In the form of B2C transaction, making an on-line order by using the website increases rapidly. An off-line order at the whole sale outlets is geometrically increasing. However, it is so true that both types of market are showing a tendency to become computerization. As to apply this type of computerized B2B transaction to this kind of large scale wholesale outlets, the most important fact to be considered is that there must have no data error. In addition to this, an accurate counting of actual stock is a precondition to decide a suitable amount of production and a timely delivery of goods. In this study, reducing elements of the risk that may create a difference In between actual stock and that in the computer, the integrated B2B ordering system is designed by taking actual cases an example in order to manage the information for a sale, which is conducted by various system in the large scale wholesale outlets such as E-mart, Carefour or the same kinds.

This paper considers a supply chain consisting of a manufacturer under the cap-and-trade emissions regulation and a permit supplier. We study joint production quantity and investment in reducing permit production cost decisions for centralized and decentralized supply chains. We formulate two supply chain contracts with aims to coordinate the decentralized supply chain; wholesale price contract and cost-sharing contract. Under the cost-sharing contract, the manufacturer shares a part of the investment in reducing permit production cost and then is allowed to purchase emission permit at a lower price. We analytically find that the proposed cost-sharing contract with reasonable parameters can coordinate the supply chain whereas the wholesale price contract is not desirable to achieve the system-wide profit. Numerical example is followed to support the analysis.

The importance of renewable energy technology is discussed and next generation power transmission networks, which is called the smart grid, are constructed in developed countries. However for construction and operation of the smart grid, it is required not only to develop the electrical power generation technologies and transmission equipments but also to study systematic analysis and optimization for design and operation of the smart grid. In this paper we study electrical power trade in the smart grid using operations research models and simulation methods. We also consider future electrical power exchange markets in Korea and build four scenarios and the related optimization and simulation models, which reflect electrical power transaction pricing strategies of stake-holders. We can also simulate electrical power exchange market and analyze the results of electrical power trading, which can give us some insights for future electrical power exchange market.

In recent years electronic fund transfers covered by the Electronic Fund Transfer Act 1978 for consumer protection and the Article 4A of Uniform Commercial Code(U.C.C.) 1989 for wholesale electronic payments in United States. Electronic fund transfers carried out by use of a wire transfer network, automated clearing house, or other communication system of a clearing house or other association of banks such as direct deposit, Fedwire, automated teller machine, point-of-sale, and credit card transactions have been increasingly common in consumer transactions and wholesale transactions. Especially, the Article 4A of U.C.C. governs the rights and obligations associated with transactions such as an issue and acceptance of payment order, execution of sender's payment order by receiving bank, and payment. These legal frameworks in connection with electronic fund transfers in United States can play a leading role in establishing model not only within the United States, but also as a basis for developments of electronic commerce law in Korea including other countries.

1. To define 'Korean medicine industry' through study on existing medicine related industries, Korean medicine industry means all industrial activities related to Korean medicine. It covers material resources such as herbs and products made with herbs, medical instruments, Korean medical service and related information service based on Korean medicine theories. 2. According to Korea National Statistical Office standard industrial branch, Korean medicine industry was classified as a large branch. There were industries such as agriculture, food and beverage manufacture, publishing, copy of prints and record media, manufacture of compound and chemical products, medical service, manufacture of precise optical instruments, wholesale trade and product mediation, retail trade, restaurant, research and development, education service, health preservation service, entertainment, culture and sports industry related to the Korean medicine industry. 3. If we classify this according to the industry branch of English economists Clark, Colin Grant, herb cultivating industry will be classified as primary industry, manufacture of foot and beverage related to Korean medicine, secondary industry and wholesale and retail sales of herb, research and development, education, health preservation, social welfare, tertiary industries.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the effects of customer perception about service physical evidence and process quality by liquor wholesaler on customer satisfaction and maintaining business relationship. Also this paper tries to find out the moderating effect of relational duration on those service qualities and deal satisfaction. Based on the responses from 53 stores, the result of multiple regression analysis appears as follow that (1) the perception of intangible service quality is positively related to deal satisfaction, (2) deal satisfaction is positively related to maintaining business, and (3) the interaction of relational duration and each perception of service qualities is significant.

This paper presents the application draft of system frequency and reserve criteria for Korean Wholesale Electricity Market. This paper introduces the principal pool rules of the wholesale power market scheduled to be commissioned in January 2003 in Korea. The pool rules includes electricity trading procedures such as bidding, determining and publishing of forecasted market price, and 5 minute unconstrained dispatch scheduling for generation/market price, which are required for settlement after dispatching and should be conformed by KPX and participants in the market. Detailed procedures of the rules are under development and additional provisions for stable market operation are under discussion.

This paper describes the settlement rules in the basic market design for Korean Wholesale Electricity Market. The settlement rules are to be exercised after the Bid and Offer Processes as described in the pool rules(within the market rules) and to determine the payments to Generators, charges to Energy Purchasers and charges or payments to the Transmission Asset Owner(TAO).

This paper describes the dispatch rules prepared for Korean Wholesale Electricity Market. The dispatch rules set out the procedure for the scheduling and dispatch in the operational timescale. It details the process whereby the KPX produces an operatinal schedule taking into account system and operational limitations-the constrained schedule.
