In this paper, we considered the following four-point boundary value problem $\{{x"(t)+h(t)f(t,x(t),x'(t))=0,\;0<t<1\atop%20x'(0)=ax(\xi),\;x'(1)=bx(\eta)}\$. where $0\;<\;{\xi}\;<\;{\eta}\;<\;1,\;{\delta}\;=\;ab{\xi}\;-\;ab{\eta}\;+\;a\;-\;b\;<\;0,\;0\;<\;a\;<\;\frac{1}{\xi},\;0\;<\;b\;<\;\frac{1}{\eta}$. After the discussion of the Green function of the corresponding homogeneous system, we establish some criteria for the existence of positive solutions by using the generalized Leggett-William's fixed point theorem. The interesting point is the expression of the Green function, which is a difficulty for multi-point BVP.

본 연구는 Orthotropic 재료에 존재하는 균열선단에서의 응력장의 양상에 대하여 지금까지의 연구들에서 상세하게 고려되지 않았던 여러 탄성계수들의 영향을 평면-변형조건 하에서 고찰하였다. 여러 하중조건과 경계조건 하에서의 일반적인 이방성 재료에 존재하는 균열선단에서의 응력자의 양상도 고찰하였으며, $a_{11}S^4-2a_{16}S^3+(2a_{12}+a_{66})S^2-2a_{26}S+a_{22}=0$인 특성방정식의 4근은 Cardano와 Ferrar의 해법을 쓴 새로운 단순기법에 의해 해석하였고 특성방정식의 4근에 미치는 일반적인 이방성 재료의 물성치 즉 Exx, Eyy, Ezz, Gxy, ${\nu}_{zx}$, ${\nu}_{xy}$,${\nu}_{yz}$, ${\eta}$ ${\eta}$xy,x, ${\eta}$xy, y, ${\eta}$xy,z , 들의 영향들에 대해 상세히 연구되었다. 또한 균열선단부근에서의 응력분포 양상을 재료의 물성치와 경계조건 및 하중조건들로써 체계적으로 연구하였다.

A Lorentzian para-Sasakian manifold M$(\varphi, \zeta, \eta, g)$ (abr. LPS-manifold) has been defined and studied in [9] and [10]. On the other hand, para-Sasakian (abr. PS)-manifolds are special semi-cosympletic manifolds (in the sense of [2]), that is, they are endowed with an almost cosympletic 2-form $\Omega$ such that $d^{2\eta}\Omega = \psi(d^\omega$ denotes the cohomological operator [6]), where the 3-form $\psi$ is the associated Lefebvre form of $\Omega$ ([8]). If $\eta$ is exact, $\psi$ is a $d^{2\eta}$-exact form, the manifold M is called an exact Ps-manifold. Clearly, any LPS-manifold is endowed with a semi-cosymplectic structure (abr. SC-structure).

This paper is dedicated to study a new class of general nonlinear random A-maximal $m$-relaxed ${\eta}$-accretive (so called (A, ${\eta}$)-accretive [49]) equations with random relaxed cocoercive mappings and random fuzzy mappings in $q$-uniformly smooth Banach spaces. By utilizing the resolvent operator technique for A-maximal $m$-relaxed ${\eta}$-accretive mappings due to Lan et al. and Chang's lemma [13], some new iterative algorithms with mixed errors for finding the approximate solutions of the aforesaid class of nonlinear random equations are constructed. The convergence analysis of the proposed iterative algorithms under some suitable conditions are also studied.

Given a system of smooth 1-forms $\theta$ = ($\theta^1$,...,$\theta^s$) on a smooth manifold $M^m$, we give a necessary and sufficient condition for M to be foliated by integral manifolds of dimension n, n $\leq$ p := m - s, and construct an integrable supersystem ($\theta,\eta$) by finding additional 1-forms $\eta$ = ($\eta^1$,...,$\eta^{p-n}$). We also give a necessary and sufficient condition for M to be foliated by reduced submanifolds of dimension n, n $\geq$ p, and construct an integrable subsystem ($d\rho^1$,...,$d\rho^{m-n}$) by finding a system of first integrals $\rho=(\rho^1$,...,$\rho^{m-n})$. The special case n = p is the Frobenius theorem on involutivity.

We investigated the inhibitory effects of phytol and methyl 11,14,17 eicosatrienoic acid (methyl ETA, n 3, 20 : 3) separated from perilla leaves on the growth of human cancer cells. Phytol inhibited significantly the growth of HT 29 human colon cancer cells, MG 63 osteosarcoma cells and AZ 521 gastric cancer cells. Although the activity of methyl ETA was lower than that of phytol, it was also observed to have the inhibitory effect on three human cancer cell lines. Furthermore, the DNA synthesis of the MG 63 osteosarcoma cells was markedly decreased by the addition of the phytol and methyl ETA. These results suggest that phytol and methyl ETA identified from the perilla leaves may play a role on the growth inhibition of the human cancer cells.

In this paper, we consider the multi-point boundary value problems for one-dimensional p-Laplacian at resonance: $({\phi}_p(x'(t)))'=f(t,x(t),x'(t))$, subject to the boundary value conditions: ${\phi}_p(x'(0))={\sum}^{n-2}_{i=1}{\alpha}_i{\phi}_p(x'({\epsilon}i)),\;{\phi}_p(x'(1))={\sum}^{m-2}_{i=1}{\beta}_j{\phi}_p(x'({\eta}_j))$ where ${\phi}_p(s)=/s/^{p-2}s,p>1,\;{\alpha}_i(1,{\le}i{\le}n-2){\in}R,{\beta}_j(1{\le}j{\le}m-2){\in}R,0<{\epsilon}_1<{\epsilon}_2<...<{\epsilon}_{n-2}1,\;0<{\eta}1<{\eta}2<...<{\eta}_{m-2}<1$, By applying the extension of Mawhin's continuation theorem, we prove the existence of at least one solution. Our result is new.

In this paper, we introduce and study a new system of generalized set-valued quasi-variational-like inclusions with (A, ${\eta}$)-accretive mapping in Banach spaces. By using the resolvent operator associated with (A, ${\eta}$)-accretive mappings, we construct a new iterative algorithm for approximating the solution of this system of variational inclusions. We also prove the existence of solutions and the convergence of the sequences generated by the algorithm in Banach spaces. The results presented in this paper extend and improve some known results in the literature.

Generally brittle eta phase produced during TiC deposition has a effect on the TRS (transverse rupture strength ; thoughness). Therefore it is necessary to reduce eta(η), phase for the improvement of tool life. At this experiment some properties (TRS, bonding strength, tool life, eta phase)have been investigated by inserting TiN or TiCN underlayer between TiC layer and substrate. The results obtained were as follows; 1. by inserting underlayer eta phase were decreased and TRS was increased, but the bonding strength was decreased. 2. the diffusion of W, Co from the substrate was hindered by the underlayer. 3. TiC layer with TiCN underlayer had the finsest grain size. 4. by inserting underlayer (TiCN or TiN) the tool life was improved and especially notch and crater wear resistance was greatly improved.

농후한 점도영역에서 감귤류 펙틴용액에 NaCl을 첨가하였을 때 점도 및 점탄성 변화를 연구하였다. NaCl의 농도가 증가함에 따라 펙틴용액의 점도도 점차 증가하였으며, 1.5 M의 NaCl을 첨가한 경우 점도가 약 3배 증가하였다. NaCl의 첨가에 따른 점도특성의 일반화 곡선으로서 ${\eta}/{\eta}_0$ 대 $\dot{\gamma}/\dot{\gamma}_{0.8}$ 관계는 상대적으로 낮은 중첩도를 보였다. Zero-shear viscosity $({\eta}_0)$와 NaCl 농도(C)와는 ${\eta}_0\;{\propto}\;10^{0.32C}$의 관계를 보였으며, 이때 상관계수(R2)는 0.995였다. 한편, NaCl 농도가 증가함에 따라 저장탄성률(G#)과 손실탄성률(G@)이 모두 증가하였다.
