간호대학생의 문화적 역량 영향 요인

Factors Influencing to the Cultural Competence of Nursing Students

초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 문화적 역량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고 문화적 역량강화프로그램 개발에 기여하고자 수행된 서술적 조사연구이다. G시의 일 대학 간호학과 학생 전수를 대상으로 2022년 10월 4일부터 10월 25일까지 수행되었으며 대상자는 470명이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 19.0로 분석하였으며, descriptive statististics, t or F test, multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 문화적 역량은 20대가, 외국인 친구가 있는 경우, 다문화교육경험이 있는 경우, 외국어가 유창하지 않다고 생각하는 경우, 대중매체를 통한 다문화경험이 있는 경우, 3학년 이상의 학년에서 문화적 역량이 높았고, 문화적 역량의 예측요인으로는 대중매체를 통한 경험, 자기효능, 외국어가 유창하지 않는 경우였으며, 자기역량과는 상관관계가 있었다(r=.230, p=.000)의 . 자기효능감 증진전략을 활용한 다문화교육을 제안한다.

This study was conducted to identify factors that affect nursing students' cultural competency and to contribute to the development of a cultural competency strengthening program. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 19.0 from 470 subjects. There was a significant positive correlation between cultural competence and self-efficacy(r=.230, p=.000). The significant factors influencing cultural competence of nursing students were multicultural experience through mass media, self-efficacy, fluentness of foreign language. This study suggest that It need to develop multicultural education using strategy improving self-efficacy for nursing students.
