Interpersonal relationship strong positively correlated with emotional intelligence (r=.600, p<.001) and ego-resilience (r=.421, p<.001) in nurses, emotional intelligence and ego-resilience explained 41.6% of total variance of interpersonal relationship of nurse. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and implement program for improving emotional intelligence and ego-resilience of nurses.
