개정된 측량법에 의해 2010년부터 모든 위치정보좌표는 세계측지계 좌표를 기준으로 하여야 하며 이를 위해 국토지리정보원을 중심으로 세계측지계로의 전환을 위한 기술적 제도적 기반을 마련하였다. 하지만 여러 저해요인으로 인해 현재 지방자치단체별 전환실적이 상대적으로 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 세계측지계로의 전환에 필요한 요소 중 좌표변환방법 및 절차에 대한 분석을 통해 보다 유연성 있는 변환방법을 제시하였으며 기존의 좌표변환절차 중 효율적 인 좌표변환을 위한 보완방안을 제공하였다. 이를 위해 국가변환계수를 이용한 기존의 변환방법보다 효율적인 Affine변환의 유용성 여부를 분석하였으며 기준점의 허용오차 분석을 통해 공통점에 존재하는 비상사점의 판별 기준을 제시하였다. 또한 구성과 및 신성과가 혼재하는 지역에서의 효율적인 세계측지계 좌표변환 방법 및 세계측지계 변환에 필요한 공통점의 적절한 수량을 제시하였다.

가상 세계(Virtual World)는 다수의 플레이어들이 자신을 표현하는 아바타를 통해 한 공간에서 다양한 상호작용을 경험하는 사이버 게임 공간이다. 외국을 중심으로 활발하게 개발 중인 가상 세계는 전 세계적으로 앞으로도 지속적으로 성장할 것으로 기대 된다. 이러한 가상 세계는 가입자들이 가상공간을 무료로 접근하고 가상공간에서의 활동에 대해 과금을 하는 방식이 보편화될 것으로 예상된다. 그러나 대부분의 가상 세계가 2000년 초부터 서비스가 시작되어 가상 세계의 수익 모델에 관한 연구는 초기 단계에 불과하다. 한국의 경우 게임을 무료로 즐기면서 게임 내 아이템 판매 등을 통해 수익을 창출하는 방식에 대한 수많은 시도가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 한국 온라인 게임의 수익 모델과 외국에서 상업적으로 성공을 거둔 가상 세계의 수익 모델을 분석하여 게임 내 자산 판매 방식을 중심으로 생활형 가상 세계를 위한 효과적인 수익 모델을 제안한다. 이 논문에서 제안하는 게임 내 자산 판매를 통한 수익 모델의 가이드라인은 생활형 가상 세계의 효과적인 수익 창출에 기여할 것으로 예상된다.

The author conducted a survey on the current status of neurosurgery around the world in preparation for Presidential Address at the International Society for Pediatric Neurosurgery (ISPN). The addresses and findings from the survey were presented at ISPN in 2006 and Child's Nervous System in 2007. After reviewing the current status of neurosurgery of various countries, the author would like to share this information with members of the Korean Neurosurgical Society, as well as offer a proposal to promote Korean neurosurgery around the world.

Over the past decade, the unprecedented internet revolution has dramatically altered many core aspects of out daily business and personal lives. Many of these fundamental changes have completely transformed traditional communication mechanism, boosted productivity, opened up new marketing opportunities, and given birth to entirely new applications in the world of eCommerce and eBusiness. But Many web applications doesn't connect with real-world device such as lights, pumps, and Motors avaiable over the Internet. In this paper We introduce XML and presents way it can be used with I/O system.

This thesis is to study the change in the information gathering system and the management of the technical cooperation. It is on urgent business for an enterprise or a preson to get proper information in modern information flood. To come up with the developed countinues it need to estimate the current world economice condition and to investigate the world economice circumstances. By this investigation we can establish a strategy to get necessary information. Information management will be needed to deal with the flooding new infermations.

A new tri-aural ultrasonic sensor system is suggested to build more accurate world maps for mobile robots with less scanning. In ordinary single sensor systems, the inherent beam-width of sonar transmitter causes ambiguity in sensing direction. Dual sensors may be used to discriminate plane and corner with several scans. However, the proposed method uses triple sensors, and achieves more accuracy with less scanning.

We have known that ethno-mathematics is a field of a study that emphasizes the socio-cultural environment in which a person "does" mathematics as stated by D'Ambrosio(Ethno mathematics and its Place in the History and Pedagogy of Mathematics, 1985). Measurement is an important mathematical topic, which leads students to relate math to the eal-world applications, particularly with socio-cultural aspects. The purpose of this article is to review the history of the measurement system in Korea briefly and to adapt the measurement system into real-world problems so that children acquire measurement knowledge in the most natural way.

This study investigate both the structure and characteristics of world railway market and major railway manufacturers' major business fields and their strategies to go abroad. Based on this market analysis, we study the SWOP analysis by dividing the important factors that affect railway system into strength, weakness, opportunity, threat factors, and suggest marketing strategies for advancing railway system into foreign countries.

Third generation mobile radio systems (3G) are currently being deployed in different regions of the world. Future systems beyond 3G are already under discussion in international bodies and forums such as ITU, WWRF and R&D programs of the European Union and in other regions. These systems will determine the research and standardization activities in mobile and wireless communication in the next years. Based on the experience of 3G future systems will be developed mainly from the user perspective with respect to potential services and applications including traffic demands. Therefore, the Wireless World Research Forum (WWRF) was launched in 2001 as a global and open initiative of manufacturers, network operators, SMEs, R&D centers and the academic domain. WWRF is focused on the vision of such systems the Wireless World - and potential key technologies. This paper describes the international context of activities on systems beyond third generation, the goals, objectives and structure of WWRF, the user perspective as the starting point for a future system design and the key enabling technologies for the Wireless World.

본 연구에서는 또하나의 새로운 서술방식을 제시하게 되는데, 먼저 에너지 이동현상으로서의 일중에서 가용일을 분리하고, 가역과정만이 가능한 세계 즉 가역세 계 안에서 측정과 산정이 가능하도록 열역학의 가장 중요한 물리량인 온도와 엔트로피, 열 등을, 가용일의 가측성을 이용하여 정의한 다음, 그러한 제한조건하에서 기존 열역 학의 기본 법칙들이 어떻게 표시되는가 살펴보고, 이것을 비가역과정에 확장하는 식의 순서에 따라 열역학의 기존원리들에 대한 서술을 재구성하고자 한다.
