A Study on the Comparative Analysis of the Quality Mamagement System of Temporary Equipment and Materials

초록

Temporary Equipment and Materials refer to themporary structures or facilities to install, remove and clean-up them for supporting to build construction. There are Korea Occupational Safety&Health Act's 'safety certification and self safety check' and 'Korea Industrial Standards's KS' for the means of controlling the quality of the temporary equipment and materials. These certification systems are using for blocking the production, lease and installation of the poor temporary eqipment and materials. The safety certification system is used for continuous controlling the quality of the temporary equipments and materials with the post-management system. However, the self safety check without the post-management system is difficult to continuously control the quality of the temporary equipment and materials. In addition, it is difficult to blocking for using the illegal or poor materials due to the absence of quality control regulations, criterias and standards in the lease and use steps of the temporary equipment and materials. Therefore, this study will suggest reasonable solutions through analysis of the current problems of the Korea quality control regulations of the temporary equipment and materials comparing the Korea quality-related regulations with foreign countries' regulations. It will be able to block the lease and use of the poor temporary eqipment and materials and helpful to reduce construction industrial accidents.
