기록물처리일정표의 작성과 유지 관리

A Study on Preparing and Maintaining of the Records Retention Schedule

우리나라 '기록물분류기준표'의 성격에 대하여 국가기록원은 공공기록물을 생산 단계부터 폐기 단계까지의 처리일정을 규정하는 것이라고 밝히고 있다. 이에 기록관리 하부시스템으로서의 기록물처리일정표에 대한 기본적인 정의와 작성절차를 살펴봄으로써 궁극적으로는 우리나라 기준표를 어떠한 시각에서 이해하고 평가해야 하는가에 대하여 제시하고자 한다.

The National Archives & Records Service of the Korea stated clearly the nature of the 'Korean Disposition Schedule' as records retention schedule which prescribe from creation to disposition of the records. With a point of this view, this study examine a definition and preparing procedures about the records retention schedule that is sub-system of the records management and present a way how understand and evaluate the 'Korean Disposition Schedule.'
