지역별 기본풍속과 공사기간을 반영한 시스템 동바리 설계 풍하중 분석 (Analysis of Design Wind Load Level for System Supports Considering Local Basic Wind Velocity and Construction Period)

  • This study evaluated wind loads considering a local basic wind velocity and construction periods to define the level of applied wind loads for system supports. Structural responses of system supports were examined and compared to those of system supports with the level of wind loads following various standards and specifications for permanent and temporary structures. And, the maximum combined stress ratios were estimated to evaluate the structural safety of a considered system support. From results, it was found that the wind load level should be applied in accordance with construction periods when estimating the safety of system supports. Looking into the response by change of the basic wind velocity according to local regions, it is no need to consider wind loads in regions with the basic wind velocity of 30 m/s. However, it was analyzed that wind loads should be considered in the regions with the basic wind velocity of 40 m/s or above. In addition, wind loads should be considered in designing system supports located at the region with the basic wind velocity of 35 m/s starting from construction period of 1.5 years. The standard specification for temporary work was analyzed as an incorrect standard in evaluating wind loads, since it underestimated the response of system supports in accordance with the local basic wind velocity and construction periods.

  • The recent decline in the school-age population has led to a more conservative and conservative approach to the establishment of schools. In the judgment of school establishment, it is required to make a decision method that can make objective and comprehensive judgment of various situations rather than local analysis of a single school. In this changing situation, EduFine system and placement establishment system were introduced to comprehensively analyze the feasibility of student placement and school establishment. However, the EduFine system of the Ministry of Education has few users because it is difficult to use education and it is difficult for users to use. Based on the GIS, the placement establishment system was able to analyze the number of students and the status of apartment buildings in a comprehensive manner. But placement establishment system has been used mainly in support of investment assessment rather than research. Therefore, there is a need to increase the utilization of users by linking two systems or integrating them into one system. In this study, we want to derive the functions to improve the GIS - based layout establishment system through user analysis such as comparative analysis and survey of existing systems. In particular, the purpose of the study is to improve the function of system, to improve the students' placement ability and the school establishment work ability and to improve the user satisfaction.

직장여성의 육아경험 - 1세 이하 유아를 중심으로 - (The Lived Experience of Working Women Raising Children)

  • Purpose: This study was done to describe the essential structure of the lived experience of working women raising children. Method: Data were collected from 10 employed women with children who were under 2 years of age. The analysis of the data was done using the phenomenological analytic method suggested by Colaizzi (1978). Results: In this study, 6 essential themes were extracted: 'knowing by intuition child-rearing is difficult', 'having guilt-conscious of not being able to perform duties as a mother', 'hard work of maintaining two jobs', 'Lost self', 'realizing that one has become amother', 'thirsting for a social support system'. Conclusion: With a rapidly increasing number of working women, the significance of this study in the field of nursing is in understanding the child-rearing experience of working women. The findings indicate the need for a systemic and emotional support system for working women raising children.

  • In the global ship structure and vibration analysis, the FE(finite element) analysis model is required in the early design stage before the 3D CAD model is defined. And the analysis model generation process is a time-consuming job and takes much more time than the engineering work itself. In particular, ship structure has too many associated structural members such as stringers, stiffness and girders etc. These structural members should be satisfied as the constraints in analysis modeling. Therefore it is necessary to support generation of analysis model with satisfying these constraints as an automatic manner. For the effective support of the global ship analysis modeling, a method to generate analysis model using initial design information within ship design process, that hull form offset data and compartment data, is developed. In order to easily handle initial design information and FE model information, flexible data structure is proposed. An automatic quadrilateral mesh generation algorithm using initial design information to satisfy the constraints imposed on the ship structure is also proposed. The proposed data structure and mesh generation algorithm are applied for the various type of vessels for the usability test. Through this test, we have verified the stability and usefulness of this system including mesh generation algorithm.

일 대학병원 근로자의 지식공유 의도에 미친 영향분석 (The Analysis of Factors affecting Workers' Knowledge Sharing Intention in a University Hospital)

  • The purpose of this study is to analysis factors affecting workers' knowledge sharing intention in a hospital. This study is based on personal factors such as perceived incentives, perceived reciprocal benefits, perceived behavioral control, and subjective norm. Also, there are organizational factors such as organizational climate, CEO's support, rewards system, trust, and IT system. Data were assessed using 107 employees who work at C university hospital in Chunkcheong-do and collected with self-administered questionnaires from April 1 to 13 in 2013. This study was analyzed SPSS 18 by using frequency and multi regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows. First, knowledge sharing intention among personal factors was statistically significant in perceived behavioral control. Second, the awareness of knowledge sharing intention among organizational factors was turned out to be positive effect for CEO's support and trust. This study was identified a couple of factors affecting knowledge sharing intention between personal and organizational factors. The the implications of these factors are discussed and areas for developing hospital management strategies are fostered knowledge sharing.

SVM을 이용한 비선형 화학공정 모델링: pH 중화공정에의 적용 예 (Nonlinear Chemical Plant Modeling using Support Vector Machines: pH Neutralization Process is Targeted)

  • This paper is concerned with the modeling and identification of pH neutralization process as nonlinear chemical system. The pH control has been applied to various chemical processes such as wastewater treatment, chemical, and biochemical industries. But the control of the pH is very difficult due to its highly nonlinear nature which is the titration curve with the steepest slope at the neutralization point. We apply SVM which have become an increasingly popular tool for machine teaming tasks such as classification, regression or detection to model pH process which has strong nonlinearities. Linear and radial basis function kernels are employed and each result has been compared. So SVH based on kernel method have been found to work well. Simulations have shown that the SVM based on the kernel substitution including linear and radial basis function kernel provides a promising alternative to model strong nonlinearities of the pH neutralization but also to control the system.

미국의 통신요금 감면 제도 개편 동향 (Lifeline Program Reform Trend in the US)

  • The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has significantly changed the Lifeline Program, a telecommunications rate discount program for low-income Americans. As the reliance on online activities such as remote work, distance education, and online shopping grows because of the spread of COVID-19, there is a concern that the digital divide will widen among low-income households that struggle to access internet infrastructure due to the burden of access rates. Accordingly, the US Congress passed a bill to help lower the internet bill for low-income households using the government budget to close the digital divide. The Lifeline Program, which is a part of the universal service obligation, has been in charge of the telecommunications rate discount for low-income households. However, according to the new law, the internet rate discount program based on the government budget was implemented beginning in 2021. As the internet rate discount based on the government budget begins, the US telecommunication rate discount system is transitioning from a system in which telecommunication industry support was borne by operators to one in which public support from the government budget will play a significant role. In this paper, we will look at recent changes in the US telecommunications rate discount program and their implications.

만화애니메이션 교육 강사의 전문직종화를 위한 지원모델 연구 - 만화애니메이션 강사 지원 사업을 중심으로 - (Policy Model for the Development of the Arts Educator in the field of the Comic & Animation Education)

  • 이 연구는 문화관광부에서 2005년부터 예술 강사 지원 사업으로 실시하고 있는 만화애니메이션 강사 지원사업의 성과를 분석하고, 만화애니메이션 강사를 전문 직종으로 발전시키기 위한 정책지원 모델을 개발하는데 초점을 두었다. 이를 위하여 만화애니메이션 강사지원에 참여하는 강사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 분석하였으며, 강사지원사업 관계자들을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 조사내용은 정부지원 사업이 만화애니메이션강사에 미친 영향, 강사 지원 사업 관련 사항에 대한 평가, 그리고 전문 직종 및 재교육 방향에 관한 것이다. 분석결과, 강사들의 참여의지, 직무교육수요, 역량개발수요, 미래 전문 직종 인식 등은 높게 나타났지만, 근무환경과 고용의 안정성에 대한 만족도는 낮게 나타났다. 이 연구에서는 정책지원 방안으로 만화애니메이션교육 프로그램 개발 및 이론적 기반강화, 만화 애니메이션 문화예술교육 전문 인력 양성 체계 구축 및 직무연수교육의 다양화, 만화애니메이션교육 종합지식정보시스템구축, 지역문화예술교육지원센터와의 연계를 통한 지원 사업 거버넌스 구축방안 등을 제시하였다.

SiRENE: A new generation of engineering simulator for real-time simulators at EDF

  • For Safety Assisted Engineering works, real-time simulators have emerged as a mandatory tool among all the key actors involved in the nuclear industry (utilities, designers and safety authorities). EDF, Electricité de France, as the leading worldwide nuclear power plant operator, has a crucial need for efficient and updated simulation tools for training, operating and safety analysis support. This paper will present the work performed at EDF/DT to develop a new generation of engineering simulator to fulfil these tasks. The project is called SiRENE, which is the acronym of Re-hosted Engineering Simulator in French. The project has been economically challenging. Therefore, to benefit from existing tools and experience, the SiRENE project combines: - A part of the process issued from the operating fleet training full-scope simulator. - An improvement of the simulator prediction reliability with the integration of High-Fidelity models, used in Safety Analysis. These High-Fidelity models address Nuclear Steam Supply System code, with CATHARE thermal-hydraulics system code and neutronics, with COCCINELLE code. - And taking advantage of the last generation and improvements of instructor station. The intensive and challenging uses of the new SiRENE engineering simulator are also discussed. The SiRENE simulator has to address different topics such as verification and validation of operating procedures, identification of safety paths, tests of I&C developments or modifications, tests on hydraulics system components (pump, valve etc.), support studies for Probabilistic Safety Analysis (PSA). etc. It also emerges that SiRENE simulator is a valuable tool for self-training of the newcomers in EDF nuclear engineering centers. As a modifiable tool and thanks to a skillful team managing the SiRENE project, specific and adapted modifications can be taken into account very quickly, in order to provide the best answers for our users' specific issues. Finally, the SiRENE simulator, and the associated configurations, has been distributed among the different engineering centers at EDF (DT in Lyon, DIPDE in Marseille and CNEPE in Tours). This distribution highlights a strong synergy and complementarity of the different engineering institutes at EDF, working together for a safer and a more profitable operating fleet.

모바일 기기를 활용한 조선 생산 실행계획 지원 시스템 개발 : 판넬라인 개발 사례를 중심으로 (Development of Shipbuilding Execution Scheduling Support System using Mobile Device : A Case Study for a Panel Block Assembly Shop)

  • Owing to the development of mobile communication technology during the last a few years, the number of users of mobile devices such as the smartphone and the tablet PC has increased rapidly. As a result, the range of applications of the mobile devices has also been greatly expanded from an application for the convenience of daily life to an application for assisting the operations of industrial fields. Especially, portability of mobile devices can provide great help in collecting and using information on the production site. In shipbuilding production processes, it is difficult to collect changes of circumstance in the field and reflect the changes to schedule due to the low production automation rate and frequent changes in schedule. In this study, we propose a system to solve the problems of shipbuilding production processes such as the ones described above by using mobile devices. First of all, we organize the production information and production processes of the panel line through the analysis of shipyard panel line operations. Next, we have developed a system that can support the production execution plan of the panel line and monitor the production processes in the field. The system was developed utilizing application virtualization to allow access to the system from various platforms of mobile devices and PC's. The system was implemented using ooCBD methodology considering the future expansion of the system and ease of maintenance.
