특허동향 분석을 통한 에너지 절감이 가능한 친환경 건축물의 연구개발 예측에 관한 연구 (Forecasting Development Directions on Environment-Friendly Building Science for Energy Saving by Analyzing Patent Trend)

  • 건축물은 전세계 총 에너지 소비 및 온실가스 방출의 1/3 이상을 차지하고 있어 건축물이 환경에 미치는 영향이 크다. 이에 따라 각 국가에서는 1997년 교토의정서에 의해 온실가스 배출량을 감축할 것을 의무화하였으며, 한국도 2014년 건축물 에너지 성능개선 방안을 발표한 바 있다. 본 연구는 에너지 절감이 가능한 친환경 건축물 기술분야의 주요 핵심기술을 소분류로 분류한 후, 한국, 미국, 일본 그리고 유럽에 공개된 특허문헌에 대한 특허동향분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 주로 친환경 건축물의 인증제도 그 자체에만 머무르고 있어서 세부적인 기술현황이나 연구개발방향을 정확하게 설정하지 못한다는 현재 기술의 문제점을 해결함으로써, 향후의 체계적인 R&D 방향제시 및 기술개발방향을 제시하는 것이다.

사무소 건물의 에너지 미터링 시스템 구축에 관한 사례연구 (A case study for installing of Energy Metering Systems in an Office Building)

  • Energy saving starts by knowing how much energy is being consumed. A building factor is easier than any other things in energy saving. Since, especially, it is closely connected with user's space-use-patterns and manager's utility-operation-style. An energy metering system lets building users know about energy consumption pattern in buildings and measure energy in real time. Development and materialization of metering systems need more careful plans, so that they depend on a demand of individual facilities and available infrastructures they used to use. But, so far, there is no guidelines how to install metering systems. This paper suggested how to install meters and researched a method for how to analyze by using metered data. For that, Green Building in KIER is used as a test bed. As the results, nevertheless the smallest number of meters is basically one for the whole building energy measuring, it is too limited in analysis. So we needed to add the sort of fuel and utility types and found that it depends on all cases. For this reasons, a guideline should be created in order to install meters as soon as possible. It would be suggest a way to save more energy in building factor.

노후 건축물의 철거 또는 리모델링 판단을 위한 의사결정 시스템 (Decision-making system for remodeling or demolition decision of deteriorated buildings.)

  • 1970년대 이후 결제의 급속한 성장과 주택보급 확대 정책 등으로 단기간에 많은 건축물이 건설되었지만, 유지관리가 체계적으로 이루어지지 않아서 노후도가 심각한 실정이다. 민간시설의 경우 경제적 이익 실현 둥을 목적으로 노후도 및 내용연수에 상관없이 철거 후 재건축함으로써, 막대한 자원의 낭비와 건축 폐기물로 인한 환경오염을 초래하고 있다. 최근에는 재건축에 대한 법률이 강화되면서 노후 공동주택에 대한 재건축은 줄어들고 리모델링에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 본 논문은 건축물의 합리적인 리모델링을 유도하기 위하여 노후 건축물을 철거할 것인지 또는 리모델링 할 것인지를 개략적으로 판단할 수 있는 의사결정 시스템을 제안한 것이다. 이 시스템은 건축물의 내용연수 및 사용연수를 고려한 수명 평가와 구조 안전성·설비 노후도 및 거주환경 성능을 포함한 노후도 평가로 구성된다.

  • In this study, we performed urrban climate simulation how both the factor of environmental land and artificial factors influence on the formation of urban temperature. With deducing quantitative data, this study could get more accurate results of the urban temperature using urban climate simulation system. In the case of natural land cover, it appeared that there are effects on the lowering temperature and the lower temperature rate appeared in the water land cover on the whole. This is considered as temperature in water land was low because of the characteristics of water land having evaporation latent heat was high and convective sensible heat was low. In case of building which has building coverage ratio, 5% with 10 floors and building coverage ratio, 15 % with 6 floors, it appears that the temperature in the water land is $33.6^{\circ}C$. In case of building coverage ratio 5%, temperature dropped when buildings has more than 4 stories. This is regarded as the size of building is bigger, the temperature dropped in relatively because of the fluctuation of the rate of solar heat from the land. At the present time, the urban temperature are higher because of various artificial factors in the city. With these results, this study supposed to be a basies of the future studies for considering both the composition of building coverate ratio and floor plan.

Numerical Simulation on Disproportionate Collapse of the Tall Glulam Building under Fire Conditions

  • Perception of the public to structural fires is very important because there are only a number of tall timber buildings constructed in the world. People are hesitating to accept tall timber buildings, so it is essential to ensure the first generation of tall timber buildings to a very high standard, especially fire safety. Right now, there are no specific design standards or regulations for fire design of tall timber buildings in Europe. Even though heavy timber members have better fire resistance than steel components, many conditions still need to be verified before considering the use of timber materials, e.g. fire spread, post-fire collapse, etc. This research numerically explores the structural behaviours of a tall Glulam building when one of its internal Glulam (Glued laminated timber) columns fails after sustaining a full 120-min standard fire and is removed from the established finite element building model created in SAP2000. The numerical results demonstrate that the failure and removal of the selected internal Glulam column may lead to the local failure of the adjacent CLT (Cross laminated timber) floor slabs, but will not lead to large disproportionate damage and collapse of the whole building. Here, the building is assumed to be located in Glasgow, Scotland, UK.

신 행정수도 건설의 논거와 과제 (Arguments and Some Issues to be Considered for Building the New Administration Capital City in Korea)

  • 신 행정수도 건설은 지난 16대 대통령선거에서 노무현 후보가 당선됨으로써 참여정부의 핵심 국정과제로 부상했다. 그러나 신 행정수도 건설에 대한 회의론 내지 반대론을 제기하는 사람들이 적지 않다. 신 행정수도 건설의 실현가능성에 의문을 품는 사람들, 통일 이후 신 행정수도 건설을 고려하자는 신중론자들, 그리고 신 행정수도 건설이 수도권 문제 해결과 지역균형발전을 위한 적절한 정책수단이 아니라는 반대론자들이 있다. 이런 상황에서 참여정부의 일차적 당면과제는 회의론자들과 반대론자들을 설득해 신 행정수도 건설에 대한 국민적 지지기반을 넓히는 일이다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 신 행정수도 건설의 논거를 제시하고 이 공약의 성공적 이행을 위해 고려해야 할 몇 가지 과제들에 관해 논의한다. 먼저, 수도권 집중의 실태와 폐해를 살펴보고, '전국이 고루 잘 사는 나라'의 비전을 스위스 사례를 들어 제시한 다음. 역대 정부의 지역균형발전정책 및 지방분권정책의 성과를 점검한다. 이어 신 행정수도 건설의 의의가 '서울 존(尊) -지방 비(卑)' 의 서울주의 차별문화를 청산하고, 서울을 하나의 지방으로 인식시키는 국토평등화의 계기를 마련하며, '분권분산형 국가'와 '동북아 허브(Hub)국가' 건설을 추동하는 데 있음을 강조한다. 더불어 신 행정수도가 통일한국의 항구적 행정수도로 건설되어야 할 이유를 논변한다. 마지막으로, 신 행정수도 건설에 수반된 몇 가지 과제들. 즉. 국민의 동의 절차. 신 행정수도의 인구규모, 신 행정수도의 법적 지위, 신 행정수도 건설과 지방분권 및 지방혁신의 관계 등에 대한 필자의 견해를 밝힌다.

하드리안 별장에서의 배치계획의 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristic of Site Planning of Hadrian's Villa)

  • The purpose of this paper is to study on the characteristic of site planning of Hadrian's villa. The whole site planning of Hadrian's villa can be divided by different characteristic four groups(I-IV). It is analysed to the whole site plan of such huge complex and the site planning of partial each group which is organically connected each other. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Hadrian's villa was arranged in adapt to natural condition according to a gentle inclination by topography and terrain of the whole site which many different buildings are oriented towards natural landscape of the site and the site surroundings. 2. The site planning of Hadrian's villa is composed of dividing into four groups as plan segmentalized through various land use plan, considering for territory of functional aspect and direction of axis formed by situation and direction of topography and terrain. 3. The concept of site planning to buildings of Hadrian's villa is composed through each other connection; the first, meeting, crossing and merging with each other from arrangement by several axises, the second, change of direction with as the center a part of corner of buildings and the third, facing or inserting system to side and side, side and a part of corner of building.

POD 추진기선의 조종성능 추정 연구 (Prediction of Maneuverability of a Ship with POD Propulsion System)

  • To improve ship's maneuverability and carry out special goal POD propulsion system was equipped as propulsion and maneuvering system. To predict the maneuverability of a ship with POD propulsion system HPMM tests and POD open water test are carried out. In this paper modular model with 4 degree of freedom of a ship with twin POD propulsion system is presented. To use modular model the forces of POD propulsion system are measured separately from the hull forces. The measured forces and moments are analyzed by using modular model and whole ship model The simulation results of modular model are compared with those of whole ship model. From the present study it is Possible to analyze HPMM tests of a ship with twin POD propulsion system by modular model.

  • The Broadcasting system is very important part of human life that preceding to people news, national plan, sport, drama, leisure and politics. The product of maded by broadcasting system conveyed the whole country by radio signal. A broadcasting station operate the broadcast product radio trial network in the mountain, Recently the height of new building, concrete structure is very large and higher than old one. Since one does or says, noise accur to radio and TV signal whole nation. In this study, Taejeon Sikjang mountain and Cheunan-Heuksung mountain where accured radio noise chosen as a sample, and analysis 3D simulation and plane check. Accordingly come to conclusion condition of noise occurred radio antenna.

완충재의 구성에 따른 동탄성계수 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Dynamic Stiffness of Multi-layered Damping Materials)

  • Many kind of damping materials are generally used on concrete slab in apartment building to reduce floor impact noise level. Lately, multi-layered damping material that is consist of several materials are used to improve the effect of floor impact noise insulation. In this study, dynamic stiffness of multi-layered damping material that is consist of common materials such as expanded polystyrene(EPS), expended polyethylene(EPE), ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA) and polyester was investigated. It was found that dynamic stiffness of multi-layered damping material could be estimated if know value of each layer that compose whole structure. And it was found that dynamic stiffness of whole structure did not change even if change order that build layer.
