Expression of Chimeric Chicken-Yeast-Chicken H2B Histone Gene

  • A chicken H2B histone gene was cloned and expressed in Rat 3 cell line. Its messenger RNA level was about 10 times higher during S phase than during $G_1$ phase. A chimeric chicken-yeast-chicken H2B histone gene was made to change some of wobble sequences of chicken H2B gene. When the chimeric H2B gene was transfected into the Rat 3 cell line, it showed a pattern of expression similar to that of the original chicken H2B gene. At least in this gene, it was concluded that the wobble sequences were not required for the cell-cycle regulated pattern of expression.

  • 본 연구는 기업 간 인터넷 전자상거래의 개념과 도입효과를 고찰하고, 기존의IT/IS 도입요인의 연구를 토대로 하여 기업 간 인터넷 전자상거래의 도입에 영향을 미치는 핵심적인 요인을 분석하여 전자상거래의 확산에 기여하고자 하였다. 이에 어떠한 요인들이 기업 간 전자상거래 도입에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였으며 도입요인으로서 환경 요인은 시장 불확실성요인과 산업 내 경쟁요인으로, 조직 요인은 조직규모, 의사결정의 집중도와 업무의 표준화 요인, 최고 경영층의 지원요인으로 세분되며, 정보시스템 요인은 IS/IT 기반구조 요인과 정보기술간 통합정도 요인으로 구분된다. 따라서 기업간 인터넷 전자상거래 도입을 기업정보시스템의 도입으로 간주하여, IT/IS 도입에 관한 이론적 근거를 토대로 인터넷을 사용한 기업 간 전자상거래에 도입요인에 대한 핵심적인 측정변수를 도출하고자 한다. 이러한 연구를 통하여 기업 간 인터넷 전자상거래를 도입하려는 기업에게 도입 여부 및 시기에 대한 의 사 결정의 지침을 제공하고 기업이 전자상거래를 성공적으로 도입하는데 도움을 주고, 나아가 전자상거래를 확대시키는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

  • The purpose of the present study was to the investigate the effect of sports massage, kaltenborn-evjenth orthopedic manipulative therapy and electrical therapy, general exercise on the limitation of range of motion(ROM) and on the pain(VAS) in patients with frozen shoulder. Fiftheen frozen shoulder patients between 50 and 60 years of age(females) were selected and were divided equally by random distribution into A group(sports massage, kaltenborn-evjenth orthopedic manipulative therapy, N=7)and B(electrical therapy, general exercise therapy, N=7) group. The results obtained were as follows : 1) The range of motion between two groups are significantly different in the treatment times, the ROM of A group increase in after-treatment(2 week 4 week) in comparison with ROM in before-treatment, it is significant increase. And it is significant difference in B group. 2) The pain level between two groups are not significantly different in the treatment times, the pain level of A group decrease in after-treatment(2 week, 4 week) in comparison with before-treatment, it is significant decrease. And it is significant difference in B group. Although the pain level of the A group decrease in after 2 week treatment in comparison with before-treatment but it is not significant decrease. Although the pain level of the B group decrease in after 4 week treatment in comparison with after 2 week treatment, but it is not significant decrease. 3) The A group is more effective in increasing the ROM and decreasing the pain level than B group during treatment times. The results showed that both A group method and B group method are effective ROM increase and pain reduce, but A group method is superior to B group method in ROM increase and pain reduce.

  • 산업 분야에서의 업무 전산화 이전에는 원시적인 기입식 장부정리로 비효율적인 상품관리와 인적 자원낭비가 심하였다. 그러나 최근 많은 업체들이 전자적인 문서관리 시스템 도입으로 업무능력 향상과 비용절감 효과로 업체의 경쟁력이 높아지고 있으며, 최근 인터넷 사용자의 급증으로 많은 시스템들이 네트워크로 연결되어 정보의 공유와 효율적인 정보관리를 필요로 하고 있다. 기존의 텍스트 기반 정보에서 벗어나 멀티미디어 기반의 정보를 요구하고 있으며, 상품 정보의 전자카탈로그(E-Catalog) 시스템 도입으로 실시간 상품 이미지와 정보를 제공해 판매자와 고객간의 신뢰할 수 있는 정보가 제공되며, 모바일(Mobile) 통신의 장점 인 이동성, 편재성, 실시간성, 휴대성 등을 활용한 기술개발과 상품화가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 기술을 활용하여 휴대용 단말 장치를 이용한 귀금속$\cdot$보석분야의 이동성이 보장되는 휴대용 B2B 시스템을 구축하였다.

볼 밀링 후 방전플라즈마 소결법에 의해 제조된 MgB2의 상 분석 (The Phase Analysis of MgB2 Fabricated by Spark Plasma Sintering after Ball Milling)

  • This paper deals with the phase analysis of $MgB_2$ bulk using spark plasma sintering process after ball milling. Mg and amorphous B powders were used as raw materials, and milled by planetary-mill for 9 hours at argon atmosphere. In order to confirm formation of $MgB_2$ phase, DTA and XRD were used. The milled powders were fabricated to $MgB_2$ bulk at the various temperatures by Spark Plasma Sintering. The fabricated $MgB_2$ bulk was evaluated with XRD, EDS, FE-SEM and PPMS. In the DTA result, reaction on formation of $MgB_2$ phase started at $340^{\circ}C$. This means that ball milling process improves reactivity on formation of $MgB_2$ phase. The $MgB_2$ MgO and FeB phases were characterized from XRD result. MgO and FeB were undesirable phases which affect formation of $MgB_2$ phase, and it's distribution could be confirmed from EDS mapping result. Spark Plasma Sintered sample for 5 min at $700^{\circ}C$ was relatively densified and it's density and transition temperature showing super conducting property were $1.87\;g/cm^3$ and 21K.

  • Product catalog information is the most important factor to make customers purchase the product for various B2B or B2C businesses provided on the Internet. As catalog information differs from company by company, it cannot provide common criteria standard to customers to make decisions. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a platform independent system, which integrates incompatible data from each company' catalogs and manages its database. This paper describes the integrated E-catalog system made up DB module, catalog management module, and interface module. This system allows customers to view standardized product catalog information from different companies with real -time updates, and also provides extensibility, flexibility, and interoperability for the effective E-Business management.

  • Models and Strategies for Network Operator's B2B Ecommerce The B2B ecommerce market is one of the fastest growing areas in the telecom industry. However network operators have been slow to enter the arena, Network operator have been held back by their general unsurety about the Internet business. Network operators'core business(the supply of connectivity and transport service) is becoming unprofitable. As a result they are looking to diversify into areas where margins are higher. B2B ecommerce offers them a major way to achieve this. It is possible to identify various business models for offering ecommerce services to end user, ranging from the provision of complete packaged applications to the implementation and management of customized ecommerce solution. In this study the three main approaches available to network operators are the traditional IT outsourcing model, the ASP model and the community builder model.

열처리 분위기에 따른 $MgB_2$ 초전도의 특성 변화 ($MgB_2$ Superconducting Properties under Different Annealing Condition)

  • $MgB_2$ bulk samples were sintered at different ambient. In this work, high purity Ar gas was added with oxygen and hydrogen gas, which can be regarded as impurity in a sense, as a possible dopant in the $MgB_2$. It was found that oxygen in the sintering ambient leads to a decrease in the critical current density $J_c$ at self field and lower fields. However, we can obtained higher $J_c$ at higher fields. It was also noted that $MgB_2$ samples sintered with 5% hydrogen in Ar revealed the increased $J_c$ at all fields compared to those processed in pure Ar ambient. From the XRD and FESEM analysis, the impurity gas in Ar can refine the $MgB_2$ grain size and result in increased grain. boundary, which can act as a strong flux pinning sites in $MgB_2$ samples. Also discussed are the effects of sintering ambient on irreversibility field, $H_{irr}$ and the upper critical field, $H_{C2}$.

P2P 오버레이 네트워크에서 효과적인 Peer 검색을 위한 B-Chord (Effective B-Chord look-up peer in P2P overlay network)

  • In this paper, search-efficient Bi-directional-Chord(B-Chord) is proposed in P2P (peer-to-Peer) overlay network. Chord is the most popular P2P Look-up protocol. However, it applied to the mobile environment, the search success rate become lower and the request delay time increases. That is big problem. Thus, by improving the existing Chord, in this paper proposed B-Chord reduces the request delay time to in a mobile environment. Proposed B-Chord have the two Finger table and can search by selecting Finger table depending on the value of Key. By use these bi-directional, it can reduce the number of nodes Hop and search delay time. Thus, As a result, it will be able to increase the search success rate in a mobile environment.

  • Business corporations have become specialized and on the basis of various interests try to strengthen their competitiveness through a cooperative system of purchase, distribution, service and IT technology. And an advanced Internet-based electronic commerce has witnessed explosive growth and a business-to-business (B2B) electronic commerce. Through E-marketplace. business corporations achieve such diverse utilities as expenditure curtailment, process reduction and prime cost reduction. And with business depression worldwide and soaring prices of materials, many business corporations consider the introduction of comprehensive purchase of MRO (maintenance, repair and operation) materials. The Purpose of this study was to examine the definition of B2B E-marketplace and the utilities of MRO commerce correctly focusing on an empirical analysis of cases of MRO supply and purchase business corporations. The indications acquired from this research results are as follows. Firstly, as for MRO integrated purchase under the characteristics of the market environment, it had to use the supplier obligatorily through the integrated purchase on the level of CEO's decision-making or the group rather than the voluntary will of the purchasing department or the procurement department. Secondly, as for the present B2B E-marketplace MRO purchase, the purchasing agency business has formed the mainstream, but it is aiming at the diversification of the benefit by supplementing/correcting the business model such as category type, mediation business type, MRO-type advancing in the store inclusive of the purchasing agency business, keeping pace with the potential market of MRO. Thirdly, as for analysis of the products, the purchaser wants more various products and assortment of goods than those of the present time, and also to be provided with the precise product information. Especially, as the importance of the product sourcing becomes high, the whole energy has been bestowed on acquirement of the excellent suppliers. Fourth, as for use of B2B E-marketplace MRO integrated purchasing system, there are the purchasing companies complaining the inconvenience even until now, and there is the demerit spending the long time during the image move and the process treatment. It shall try to shorten the searching time and the process treatment time as the system is centered on the purchaser. In order to enhance the efficiency of MRO E-marketplace purchase, followings must be considered: First, because the importance of product sources ever increases, an excellent supplier must be secured earnestly. Second, the time of process must be reduced focusing on purchasers. B2B E-marketplace will increase and diversify electronic commerce continuously. Through MRO E-marketplace, business corporations will reduce expenditure, achieve a transparent and speedy trade, and purchase products of fine quality, thus establishing a most effective market. In addition, in this study the investigator brings focus into MRO which has not been clearly discussed in the academic and business world so far and intensively highlights an indirect material-oriented expenditure curtailment effect. By taking all the aspects of supplier, purchaser and practical economical value into account, the investigator presents a strategic direction for the successful comprehensive purchase of B2B MRO.
