Abstract

A method of improving device performance of OTFT was investigated. The mobility of device is more than 0.51 $cm^2$/Vs and $I_{on}/I_{off}$ is higher than $10^6$. An Active-matrix LCD driven by OTFT was fabricated. The resolution of this panel is 64 ${\times}$ 128 pixels and the pixel size is 550 ${\mu}m$ ${\times}$ 550 ${\mu}m$.
