Endomycorrhizal Fungi Found from the Soils of the Communities of Persicaria thunbergii H. Gross

고마리 군락의 토양에서 발견된 내생균근

Abstract

Eleven species of endomycorrhizal fungi were isolated from the soils in the communities of Persicaria thunbergii: A. bireticulata, A. scrobiculata, Gi. decipiens, Gi. gigantea, Gi. margarita, Gl. albidum, Gl. manihotis, Gl. pulvinatum, Sc. erythropa and Sc. gregaria.

고마리 군락의 식물 뿌리 및 뿌리 주변 토양(土壤)에서 여러 가지 접합내생균근을 분리하였다. 분리된 포자의 형태 및 크기 등으로 동정한 결과 다음과 같이 4속 10종으로 분류 동정되었다 ; A. bireticulata, A. scroiculata, Gi. decipiens, Gi. gigantea, Gi. margarita, Gl. albidum, Gl. manihotis, Gl. pulvinatum, Sc. erythropa 및 Sc. gregaria.
