본 연구는 현장실습이 학생들의 직무태도에 미치는 긍정적인 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 9개의 업무수행능력 및 태도 문항을 설정하여 사전/사후 조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 모든 업무수행능력 및 태도가 현장실습 후 상승하는 경향을 보였으며, 특히 성실성, 업무이해도, 현장적용능력에서 유의미한 향상이 나타났다. 학생들은 현장실습을 통해 이론적 지식을 실제 업무에 적용하며 자신의 능력을 재평가하고 자신감을 얻는 등 긍정적인 변화를 경험하였다. 이를 통해 현장실습이 학생들의 긍정적인 직무태도 형성에 중요한 교육적 도구임을 확인할 수 있었다. 향후 현장실습 프로그램 운영 시, 이론과 실무 간의 간극을 줄이기 위해 강단과 현장 간의 연계를 강화하고, 실습기관 간의 표준화된 실습 프로그램 또는 최소한의 필수 경험 요소를 설정할 필요가 있을 것으로 보인다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the positive effects of field practice on students' job attitudes. For this purpose, nine items on job performance and attitudes were set and pre-post surveys were conducted. The results of the analysis showed that all job performance and attitudes tended to increase after the field practice, and in particular, there was significant improvement in sincerity, job understanding, and field application ability. Through the field practice, students experienced positive changes such as applying theoretical knowledge to actual work, re-evaluating their abilities, and gaining confidence. Through this, it was confirmed that field practice is an important educational tool for forming students' positive job attitudes. In the future, when operating field practice programs, it seems necessary to strengthen the connection between the academic instruction and the field to reduce the gap between theory and practice, and to set standardized practice programs or minimum essential experience elements between training institutions.
