Let M be a n-dimensional compact Riemannian manifold with sectional curvature bounded below by one. Then Li and Zhong[3], and Li and Treibergs [4] proved that if the first eigenvalue of the Laplacian .lambda.$_{1}$ is less than some universal constant and if n.leq.4, then M is diffeomorphic to the n-sphere S$^{n}$ . The purpose of this paper is to prove this pinching theorem for all n with some extra condition.

본 논문에서 구현한 게임은 과거 사용자들이 즐겨했던 퍼즐 게임인 헥사 게임에 기본을 두고 있으며 슈팅 및 빠른 조작의 유도로 기존의 퍼즐 게임보다 긴박감 및 몰입성을 배가하였다. 또한 모바일 환경에서 판타지풍의 분위기를 새롭게 적용하여 게임 진행상의 전체적인 흐름은 아기자기 하며 신비스럽게 게임을 구성하였다. 더욱이 판타지 게임의 느낌을 살려 기존의 틀에 박힌 도형 맞추기 퍼즐에서 탈피하였고, 제안한 게임을 통하여 사용자에게 공간 및 도형 지각력을 향상시킬 수 있으며 나아가 실험을 통하여 높은 게임성과 교육적으로도 효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

This paper presents four incompatible but convergent Rational quadrilateral elements, two four-node elements (RQ4Z and RQ4B) and two five-node elements (RQ5Z and RQ5B). The difference between the so-called Rational Finite Element (Zhong and Zeng 1996) and the Free Formulation (Bergan and Nygard 1984) are discussed and compared. The importance of the mode completeness in these formulations is emphasized. Numerical results for several benchmark problems show the good performance of these elements. The two five-nodes elements RQ5Z and RQ5B, which can be viewed as complete quadratic mode elements (with seven stress modes), always give better results than the four nodes elements RQ4Z and RQ4B.

In order to explore the association between cadherin 13 (CDH13) gene promoter methylation and lung carcinoma (LC) risk, we carried out a meta-analysis with searching of PubMed, Web of Science. Ultimately, 17 articles were identified and analysised by STATA 12.0 software. Overall, we found a significant relationship between CDH13 promoter methylation and LC risk (odds ratio=6.98, 95% confidence interval: 4.21-11.56, p<0.001). Subgroup analyses further revealed that LC risk was increased for individuals carrying the methylated CDH13 compared with those with unmethylated CDH13. Hence, our study identified a strong association between CDH13 gene promoter methylation and LC and highlighted a promising potential for CDH13 methylation in LC risk prediction.

Fifteen dogs with clinical signs of paraparesis, paraplegia and urinary dysfunction were referred to Veterinary Medical leaching Hospital, College of Veterinary Medicine, Konkuk University. According to physical and neurologic examination, survey radiograph and myelography, these patients were diagnosed as thoracolumbar intervertebral disc disease. All of them were treated with medical (prednisolone or carprofen, antibiotics), acupuncture (Ji Zhong, Bai Hui, Zhong Shu, Pang Guang Shu, Zu San Li, Huan Tiao) and physical therapy (hydrotherapy, thermotherapy, massage, manipulation, swimming). Of twelve patients were recovered of neurologic deficits within 21 days after the onset of treatment. However, three dogs were not resolved, which were found to have other spinal cord disease concomitantly. All of patients showed normal urination after treatment. Until 21 months after treatment, there were no recurrence in twelve patients. This study indicated that the conservative therapy could be effectively managed in paraparesis or paraplegia and urinary dysfunction which caused by intervertebral disc disease.

This study is the contents regarding the thought quality of Rui-Yi(儒醫) medical science. I shared this subject a lot with three branches and i analyzed. The thought ground of the Rui-Yi(儒醫) is the Ren(仁). Them applied meaning of human medically. This became the basic idea of Chinese medical science. The practice of mind the place did with focus of studying abroad. The Rui-Yi(儒醫) it applied with ground of the medical objection. The Zhi-zhong-he(致中和) from medical science explains with the Yin-Yang(陰陽), the principal is a possibility of searching from the iching-study(易學).
