A Study on the Factors Influencing on Life Satisfaction of Industrially Injured Workers

산업재해 근로자의 생활만족도에 미치는 영향 요인에 관한 연구

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effects of psychological-social factors, economic factors and Health-related factors of industrially injured workers on life satisfaction. For this study, the data of the 2014 1st Korea Panel Study of work's compensation Insurance. From all the subjects study, 2000 industrially injured workers who were fit for the study purpose were chosen and analysis were implemented. Self efficacy, self esteem, old age preparations of psychological-social factors influenced on life satisfaction. Economic activity, socioeconomic status of economic factors influenced on life satisfaction. Subjective health status, with the help of others of Health-related factors influenced on life satisfaction. The model explained 34% of the valuables.

본 연구는 산업재해 근로자의 심리사회적요인, 경제적요인, 건강관련요인이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 근로복지공단의 산재보험패널조사 2014년 발표한 제1차 자료를 분석하였다. 전체 조사대상자 가운데 연구목적에 부합하는 산업재해 근로자 2,000명에 대한 유효한 자료를 추출하였으며 통계적으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 산업재해 근로자의 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 심리사회적 요인으로 자기효능감, 자아존중감, 노년준비정도가 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 경제적 요인으로 경제적 활동상태, 사회경제적 지위가 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 건강관련요인으로 주관적 건강상태, 타인의 도움 정도가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 모델의 설명력은 34%였다.
