메타버스 내 가상세계는 가상적으로 확장된 물리적 현실과 물리적으로 영구화된 가상공간이 융합(convergence)되어 나타난 문명의 장이다. 컴퓨터 인터페이스의 기능과 역할이 확대 및 발전되고 가상에 대한 패러다임이 전환됨에 따라, 가상은 현실을 복제하는 단계를 넘어서서 상상력을 통해 독자적인 '가상 세계(Virtual World)'를 구현하기에 이른다. 가상세계는 크게 환상성, 유희성, 게임성이 강조된 '유희적가상세계(The Ludic Virtual World)'와 실재성, 효율성, 네트워크성이 강조된 '사회적 가상세계(The Social Virtual Reality)'로 분류할 수 있다. 북미의 경우 사회적 가상세계가 중시되는 반면, 유독 한국에서는 허구적 세계관에 입각한 유희적 가상세계가 각광받고 있다. 한국 가상세계의 발전방향은 반현실에 대한 욕망과 허구적 상상력을 극대화할 수 있는 장으로서 유희적 가상세계에 놓여있다.

The purpose of this study is to improve robot motion control in teaching and operating the expert system/world coordinate system (TOES/WCS) constructed in the previous study. The major contribution of this study is reduction of the inaccuracy in coordinated reading and the movement time of robots in macro motion control. This study also reduces undesirable time of micro motion control by using an unit control (UC) and a micro unit control (MUC) in micro motion control.

This paper describes an experimental system for automatic robot programming, The SNU-ARPS (Seoul National University Automatic Robot Programming System). The SNU-ARPS generates executable robot programs for pick and place operation and some simple mechanical assembly tasks by menudriven dialog. It is intended to enable the user to concentrate on the overall operation sequence instead of the knowledge regarding the details of robot languages. To convert task specifications into manipulator motions, the SNU-ARPS uses an internal representation of the world. This representation initially consists of geometric database from CAD system and is updated at each operation step to reflect the state changes of the world.

Domestic construction industry (including plant engineering industry) faces severe competition with world-wide leading companies under WTO (World Trade Organization) system. To survive in this competition, domestic construction company should establish and operate standardization system efficiently. In this paper, check list is presented to prepare the efficient reliability management system in domestic construction. And then, the check list is applied in MIR(Maturity Index on Reliability) estimation item to estimate reliability management level of company quantitatively.

열무김치로부터 김치유산균을 분리하고 프로바이오틱스로 이용 가능한 균주를 선발하기 위하여 인체의 장관과 유사한 인체장모델시스템(SHIMS)을 이용한 in silico 실험을 수행하였다. 열무김치에서 분리한 5종과 표준균주 12종에 대해 내산성 및 내담즙산성을 시험하여 생존율이 높은 2종의 균주를 선발하였다. 선발한 균주를 SHIMS에서 시험하여 가장 높은 생존율을 나타낸 균주의 16S rRNA를 분석한 결과 Leu. mesenteroides로 동정되었으며 이 김치유산균을 Leu. mesenteroides K01으로 명명하였다. 이 균주는 SHIMS에서 생존율이 높았기 때문에 프로바이오틱스로 다양하게 이용할 가치가 있다고 판단된다.

지적 분야의 세계측지계 도입은 세계적인 표준을 도입하고, 공간정보 기반의 타 산업과 융복합 함으로써 신산업창출의 기반이 될 수 있다. 하지만 ｢공간정보의 구축 및 관리 등에 관한 법률｣의 기본 목적인 국민의 소유권 보호 측면에서 새로운 불부합지의 발생가능성이 있기 때문에 이에 대한 해결방안이 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 세계측지계 변환에 따른 사례 조사를 분석하고, 이에 따른 문제점을 파악하여, 이 문제점을 해결하기 위한 제도적 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 사유지간 겹치는 사례와 국공유지간 겹치는 사례를 통하여 현장에서 발생하는 문제점 해결을 위한 제도적인 개선방안을 도출하고자 한다. 개선방안으로 세계측지계로 변환된 도면에 지적공부로서의 기능을 부여하기 위해 세계측지계 변환 검증측량을 도입해야한다. 또한 검증측량을 통해 경계조정 및 위치정정이 가능하도록 법적 제도적 근거를 확립해야 한다. 마지막으로 업무지역별로 측량성과가 다르기 때문에 공통점의 좌표값도 달라짐에 따라 변환계수를 결정하기가 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 2021년 세계측지계에 의한 지적측량 기준을 사용하는 것을 연기해야 할 것으로 판단된다.

Universities are considered important actors and drivers of socio-economic development in the regional innovation eco-system. This article investigates the role Kenyan universities and research institutes play in the development of regional innovation eco-system in the context of triple and Quadruple helices. A model involving Government, Industry, Universities and Society (Public) linkages in the regional innovation eco-system and with Information and Communication Technology as an enabler is used as a framework for analysing the nature of linkages in Kenya. The article uses literature review and case study methods to examine how universities and research institutes can spur the development of the innovation eco-systems. The research question is: what is the role of Kenyan universities and research institutes in spurring innovation ecosystems? Six cases of Kenyan universities and research institutes are considered in the light of Government Policy on Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) which is underpinned in Kenyan constitution 2010. The study contributes to the understanding of how deep collaboration among universities, government, research institutes, Science Cities, local, regional, national and international players spurs the creation of world-class innovation ecosystems which can contribute to regional development in developing countries like Kenya.

Human history show the whole society changed rapidly and found that the momentum and foundation of such change is " the advanced technology ",which is, the advanced knowledge. Real cyberterrors are invisible and difficult to identify. Even after a cyberattack, its origin and cause are difficult to determine. Cyberterrorism results in invisible cyberwars, and it is believed that World War IV will begin with a cyberwarfare. For national cybersecurity, information on cybersecurity must be collected, shared, and disseminated. In this study, we investigate a blockchain system designed based on the World Cybersecurity Agreement. National cybersecurity information is linked to the hyperledger blockchain system network through the National Cybersecurity Center. National cybersecurity information designs and uses a secure protocol for protection; further, it is collected, shared, and disseminated to treaty countries. National cybersecurity information is shared and spread by the hyperledger blockchain system, and it uses a cyberdefense system that responds to the cyberattacks and their origin. This paper serves as a policy and legislation guideline for forming a World Cybersecurity Agreement between countries.

Because of many advantages of Maglev(magnetic levitation) trains, the study of Maglev technology has been accelerated rapidly throughout the world. As a results of that, German commercialized the super-speed magnetic train in Shanghai at the world-wide beginning. Japan started the first commercial service for the low speed Maglev train system in Nagoya in the world. For the commercial service of Maglev trains, signal system must be installed on the operation line and be controlled by operation control center In this paper, Maglev train operation systems of the inside and outside of the country are investigated and what is supplied for domestic Maglev train system is investigated.
