We study the bounded and the compact weighted composition operators from the Hardy space $H^{\infty}$ into BMOA and into VMOA, from BMOA into $H^{\infty}$, as well as from BMOA into the Bloch space. We also provide new boundedness and compactness criteria for the weighted composition operators on BMOA and on VMOA.

Under some mild conditions for the weight function K, the boundedness, compactness and essential norm of integral operators T_g and I_g from Morrey type spaces H^p_K to weighted BMOA spaces $BMOAK_{K,{\frac{2}{p}}}$ investigated in this paper.

Using a special property of Bloch functions with Hardmard gaps and using the geometric properties of the self maps of the unit disc, we give a way of constructing explicit examples of Bloch functions f whose derivative is in $H^p$ (0 < p < 1) but $f \notin BMOA$.
