Studies on Linerboard Compositions of Corrugated Fibreboard Containers for Apples

사과 포장용 골판지상자의 재질구성에 관한 연구

The purpose of this research was to complete basic study about standardization of corrugated fibreboard containers for apples. Various corrugated fibreboard containers are studied and the results are shown below. 1. WLK, SK, and KA are usually used for outer liner boards, S and $K_2$ are for medium or inner liner boards. 2. According to the study, about twenty different liner compositions are currently used for apple packaging. However, for the containers with white liner board, the liner composition is WLK210/M200/S120/$M200/K_{2}200$, for the containers with colored liner board, SK180/M200/S120/$M200/K_{2}200$ are mostly used. 3. Sixteen percents of cost saving are expected when subsitute white outer liner boards by those of colored.

사과 포장용 골판지상자의 규격 및 강도 표준화를 위한 기초 자료를 조사하기 위하여 대구 경북지역에서 유통되고 있는 사과(후지) 포장용 골판지상자를 수거하여 라인너와 골심지의 재질구성을 분석하고 재질구성에 따른 재료비를 비교 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 표면라이너의 경우에는 WLK와 SK 및 KA가 주로 사용되었고 골심지로는 강화 골심지가 주로 사용되었으며, 중간 및 이면 라이너로는 S와 $K_2$가 주로 사용되었다. 재질구성은 약 20종이었으며 그중 백색라이너는 WLK210/M200/S120/$K_{2}200$의 재질구성이, 유색라이너는 SK180/M200/S120/$M200/K_2$의 재질구성이 많이 사용되고 있었다. 또한 백색라이너를 유색라이너로 변경 할 경우에는 약 16%의 원가절감 효과를 기대할 수 있었다.
