In this study, we investigated morphology of nanotube and micropore on the Ti-25Nb-xHf alloys with Hf contents after anodization. Ti-25Nb-xHf ternary alloys contained from (0~15) wt.% Hf contents were manufactured by vacuum arc-melting furnace. The obtained ingots were homogenized in an argon atmosphere at
