Data were collected from March 1 to April 30, 2021 for 180 nurses who worked for 6 months at long-term care hospital nurses by D city. Collected data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 21.0. Nursing professionalism was positively correlated with the self efficacy(r=.35, p<.001) and social support(r=.34, p<.001). The significant variables explaining self efficacy(β=.290, p=.041) and social support(β=.189, p=.004) These factors explained 17.2% of health promoting behaviors.
