The purpose of this paper is to classify fashion and trend, and examine how his fashionable philosophy reflects design. What affects his fashion philosophy is Western culture and Paris Revolution. Taking this opportunity, he outgrew the concept of haute couture and established specific fashion philosophy. His fashion philosophy is classified under consideration for women, respect for free emotions, recognition of tradition, and an active intercourse with many people. The characteristics of design through his philosophy are as following: 1. He wanted to release women from clothing restrained the body and make comfortable clothing which everyone can wear. This implies the consideration for women. It is the characteristics of his design to the harmony of functionality, simplicity, decoration and popularity. 2. He respected the free emotions and induced people to wear each parts of clothing which is dismantled freely within the limits coincided with clothing teleology-'wear', It implies autonomy. He also unfolded experimental design: gives the regular space between the clothing and the body and then distorts the body or maximizes modeling. It implies the beauty of space. 3. He elicited the modern design through recognition of tradition. It implies contemporaneousness. 4, As he thought that all of the concepts is based on human, he derived inspiration firm an active intercourse with many people, He established a new style through an active intercourse with artists because if he works alone, he would rise above the popular trend, It comes to the gest artist serieE and implies popularity, The characteristics of design in his fashion philosophy is classified into experimental design and practical design. But the important factor of his fashion philosophy is popularity so he would like to make popular clothing. He designs clothing which fit the public. It results from his firm fashion philosophy that his clothing is practical and decorative and he establishes his works meeting needs of modern. It is the reason that his clothing has perpetuity.

Based on an ecological model of teacher agency, the purpose of this study was to examine the relevance of HE (home economics) subjects and CSE (comprehensive sexuality education) for HE teachers, and their implementation in HE classes. To achieve this, a survey was conducted with HE teachers nationwide for which 243 responses were collected, and interviews were conducted with five HE teachers who were actively practicing CSE. The results of the survey and interview were as follows. First, HE teachers strongly recognized the relevance of HE subjects and the topic of CSE with an average score of 4.63 (out of 5 points), and practiced CSE at an average of 72.23% (97.12%~43.21%) in their class. Second, based on the ecological approach model of teacher agency, the factors facilitating the CSE practice of HE teachers included: childbirth and parenting experienced as parents, experiences of students encountering sexual problems in school, the philosophy and content of HE subjects, positive feedback from students and support from fellow teachers, and intention to help students in their lives. Conversely, HE teachers cited a lack of sexual education experience as learners, complaints from parents, weakness of HE teacher networks, lack of specific statements in curriculum and textbooks, insufficient class content and teacher training, and lack of absolute class time. This study is significant in revealing that CSE is highly relevant to the contents of HE subjects and is already being practiced in HE classes.

톱다리개미허리노린재(Riptortus clavatus Thunberg) (Heteroptera: Alydidae) 수컷 성충은 (E)-2-hexenyl (Z)-3-hexenoate (E2HZ3H), (E)-2-hexenyl (E)-2-hexenoate (E2HE2H) 및 tetradecyl isobutyrate(TI)의 세 성분으로 조성되는 집합페로몬을 분비하고, 그 페로몬에 동종의 암수 성충과 약충을 유인되며, 난기생봉인 Ooencyrtus nezarae (Hymenoptera: Encyrtidae)는 이 페로몬을 기주탐색에 이용한다. 본 연구에서는 한국의 진주와 익산, 일본의 Tsuhba와 Kumamoto지역에서 채집한 톱다리개미허리노린재의 집합페로몬 성분의 조성비를 조사하고, 각 성분의 배합비율별 유인력을 진주와 Kumamoto에서 조사하였다. 진주와 익산계통의 집합페로몬 조성 비율(E2HZ3H:E2HE2H:TI)은 각각 1:1.4:0.2, 1:0.8:0.2였으며, Tsuhba와 Kumamoto계통은 각각 1:2.8:0.2, 1:1.5:0.1이었다. 야외 유인력 검정에서, 1:1:1 (E2HZ3H:E2HE2H:TI=16.7:16.7:16.7mg/고무격막) 또는 1:1:0.5 (E2HZ3H:E2HE2H:TI=20:20:10mg/고무격막)로 배합한 페로몬이 1:5:1 (E2HZ3H:E2HE2H:TI = 7.1:35.7:7.1mg/고무격막)로 배합한 것보다 유인력이 높았다.

This essay describes G. Mendel's life and his law of inheritance. He was born in a poor family in 1822 in a hamlet in Czechs. At that time the Habsburg Empire dominated over the East Europe in which Vienna was the capital. Vienna had thus been the center of culture and learning, and attracted many artists and scholars such as W. Mozart (1756- 1791), L. Beethoven (1770-1827), C. Doppler (1803-1853), S. Freud (1856-1939), G. Mahler (1860-1911), G. Klimt (1862-1918) and E. Schiele (1890-1918). Beethoven came to Vienna to learn from Mozart. Klimt was influence by Schilele. When Mahler consulted Freud about his mental problem, Freud said to him "Your mental condition was not normal, but the condition made you creative. So, do not worry too much about it." Like that, there were many interactions among them, and Mendel was no exception. Though Mendel was poor, he was fortunate in his education and scientific research, because he could have excellent supporters in his family and out of it. He learned mathematics and physics at Vienna University under the guidance of C. Doppler. He was not totally alone when he discovered his law of inheritance. It may not be true either that his law was neglected and rediscovered in the year of 1900. As his one and only paper indicates, he was one of the earliest interdisciplinary scientists.

In the intestinal mucosa, mast cells are thought to be responsible for the expulsion of parasites. We investigated the relationship of worm expulsion and mast cells in C3H/HeN and BALB/c mice infected with Echinostoma hortense. In addition, we examined whether the worm recovery rate was associated with the strain of mice, and whether a toluidine stain and immunohistochemistry using the c-kit antibody was effective in the detection of mast cells. In order to investigate the mucosal immune response of C3H/HeN and BALB/c mice, each mouse was infected orally with 30 E. hortense metacercariae. Then, the number of mucosal mast cells and worm recovery rates was observed in experimentally infected mouse strains between 1 week and 8 weeks post infection (PI). Mucosal mast cells were increased in 3 weeks P.I. in C3H/HeN and BALB/c mice. On the other hand, only mucosal goblet cells and worm recovery rates correlated in C3H/HeN mice (P=0.0482). Worm recoveries in C3H/HeN mice were 65.7$\pm$5.6, 53.3$\pm$5.4 and 6.7$\pm$0.6 in week 1, 2, and 3 P.I. and strongly decreased in week 3 P.I. Worm recoveries in BALB/c mice were 23.0$\pm$2.5, 10.0$\pm$1.0, and 6.7$\pm$0.6% in week 1, 2, and 3 P.I. and gradually decreased from week 1 P.I. to week 3 P.I. Worm recoveries in C3H/HeN mice were significantly higher than in BALB/c mice (P<0.00l). The number of mast cells in C3H/HeN and BALB/c mice using the anti-c-kit antibody reached to a peak in week 3 P.I. and recovered as normal level in week 5 P.I. and 6 P.I. The number in E. hortense-infected C3H/HeN mice (P=0.0015) was higher than in E. hortense-infected BALB/c mice (P=0.01) compared with the control group. There were significant differences in the number of mast cells among regions of the intestine in in C3H/HeN mice (P<0.05) but not in BALB/c mice (P>0.05). Immunohistochemistry using the anti-c-kit antibody was significant method as an examination of the number of mast cells (P=0.0002). In conclusion, the present study demonstrated that mast cells play an important role in worm recovery, and immunohistochemistry using the anti-c-kit antibody was superior to toluidine stain as an examination of mast cells.

3MeV에 서 5.4MeV 사이의 $\alpha$-입자에 대한 저지능과 저지 단면적을 He, Ar, 및 $N_2$ 가스에 대해서 측정했다. Srivastava의 저지능 공식을 본 실험결과에 적용시켜 그 타당성을 알아보았다. 그결과 Ar의 경우는 매우 잘 일치됨을 보여주며, He의 경우는 27-28%, $N_2$의 경우는 13-26%의 불일치를 보여주고 있다.

본 연구는 다양한 지질의 지하수(대전, 청원, 춘천, 이천, 괴산 지역) 내 우라늄-238 및 라돈-222와 같은 자연방사성물질의 산출과 헬륨 동위원소와의 상관성을 해석하고, 헬륨의 기원별 혼합비를 분석하여 대수층의 지표환경과의 연관성을 추론하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 연구지역에서 9개의 지하수 시료를 채취하여 우라늄-238, 라돈-222, ³He/⁴He 동위원소를 분석하였다. 분석결과 복운모화강암 지역의 지하수에서 우라늄-238의 농도가 218~477 ㎍ /L의 범위로 높은 함량을 보여주었다. 지하수의 ⁴He 대기-지각 혼합비와 라돈-222 함량과는 상관성 있는 경향을 보여준다. 즉, 지각기원 ⁴He비가 높을수록 라돈의 함량이 높은 경향을 보인다. 그러나 헬륨과 우라늄-238과의 상관성은 거의 보여주지 않는다. 헬륨과 라돈은 불활성기체이므로 지하환경에서 거의 유사한 거동을 보이는 반면, 무기이온인 우라늄-238과 불활성기체인 헬륨은 그들의 거동 자체가 다르기 때문이다. 대기-지각-맨틀 기원의 헬륨 혼합비를 보여주는 3He/⁴He vs ⁴He/²⁰Ne 상관관계도에서 지하수는 3개의 그룹(대기, 대기-지각혼합, 지각-맨틀 혼합)으로 구분된다. 연구결과는 헬륨의 기원별 혼합비를 통하여 지하수 대수층의 환경과 지표환경과의 상관성 해석을 위한 도구로 활용될 수 있음을 시사한다.

체내 매입후 경시적으로 분해되면서 재생골조직에 의해 치환되는 인공골복합체를 제조하고 복합체가 세포활성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 복합체시편을 세포배양액에 넣고 1주일동안 $37^{\circ}C$에서 배양한 다음, 사람자궁경부암유래 HeLa S3세포와 쥐피하 L929세포를 복합체가 용해된 세포배양액에서 5일간 배양하여 세포성장율을 비교하여 세포특성을 조사하였다. 한편 HeLa S3세포를 배양중인 배양액에 ${Na_2}^{51}CrO_4$를 첨가하여 HeLa S3세포에 $^{51}Cr$를 표식한 다음, 용해된 $^{51}Cr$의 양을 $\gamma$-counter를 이용하여 측정하였다. 세포성장정도의 측정에서는 HeLa S3 세포 및 L929 세포 모두가 특이한 세포독성을 발견할 수 없었으며, 복합체가 용해된 세포배양액내의 표식된 HeLa S3 세포로 부터 용해된 $^{51}Cr$량을 측정한 결과, 세포활성을 저해하지 않은 것으로 관찰되었다.

The objective of this study were 1) to determine the stages of concern of HE teachers about the practical problem-based curriculum approach, as illustrated by the Ohio's Work and Family Life Curriculum (W&FLC); 2) to determine the relationships between home economics (HE) teacher's stages of concern about W&FLC and personal and professional characteristics of HE teachers; and 3) to determine aspects of interest about the practical problem-based curriculum approach, such as the Ohio W&FLC. Respondents in this study were 225 HE teachers. The data were collected during the in-service teacher training sessions after presentation about W&FLC. Concerns Based Adoption Model (CBAM) was modified to provide a conceptual framework for this study. Frequencies, SD, mean, mode, range were used to determine the stages of concern of HE teachers. To determine the relationships between stages of concerns and personal and professional characteristics of HE teachers, coefficient of Chi-Square contingency tables was used. Content analysis was used to determine aspects of interest about the practical problem-bsed curriculum approach, such as W&FLC. The median of the stages of HE teachers' concerns about W&FLC was Stage 1, Information Stage. About 60% of HE teachers were interested in learning more details about W&FLC. Chi-square revealed no statistically significant relationships between stages of concerns about W&FLC and characteristics of HE teachers. Content analysis was used to determine aspects of interest about W&FLC of HE teachers. Nine categories were found: content, teaching strategies, implementation of the curriculum, philosophical framework, how to adopt W&FLC, resource materials, students' outcomes, in-service teacher training, and HE teacher organization. The majority of HE teachers were interested in relationships with family and others, resource management, family relationships, personal development, communication skill, family life, creating a self-identity, life planning, roles of family members, homemaking management, child care, and parenting.
