The goal of the study was to see how polymer banknotes affected users' purchasing intention. Variables affecting the properties of polymer banknotes were considered, including security, ease of use, convenience, and durability. To achieve the study's main goal, quantitative methods were used, and a questionnaire was created and posted online through Google Forms to collect primary data. The questionnaire was completed by 403 people, and the data was screened and analyzed using SPSS.The study found that using Polymer money influenced people's behavior, particularly in terms of purchase patterns, decisions, and impulsive behavior toward purchases. This was attributed to the security and simplicity of using Polymer money, which appealed to many people. Furthermore, the study found that people lost their feeling of spending, meaning that using polymer money didn't feel like spending to them, effectively eliminating the moral guilt associated with excessive spending and encouraging more impulsive buying decisions.Based on the findings, the study recommends that a study be conducted to compare the use of Polymer money with tiny and large banknotes to see what kind of difference there is.

Purposes: This study explored the difference analysis of financial performance and technological innovation according to the ESG management activities of healthcare companies based on the time before and after the mandatory ESG management reporting of listed Chinese healthcare companies in China. Methodology: This study collected ESG management activities, corporate financial performance, and technological innovation data of Chinese listed healthcare companies by using Bloomberg Database and China-listed company reports to collect data for analyzing differences between groups through T-test. Findings: ESG activities in the healthcare industry have a certain impact on corporate financial performance, but have no impact on corporate technological innovation. Like the world trend, the ESG activities and financial results of China's healthcare industry have shown a positive development direction in recent years, and ESG scores are rising. Practical Implication: Since 2018, ESG activities in China's healthcare industry have flourished, and ESG activities and financial performance have developed in a positive direction.

Since a standard lens has small sight angle, a fish-eye lens can be used in order to obtain wide sight angle for the robot vision system. In spite of the advantage, the image through the lens has variable resolution; the central information of the lens is of high resolution, but the peripheral information is of low resolution. Owing to this difference of resolution, the variable resolution image should be transformed to a uniform resolution image in order to determine the positions of the objects in the image. In this work, the correction method for the distorted image is presented and the performance is analyzed. Furthermore, the camera with a fish eye lens can be used to determine the real world coordinates. The performance is shown through experiments.

How do party organizations respond to newly evolving social groups? Research on Indian party organizations reveals that in multiethnic societies with uneven modernization between social groups, internally competitive parties respond better to newly evolving groups. Moreover, it is claimed: the same dynamic works vis-$\grave{a}$-vis homogenous societies with cleavages based on economic differences; and, the pattern holds regardless of differences in electoral institutions. This study examines these claims by testing whether factional competition correlated with recruitment into Japan's Liberal Democratic Party in 1972 and 1983. Japan had a single-nontransferable-vote system with multi-member districts, while the research on India assumes a first-past-the-post system with single-member districts. This study conducts a difference of means test on the population of new and old politicians in the LDP in 1972 and 1983 with a pooled variance adjustment to account for differences in populations' size. The findings show that intra-party competition and recruitment are not correlated in Japan, thus tentatively rejecting both claims.

Competition of Business firms has become serious domestically and internationally. No one can deny that cooperation and peace between labour and management are essentially necessary in this seriously competitive business world and will form continuous national economic development. This paper is interested in consumer's cognizance of business firm, business CEO, and labor. The attributes of consumer dealt with are gender, education level, etc. We showed consumer's cognizance as forms of hypotheses, tested them, and found many statistically significant facts, and suggested their implication. It can be said that our research results can be utilized as good information and for judgement and decision for constructing cooperative and peaceful labour and management relation.

In spatial structures with large spaces, one important issue in structures with large spaces is how to carry the weight of the roof. A tensegrity cable dome structure is a kind of soft structural system using the tension cable and compression column as a main element. The tensegrity cable dome is built into a variety of shape around the world but then a collapse accident is increasing. Owing to a collapse accident we must grip of the collapse mechanism to prevent an accident and construct the structure with safety and economy. In this study, I investigated the unstable characteristics of the Geiger-type and Flower-type tcnsegrity cable dome structures, which is the lightweight hybrid structures using compression and tension elements continuously, according to the difference of loading conditions.

The unprecedented growth of Internet technologies has made resources on the World-Wide-Web(WWW) instantly accessible to various user communities. While e-commerce has become as an important issue with the growth of the Internet, there are insufficient empirical research efforts concerning its status in Korea. The United States, in contrast, has made significant efforts in making empirical research regarding this issue. In this paper, we demonstrate not only how these contextual differences influence consumer satisfaction with the purchased products/services, but also what contextual constructs make consumers satisfied or dissatisfied. In addition, we tried to find the difference in the factors of consumer satisfaction between a developed country(i.e., United States) and a developing country(i.e., Korea) with regard to e-commerce. The study findings suggest that contextual problems need to be solved before e-commerce provides real benefits for consumers and businesses.

Digital watermarking is a technical solution to the copyright problem and is a necessary technique to protect copyright of multimedia content. Recently, there are many digital watermarking methods that deal in grey scale still images. However, only a few researchers are interested in digital watermarking fro video and color images. In this paper, we focus on digital watermarking for color images. At first, in order to embed the watermark signal in color image, we converted RGB color space to YCbCr color space which is a world-wide digital component video standard. In addition, we adopted the acceptable degree of color difference in order to keep the invisibility.

Haul routes for earthmoving operation need to be carefully selected because the decision on the haul routes could make a significant difference in the project's cost and time. This paper proposes a decision support system for improving productivity of earthmoving operation that helps construction managers choose the best haul routes of trucks based on time slots. Also, a methodology for optimal selection of haul routes considering traffic conditions and topographic conditions of the routes is explained. Raster data model is used to find an available shortest path based on cost weighted distance. A system was developed on a geographic information system environment for efficient database management and easy manipulation of graphical data. A real-world case study was conducted to verify the applicability of the proposed system.

The hotel restaurant has recently focused on increasing profits through better food and beverage service and sales. Especially, The modern Society, Called a Service - economized Society, is moving to Service Quality. Therefore, The Concerns about Service Quality is increasing and its competition is getting Stronger in the World. The Purpose of this Study was to find areas that needed to customer satisfaction in the department of the hotel restaurant. The customer satisfaction with the quality of service should profits in the restaurant of hotel. The Purpose of this study are as follows: The first, through the questionnaire, what is the main Hotel Restaurant Service Quality Influencing Customer Satisfaction\ulcorner Second, The result showed, as hypothesized, that significant difference in attribution among experimental groups existed for each factor of the independent variables.
