) repair techniques other than annuloplasty remain challenging and frequently end in tricuspid valve replacement (TVR) in complicated cases. However, the results of TVR are suboptimal compared with TV repair. This study aimed to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of TV edge-to-edge repair (E2E) compared to TVR for severe tricuspid regurgitation (TR). Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 230 patients with severe TR who underwent E2E (n=139) or TVR (n=91) from 2001 to 2020. Clinical and echocardiographic results were analyzed using inverse probability of treatment weighting analysis and propensity score matching. Results: The two groups showed no significant differences in early mortality and morbidities. During the mean follow-up of 106.2±68.8 months, late severe TR and TV reoperation rates were not significantly different between groups. E2E group, however, showed better outcomes in overall survival (p=0.023), freedom from significant tricuspid stenosis (TS) (trans-tricuspid pressure gradient ≥5 mmHg, p=0.021), and freedom from TV-related events (p<0.001). Matched analysis showed consistent results. Conclusions: E2E for severe TR presented more favorable clinical outcomes than TVR. Our study supports that E2E might be a valuable option in severe TR surgery, avoiding TVR.
