Abstract
ZnO nanowire is known as synthesizable and good mechanical properties. And, stimuli-responsive polymer is widely used in the application of tunable sensing device. So, we combined these characteristics to make precise tunable sensing devise. In this work, we investigate the dependence of ZnO nanowire alignment and morphology on si substrate using nanosphere template with various conditions via hydrothermal process.
