A Study on the development of Construction site management system to build Web-based BIM

웹기반 BIM 구축을 위한 건축현장 관리시스템 개발에 관한 연구

Several construction management systems, such as CIC, CALS, PMIS etc., are only focused on visualizing or collecting data without linking between them. So, it is required to develop a new concept construction management system able to control data throughout the construction process. The purpose of this study is to develop prototype of web-based BPMS, which implements whole information flow for each construction phase effectively by storing common data in general building constructions.

건축 현장에서 사용되는 데이터들은 정보를 단순히 시각화하거나 하나로 취합하는 작업에 중점을 두고 있어, 전체 건설 프로세스 상에서 관리할 수 있는 시스템의 개발이 매우 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 건축 공사 전반에 공통적으로 사용 되는 자료들을 축적함으로써 건설 단계별 전반적인 정보의 흐름을 효과적으로 구현 할 수 있는 웹기반 BPMS(Building Process Management System)의 프로토타입을 개발하고자 한다.
