외식기업의 배달서비스에 대한 소비가치가 태도, 이용의도 및 지불의도에 미치는 영향 (The influence of consumption values toward food delivery services on consumer attitudes, usage intention and willingness to pay)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the influence of research of consumers' consumption values and toward usage attitude, usage intention and willingness to pay of modern people. The study is a consumer research about food delivery services which is rapidly grown up due to recent transformation on a modern dietary life. This study was based on the main survey had conducted from 23th May 2019 to 26th May 2019 by 336 consumers, aged 18 and older, who had experienced Food delivery services in the past. Statistical analysis was performed by using the IBM SPSS v.25.0. In summary, the results of this study are as follows. First, consumption values of food delivery services had a positive influence on usage attitude. Consumption values were catagorized in five sub-values: functional value, social value, emotional value, epistemic value, and conditional value, all of which were found to be significant in affecting on usage attitude. Second, usage attitude toward food delivery services had a positive influence on usage intention. Third, usage attitude toward food delivery services had a positive influence on willingness to pay. Fourth, usage intention of food delivery services had a positive influence on willingness to pay. The results of the study renders industrial and academic implications to the area of Food delivery services industry.

환경에 대한 반성적 글쓰기 활동이 초등학교 학생들의 환경민감도와 실천의지에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Reflective Writing Activities about The Environment on The Environmental Sensitivity and Willingness to Act of Primary School Students)

  • Today's fundamental purpose of environmental education is to fulfill people's desire of living in a pleasant environment and at the same time promoting individualistic and collective environmentally friendly behaviors. In order to achieve these purposes, it is very important that each person holds an environmentally friendly mind that constantly tries to preserve and protect the environment which should be acquired through experiencing the importance of the environment. In order to increases the sense of attachment of people and the natural environment, the direction of environmental education should carry out education on environment related knowledge and the condition of environment damage side by side. The direction of environmental education should consider the cultivating student's awareness for active participation on matters related to the environment and to change their behaviors towards the environment. This study has tested the effect of reflective writing activities about the environment on the environmental sensitivity and willingness to act of 5th grade primary school students. For the sole purpose of this study, 70 students out of 141 5th graders of M Primary School were divided as the experimental group, and another 71 students were divided as the control group. The experimental group participated in 10 activities in where they were asked to express their thoughts and feelings in writing regarding 10 environmental problems occurring near the M Primary School. The control group participated in 10 environmental education lectures focusing on the lecturer. The results were as following. First, the reflective writing activities about the environment were effective in the environmental sensitivity of primary school students. Second, the reflective writing activities about the environment can affect the environmental willingness to act of primary school students. Third, there was a statistically significant correlation between environmental sensitivity and environmental willingness to act.

스마트 그리드 서비스에 대한 고객 수용도 분석 (Customer Willingness to Use Smart Grid Services in Home)

  • 기존 전력망에 ICT를 접목한 스마트 그리드 환경에서 고객니즈에 기반한 수용가 서비스를 도출하기 위하여 HV, FGD 및 정량설문조사를 통해 수용가의 전기사용 추구 가치와 Unmet 니즈를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 소비자들은 전기를 가전기기 이용을 더욱 '편리'하게 해주는 존재로 인식하고, 전자파 감전 감소의 '안전'을 추구하며, 이해가 쉽고 스트레스가 적은 전기 '절약'을 원하는 것으로 조사 되었다. 그리고 전기절약을 도와주는 간편한 '기능', 전기사용량이나 전자제품의 '정보', 전기절약 유도를 위한 '동기' 유발 등에 Unmet 니즈가 존재하는 것으로 분석 되었다. 본 연구에서는 고객이 추구하는 가치와 Unmet 니즈를 반영하여 전자기기에 대한 사용량 실시간 모니터링과 제어가 가능한 홈 네트워크와 결합된 서비스로서 에너지 사용량 알리미 서비스, 대기전력 차단 서비스, 댁내 가전기기 원격제어 서비스, 에너지 컨설팅 서비스 등 4종의 스마트 홈 서비스를 도출하였다. 미래 스마트 그리드 홈 서비스 고객은 4종 서비스 모두에 60%이상의 이용의향을 보였으며 특히 에너지 사용량 알리미 서비스와 대기전력 차단 서비스에 약 80%의 이용의향을 보였다.

일반인의 환자안전활동 경험, 환자안전인식 및 환자참여 의지 간의 관계에 관한 융합연구 (A Convergence Study on the Relationship among Patient Safety Activity Experience, Patient Safety Perception and Willingness to Participate in the General Population)

  • 본 연구는 일반인을 대상으로 환자안전활동 경험, 환자안전인식 및 환자참여 의지 간의 관계를 살펴보고자 수행하였다. 또한, 일반인의 환자안전 참여를 증가시키기 위한 환자안전교육 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구는 2019년 11월에 온라인 설문을 통해 195명의 단면 조사를 수행하였다. 대상자는 최근 1년 이내에 종합 병원에 입원한 경험이 있는 일반인으로 하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS PROCESS Macro (Model 4)를 이용하여 매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 환자안전활동 경험은 환자안전인식에 유의한 직접효과가 있었고, 환자안전인식은 환자참여 의지에 유의한 직접효과가 있었다. 그리고 환자안전인식은 환자안전활동 경험과 환자참여 의지 간의 관계에서 매개효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 일반인의 환자참여 의지를 증가시키기 위한 방안으로 의료기관에서 수행하는 환자안전활동에 대한 홍보와 교육을 통해 환자안전인식을 향상시키는 것이 필요함을 강조하였다.

농업·농촌의 사회·문화적 기능 가치 평가 (Assessing Economic Value of Social-cultural Function of Korean Agriculture)

  • Although the demand and awareness of public regarding social-cultural functions of agriculture and rural areas would increase recently, the sustainability of them has continuously decreased. To derive policy directions for improvements of social-cultural functions of agriculture and rural areas, This study analyzed willingness to pay for social-cultural functions of agriculture and rural areas and its determinants by uisng contigent valuation method. The results show that the willingness to pay for social-cultural functions of agriculture and rural areas is positively affected by awareness of the importance of agriculture, interest in problems regarding agriculture in Korea, awareness of social functions of agriculture, and experience in rural life. These results would imply that policies for the improvement of public awareness and experiences increase the value of social-cultural functions of agriculture and rural areas. In addition, the results imply that more diverse education programs and activities are required in order to change awareness of future generations in response to decreases in population having experiences in agriculture and rural life due to urbanization. Lastly, the results show that the average willingness to pay for social-cultural functions of agriculture and rural areas is about 35,600 won, and total willingness to pay for social-cultural functions of agriculture and rural areas is about 998.3 billion won. This is much larger than the government budget on enhancement of social-cultural functions of agriculture and rural areas in 2019. This difference between government budget and the total willingness to pay implies that Korean government would be required more positive policies to maintain and enhance social-cultural functions of agriculture and rural areas.

도로 밀도에 따른 운전쾌적성 편익에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Benefit of Driving Amenity Based on Highway Density)

  • 본 연구에서는 도로투자 사업으로 인한 편익 중 일반적으로 계상하고 있는 통행시간 절감 및 차량운행비용 절감 등 직접적인 편익 이외에 추가적으로 이용자입장에서 체감할 수 있는 도로 주행 중 운전쾌적성 편익을 산정하고자 운전쾌적성의 정의를 마련하였고 운전쾌적성 산정방법론을 개발하였다. 도로특성(도시부/지방부) 및 차량 밀도(차간거리)에 따른 이용자의 지불용의액을 CVM 방법 중 가장 최근에 활발히 활용되고 있는 이중양분선택형(double-bounded dichotomous choice)질문법을 활용하여 설문조사한 후 그 결과를 로짓모형에 적용하여 운전쾌적성 가치를 도출하였다. 도시부 및 지역간 도로에서 공히 지불용의액의 크기는 전반적으로 기존 차간거리가 짧을수록 큰 것으로 분석되었고, 도로의 차간거리 변화가 같더라도 사업 전의 차간거리와 사업 후의 차간거리에 따라 지불용의액이 다른 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 도로의 차간거리가 증가하더라도 기존 차간거리가 어느 정도인지에 따라 지불용의액이 다르게 나타나 지불용의액이 기존 차간거리에 영향을 받는 것으로 분석되었다.

Does the placement of automated external defibrillators affect first responders' willingness to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation in high-rise residential buildings?

  • Objective: The increasing number of people living in high-rise apartments may result in a delayed response from emergency medical technicians called out for an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest, making the role of apartment managers as the first responders extremely important. This study investigated whether automated external defibrillator (AED) placement influences the willingness of apartment managers to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and use an AED. Methods: A cross-sectional target population-based survey was conducted in Daegu, July 2016. Questionnaires were sent to apartment managers working in apartments with more than 500 households. The general characteristics of the respondents, status of CPR education, and knowledge about and willingness to perform CPR and use an AED were investigated. Results: Of the 1,445 respondents, 758 (52.5%) worked in apartments with AEDs, of which 77.8% and 70.8% were willing to perform CPR and use an AED, respectively, compared with 68.1% and 60.0% of respondents who worked in apartments without AEDs. After adjusting for potential confounders, AED placement was associated with the willingness to perform CPR (odds ratio [OR], 1.33; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.04-1.71) and use an AED (OR, 1.39; 95% CI, 1.10-1.75). Prior CPR training and accurate knowledge of CPR skills were also associated with the willingness to perform CPR and use an AED. Conclusion: Placing AEDs in high-rise apartment buildings and providing refresher CPR education for maintaining CPR skills will be necessary to support apartment managers in their role as first responders.

Pilot Study of a Brief WeChat Intervention in China to Increase Students' Willingness to Assist a Flushing Student to Reduce Alcohol Use

  • Objectives: This pilot study tested the effectiveness of a brief alcohol-related intervention delivered by the social media app WeChat to teach about ethanol-induced facial flushing and increase the willingness of students who see another student flushing to suggest that he or she should reduce or stop drinking. In the context of Chinese drinking culture, it is sometimes socially difficult to refuse a drink, even when experiencing physical discomfort, such as flushing. Methods: Classrooms of students in a medical university in China were randomly assigned to the intervention or control group. Students in the intervention group were invited to view 3 alcohol education lessons on WeChat during a 2-week period. A pretest and posttest before and after the 2-week period assessed changes in students' willingness to intervene if they saw someone flush while drinking. Data were collected about students' alcohol use and their ratings of the lessons. Results: Mixed-design analysis of variance yielded a significant time-by-treatment interaction effect on the variable of willingness to suggest that a flushing person stop or slow down their drinking, and the change was significant between the intervention and control groups. One-way analysis of covariance yielded a significant treatment effect at the posttest, after controlling for the pretest score. Students rated the lessons above the midpoint of the scale for being informative, interesting, and useful. Conclusions: The pilot study showed that a brief alcohol-related intervention delivered by WeChat could produce a measurable positive change in the willingness of university students to suggest that a student who flushes should stop drinking. This pilot study also suggested improvements for future lessons and evaluation design.

간호대학생의 자원봉사지속의지에 미치는 융합적 영향요인 (Convergence Influence Factors on Nursing Students' Willingness to Volunteer)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 도덕성, 봉사업무적절성, 봉사지속의지의 정도를 파악하고 봉사지속의지에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 이 연구는 2018년도 11월에서 12월까지 수행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료 수집은 일개대학 간호대학생 중 연구에 동의하고 설문지를 완성한 174명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 24.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA 및 Scheffe 사후검정, Pearson correlation coefficients 산출 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 도덕성, 봉사업무의 적절성, 봉사기간, 적극성이 지속의지에 의미 있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 지속적인 봉사를 위해 전공과 연계되고 자율적이며 적극적으로 참여할 수 있는 봉사프로그램을 마련할 것을 제언한다.

Assessment of the willingness to pay in relation to public value in forests

  • This study aimed quantitatively to estimate the recent level of recognition of the public value of forests in Korea, to analyze the factors that affect their value, and to present implications. The average annual payment regarding the public value of forests estimated using the contingent valuation method was 234,170 won, broken down into 12 functionalities. The Tobit model was used to analyze demographic factors affecting the degree of willingness to pay, and the analysis showed that area of residence, age, marital status, occupation, household income, and visits to forest facilities all had statistically significant impacts on the degree of willingness to pay. Among these variables, living area (living in Seoul), marriage status (married), occupation (professional and office workers), and household income (more than the median income) were found to have a positive relationship with the degree of willingness to pay, while age and the number of visits to forest facilities were found to have a negative relationship. The implications are as follows: First, it is necessary to establish and implement policies to enhance positive perceptions of the various functions of forests and the legitimacy of protecting forest resources, considering that the public's valuation of various public functions provided by forests is directly related to changes in perception. Second, public evaluations of the public value of forests remain at a low level, meaning that education and promotions regarding the public value of forests need to be implemented and strengthened in the future. Finally, in order to form a consensus among people on the public functions of forests, customized promotions and educational events need to be implemented for non-Seoul residents, non-professionals, the unmarried, and for those who regularly visit forests.
