As a result, social support(r=0.379, p<.001) and Grit(r=0.532, p<.001) were correlated with academic self-efficacy, and grit was identified as a factor affecting academic self-efficacy(Adju-R2=.277, p<.001). Based on the findings of this study, it is recommended that future programs be developed to increase academic self-efficacy in nursing students.
