본 논문은 무선 인터넷 서비스를 제공하는 이동통신 망에서 동기식과 비동기식 IMT-2000서비스를 동시에 제공하는 통합 게이트웨이 시스템인 A-MiDAS(Advanced Mobile internet Data Access System)을 위한 데이터베이스 구성 방법에 관한 것이다. A-MiDAS시스템은 동기식 망의 PDSN 노드 역할과 비동기식 망에서의 GGSN 게이트웨이를 담당한다. 패킷에 대한 사용자 인스턴스로서의 세션 정보는 사용자가 패킷 통신을 하고자 할때, 시작부터 종료 시까지의 모든 과정에서 발생하는 유지 정보를 관리하여 각각의 인스턴스 항목간의 오버헤드를 줄이고 세션 정보의 관리를 용이하고, 검색에 따른 지연시간을 줄일 수 있어야 한다. 또한 전체 시스템의 상태를 관리함으로써 운용상에서 실시간 모니터링을 통한 사용자의 인터넷 서비스를 안정적이고 지속적으로 제공할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 GPRS망에서의 GGSN을 담당하는 게이트웨이 시스템 관점에서의 A-MiDAS시스템을 구축하는데 필요한 데이터베이스 구성 방법을 제시한다.

Government transactions over wireless electronic devices are not safe and hence the messages are prone to attack. Thereby, devices supporting wireless Internet must assure the same level of security and privacy as the wired network. National public key infrastructure (NPKI) for electronic government used in the wired environment is not suitable for wireless environment for mobile government (mGovernment) because of the limitations of computing power, memory capacity and restricted battery power. This requires the development of a new NPKI for mGovernment, denoted as mNPKI, to developing countries, which provides the same security level as the wired NPKI. For the wireless environment requirements, mNPKI is based on short lived certificates. Analysis shows that mNPKI is well suited to wireless Internet and provides the same security requirement from the wired NPKI.

Because a quantity wireless internet contents is much less than wired internet contents, it exist high necessities that wired internet contents should be converted into wireless internet contents. The conversion server implemented in this paper, automatically recognizes the type of user agents when they request, retrieves source documents on the web site specified by an URL, generates metaXML documents as an intermediate form, and converts them wireless markup documents appropriate for user agents. The conversion server interoperates with the image converter for image conversion and the clipper which is an authoring tool for clipping existing wired internet documents. We performed experiments about capability of the conversion server transcoding static/dynamic web pages specified by an URL. According to performance results on dynamic web pages, the conversion server showed better throughput when a thread pool in the terror maintains 5 threads compared with 1 and 10 threads.

A­MiDAS(Advanced Mobile internet Data Access System)는 북미식 IMT­2000의 동기식 이동통신 시스템에서의 단말과 인터넷 망을 연결하는 PDSN(Packet Data Serving Node) 노드의 역할과 유럽식 WCDMA 비동기 GRPS 인터넷 환경에서의 이동통신망과 인터넷 망을 연결하는 GGSN 게이트웨이 역할을 수행하는 동기/비동기 통합 게이트웨이 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 A­MiDAS의 여러 기능 중 비동기 시스템의 GGSN역할의 관점에서 사용자 세션에 대한 효율적인 관리기능의 설계와 구현에 관하여 살펴본다. 실시간으로 인터넷 서비스를 제공하기 위해 이동 통신망과 외부 인터넷 망의 접속을 위해 사용자 세션 정보를 데이터베이스 시스템을 이용하여 A­MiDAS를 구성하는 각각의 MNAB 보드와 관련된 세션정보를 이용하여 실시간 사용자 인터넷 서비스 연결방법에 따른 세션 처리 기능을 제공한다.

In this research a food information contents available as well as for PC web and for mobile web users was designed. The web site providing service for PC web and mobile web clients focuses on offering data on individually matching food based on the member's information. The information obtained from the contents can be practically applied by mobile users helping them to take care of their health. This system focuses on wireless internet mobile users and offers various food menus with cooking videos and also information regarding food supplies for individually matching bibimpab recipes. It gives a good information about one of the most traditional Korean food bibimpab which is made of various kinds of vegetables and greens. It also contains nutrition balance information. Designing the web site as a web site available for wired wireless internet accesses makes it available at any place for mobile wireless internet users so that they can obtain all information regarding products and menu which are good for their health.

People with obesity or over-weight need nutritional intervention to reduce their weight, because weight loss reduces the incidence rate of chronic diseases such as hypertension, type II diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and cancer in obese people. This study was to develop a system for individualized weight control program available both for wired and wireless internet users. This system is especially useful to users carrying wireless internet mobile device. If they input their physical information (height, weight and waist circumference) and mineral levels measured by hair tissue mineral analysis, the system provides evaluation of their health status and metabolic related functions such as endocrine and carbohydrate tolerance. Based on these evaluations, food menus are then offered to them to manage their health status and to improve their metabolic related physiological functions in a personalized way. The system also provides more information for recommended foods, such as nutritional information, food ingredients, recipes, and videos related to cooking. Bibimbap was selected as an example dish for customized contents for mobile web. Bibimbap is one of the most well-known Korean traditional dishes prepared with various kinds of ingredients including several different kinds of vegetables, meat, and egg so that it is a low calorie dish as well as a well-balanced diet. Therefore, this system developed in this study allows the mobile users to access web site through wired wireless internet everywhere and provides a customized content to the users to manage their weight and finally to achieve a desirable weight.

Snoop was suitably designed for wired and wireless network as having snoop agent module in BS(Base Station) which is connecting to both wired and wireless network in order to supplement the problems of TCP. This study examined performance difference by using the web traffic taken wide possession in current internet traffic. The web traffic has greater amount of traffic, shorter life time, and smaller size than other traffics. This study found that snoop producing performance improvement of wireless network in the network mixed with the wired and wireless lead performance loss when transmitting web traffic. This study found that in case of web traffic is transmitted it bring a performance improvement of web traffic as computing BWE((Bandwidth Expansion), and also found that this study prove of performance improvement by decreasing local retranmission.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of web-based diabetic education on glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc) and self-care in people with type 2 diabetes. Method: Twenty-five patients were requested to input the blood glucose level weekly at http://www.biodang.com by cellular phone or wired Internet for one year. The researcher sent optimal recommendations weekly to each patient using the short message service for cellular phones and wired Internet. Results: Patients had a significant mean decrease in HbAlc, from 8.0% at pre-test to 6.9%, after three months and rested at 6.8% until 12 months. Patients had a significant mean increase in physical exercise adherence, from 3.3 days at pre-test to 4.1 days per week, after three months. Patients had a significant mean increase in foot care adherence, from 4.8 days at pre-test to 6.9 days per week, after one year. Conclusion: These findings indicate that Internet education could be used to improve HbAlc, physical exercise, and foot care adherence in type 2 diabetic patients.

The MANET that can make autonomous distributed Network with Routing function has many differences than past wireless communication. For upcoming ALL-IP environment, MANET device should be connected with wired Internet Network and MANET is required to have a gateway to bridge two different networks to share information from any place. In this paper, Using the GMAHN Algorithm proposed Proactive, Reactive, Hybrid method that provides Inteface between Wired Internet network and MANET, we learned each method's the advantage and disadvantage through the various network environments. And also, we presented the optimization method of Hybrid combined Proactive with Reactive.
