플랜트 프로젝트 사업기획단계 표준 업무 프로세스 개발 - 사업발굴 및 사업참여 결정을 중심으로 - (The Development of a Standardized Work Process for Planning of Plant Project - Focus on Excavating and Investing Participation Plan -)

  • 최근 국내 기업의 해외 플랜트 수주는 꾸준히 증가하는 추세이며, 2014년 상반기의 수주액은 전년도 대비 93% 이상 크게 증가되었다. 또한, 2015년 3사분기가 지난 현재, 해외 플랜트 수주액은 이미 2,498억 달러를 넘어섰다고 조사된 만큼 플랜트 산업에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 플랜트 프로젝트의 생애주기 중 시공 이전 단계의 건설 사업관리(CM)는 사업 초기 단계에 내재된 불확실성을 보완하고, 합리적인 의사결정을 지원한다는 측면에서 그 역할의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 그 중에서도 사업 기획 단계의 사업 발굴 및 사업 참여방안 검토 업무는 향후 사업의 성공과 실패를 좌우할 수 있는 큰 영향력을 가진 중요한 업무이지만, 의사결정을 위한 각 분야 간의 빈번한 협의, 그리고 이에 따른 계속된 수정, 변경 등과 비효율적인 반복 작업이 문제가 되고 있다. 따라서 이를 효과적으로 수용할 수 있는 업무 프로세스의 변화가 필요하게 되었고, 본 논문에서는 플랜트 프로젝트 기획 단계의 '사업 발굴 및 사업 참여방안 검토'를 대상으로 주요 업무 항목을 도출하고 전문가 자문을 활용한 델파이 분석을 통해 표준화된 업무 프로세스를 정립하였다. 본 논문의 결과는 우리나라 EPC 기업이 해외시장에서 기획 분야의 기술 경쟁력을 확보하고 업무 효율성을 제고할 수 있는 기반을 마련하는 데에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • There are some studies about user's participation to reflect their desire and value on the planning of house by this time. These were constitution of unit space focused on the apartments, which is mostly theoretical. In architectural planning process, it takes time for continuous discussion and revision between architects and users. Also changes of plan must of necessity be so because of in or outside conditions. So, user's participation has its meaning that they take part in each step and portion of process faithfully on whole architectural processes. In this case, tenants of single houses were decided and they already buy building site and lay out rules jointly. With this circumstance I've researched a kind of test the reflection on various desires and its acceptance in each steps through completion of a construction work, which is based on their participation.

기혼남성의 가사노동참여 (The husbands' participation in the household labor)

  • The major purpose of this study is to investigate the urban husbands' participation in household labor and to predict the amount of their participation in it. The major findings of this study are as follows; 1. Husbands participate in household labor(i.e. the housework and the child care)on the average for 114 minutes a weekday and for 240 minutes a holiday. They participate most in the child care among all the household tasks. The employed wives' husbands participate more in the housework than nonemployed wives' husbands. 2. Husbands' paid work time is the storngest predictor of their participation in household labor on weekdays but the age of the youngest child is the strongest one on holidays to both employed wives' and nonemployed wives' husbands. The implication of these findings for husbands' participation in household labor and future research were discussed.

The Role of Political Agreement and Disagreement of News and Political Discussion on Social Media for Political Participation

  • This study investigates the mobilizing function of political agreement and disagreement in communition mediated by social media. Analyses of a survey found that reception of news consistent with individual political predispositions through social networking sites (SNS) positively related to political participation, whereas reception of counterattitudinal news was unrelated. Similarly, SNS- based discussion with politically agreeing others predicted political participation, whereas discussion with disagreeing people did not contribute to participation. Moreover, attitude-consistent news reception and agreement in political discussion had interactive influences, as the effects of attitude-consistent news on participation become stronger with increases in discussion with agreement. The results suggest that the mobilizing effects of social media mainly work through political agreement rather than disagreement in communication.

취업 부모의 학교참여 경험 및 학교참여휴가제에 대한 요구 (Experiences of School Participation and the Need for School-Participation Leave for Employed Parents)

  • This study attempted to investigate school participation experiences and the need for a school-participation leave for employed parents. A school participation leave is a paid or unpaid leave that guarantees workers to take time-off for school participation regarding children's educational purposes. We reviewed cases of school participation in other countries. There are similar types of educational leave in Russia, Greece, Italia, Sweden, Swaziland, and South Africa. We collected survey data from 1,194 employed parents (794 fathers and 400 mothers) whose children attend kindergarten, elementary, middle, or high-school. This study compares school participation experiences and needs by parent gender. The results showed that 62 % of the fathers and 80 % of the mothers participated in any type of school meetings and events at least once in the previous year. Fathers attended school events such as art festivals and mothers attended PTA meetings, school events, and parent-teacher conferences. The most frequently mentioned reason for non-participation among parents was related to work. A total of 87.7% of the parents agreed that a school-participation leave should be introduced. The results of the logistic regression showed that mothers compared to fathers, college graduates compared to post-secondary graduates, those whose children attended preschool or elementary school compared to high school, and those who had longer working hours were more likely to agree on the introduction of school participation leave. In conclusion, a policy intervention such as school-participation leave should be considered to provide employed parents time to be involved in their children's education and participate in school activities.

남편이 은퇴한 부부의 가사노동 참여와 공유 활동이 부부관계와 우울감에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Household Work Participation and Shared Activities on Marital Relationship and Depression)

  • This study analyzes the impacts of household work participation and shared activities between couples on marital relationship and depression among retired men and women with retired husbands. To investigate this, a survey of 367 married people is conducted on retired men and women with retired husbands. The influencing factors on the marital relationship of retired men are found to be couples' shared activities, gender role attitudes, and subjective health status. The marital relationship of women with retired husbands is influenced by shared activities by couples, the division of domestic labor, and gender role attitudes. The factors affecting retired men's depression are shared activities by couples, perceived health status, type of jobs before retirement, and age. Women's depression is related to household income, shared activities by couples, husbands' jobs before retirement, subjective health status, and division of household labor.

도서관경영에 있어서 의사결정시스템에 관한 연구 (A study on decision making system in library management with an analysis on the case study of university library in Seoul)

  • This dissertation are studying the conceptual structure of decision making situation in libraries, by analyzing the library function, decision makings of library and then seeking economic and efficient alternative decision making by programming the· decision making situations, and finally, introducing how to apply management information system or decision making support system. For this purpose, in order to analyzing necessary factors for the decision making system, the questionnaire used Lickert method were distributed to 400 librarians of 36 universities in Seoul by means of mail. 193 librarians, $48\%$ of the questionnaire, are returned are studied by using 'SYSTAT' statistical software to figure out the factors of the decision making system. This dissertation was put six hypotheses and tested with the returned questionnaire. The following five result can be asserted. First, to the higher degree of the librarians' participation in the important library decision makings, the quality of formal library services are improved regardless of seniority of the work. Secondly, the t-test results show that all of t-test scores of seniority of the work, educational background, and responsibilities of the work are exceeding significant level and perception of decision making was proved to be different depending on seniority of the work, educational background, and responsibilities of the work in libraries. Thirdly, as the results of factor af factor analysis, the encouragement on participation in the library academic activities, the extent to get useful information about performances of library and the improvements of library works were grouped by similar posibilities of distribution and therfore the academic activities, the collection of information and the improvement of library performances is proved to be interrelational each other. Fourthly, the fifth hypothesis of the close relationship between the decision making situation and types of advisor by it was more or less interrelational, but their relationship was not seen some significancies. Lastly, as the dynamic organization of library management forming a special commitee or a project team with librarian can improve the extent and quality of the librarian's participation in the decision making of library works, and thus library will become to performance more rational and effective library management.

보건관리대행기관 산업보건간호사의 업무에 관한 조사 (A Study on the Activity of Occupational Health Nurses in Occupational Group Health Service)

  • This study was aimed to investigate the actual condition of the performance of the occupational health nursing services, and to analyze a main cause which affects on the execution of its duties for occupational health nurses in occupational group health service. It had been surveyed by responsed data from the 105 respondents out of 180 persons. The results were as follows : 1. In performance of occupational health nursing services by the number of assigned plant, participation rate of health examination tended to significantly increase with decreasing the number of assigned and it was observed that the visiting rate of every month was also significantly higher on touring inspection of work plant, recommendation of facility improvement for work environment, understanding the modification of manufacturing process, and inspection of welfare and sanitation facilities. 2. While they executed their nursing services according to duration of service, the more, their duration of service was, the higher, participation rate of health examination, health check in returning to work for injured workers, talk with other health managers on promoting welfare, service evaluation for a year plan, record of health statistic, and experience of first aid service were. And it was found out that the visiting rate of every month was also significantly higher on touring inspection of work plant. 3. In regard to occupational health nursing services by age, the participation rate of health examination and the experience of first aid service were significantly higher as the age increased. And also the visiting rate of every month was significantly higher on touring inspection of work plant, compared with young ones. 4. In performance of occupational health nursing services by the time required visiting plant, The shorter, the time required visiting plant was, the higher, the visiting rate of every month was, on time of health consultation for diseased workers, and inspection of welfare and sanitation facilities. 5. The subjects of health education were mostly liver disease and occupational hearing loss and video tape was used mostly in health education, monthly health education was the highest in 1-3 times(74.5%) and its duration was the highest in about 60 minutes(33.3%). 6. Vaccination of hepatitis among the specific health services was the highest accounting for 64.7%.

중소기업의 자격부여형 일학습병행제 참여가 근로자의 직무능력 향상에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Participation in Work and Learning Dual System of Small Businesses on Employees' Job Competency Enhancement)

  • 본 연구는 중소기업의 자격부여형 일학습병행제 참여가 근로자의 직무능력 향상에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 일학습병행제의 교육형태 중 수행평가가 근로자의 직무능력 향상에 유의한(p<.001, ${\beta}=.514$) 영향을 미쳤으며 직급에 따른 일학습병행제 효과 인식에 차이가 나타났다. 결론적으로 중소기업의 자격부여형 일학습병행제 참여 시 수행평가가 근로자의 직무역량 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으므로 기존 학습과정에서 대표적으로 운영되는 집체식 교육훈련이나 현장훈련만큼 수행평가의 효과성을 중요하게 인식하고 프로그램에 적극적으로 포함시킬 필요가 있다고 제안할 수 있다. 본 연구는 중소기업의 자격부여형 일학습병행제 참여가 근로자의 직무능력 향상에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 일학습병행제 참여의 성과 분석에 관한 연구의 폭을 넓히고 학습형태에 따른 효과성을 규명한 데 연구의 의의가 있다.

노년기의 성공적 노화와 취로 활동 : 일본의 오가와노쇼 오야키무라 사례를 중심으로 (Successful Aging and Work Activities during Elderly Period: Focused on the Case of Ogawanosho Oyakimura in Japan)

  • 본 논문은 고령자의 사회참여의 일 형식으로서 경제활동에 대한 대안적 인식의 필요성과 이에 따른 고령자 교육의 과제를 제기하기 위하여 추진되었다. 이를 위하여 일본의 '보람 취로'의 개념과 실천사례를 고찰하였다. 문헌연구를 통하여 일본의 국가 및 지자체의 고령자정책사업을 개관하는 가운데 그 특징을 살피어 보았다. 그리고 고령자들이 자주적인 회사설립을 통하여 추진한 사례, 오가와노쇼 오야키무라의 실천을 현지방문과 인터뷰조사를 통하여 고찰하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 고령자의 경제활동은 성공적 노화의 관점에서 전개되어야 할 필요가 있고 이러한 경제활동은, 일본의 '보람취로'에서와 같이 다음과 같은 특징을 가진다. 첫째, 고령자상에 대한 변화된 인식이 필요하다. 고령자는 사회적 활용의 가치가 있는 경험자원을 가진 존재이다. 둘째, 고령자가 가진 경험자원을 사회적 가치로 창조하여 내는 교육과 기관경영이 필요하다. 셋째, 노년기에 부합한 일에 대한 유연한 인식이 필요하다. 즉 노년기의 심리적 고독경향, 사회적 단절 특성을 반영하고 이외에도 의미있는 존재가 되고 싶은 노년기의 요구를 반영한 일의 고안이 필요하다. 그러므로 향후 고령자 교육은 보람취로의 관점에서 일 교육에 대한 방침과 실천을 고안할 필요가 있다.
