Voltage Measurement Sensor using Volume Hologram

체적 홀로그램을 이용한 전압측정 센서

다중모드 광섬유에서 나오는 빛을 기준파로 하여 체적홀로그램을 기록하고, 이것을 전압인가에 의해 압력이 가해지는 광섬유의 스펙클 패턴으로 복원할 때 측정된 빛의 세기를 통해 PZT에 인가된 전압의 크기를 측정할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고 실험을 통해 입증하였다.
