차세대관리 종합공정장치 유지보수용 서보 매니퓰레이터 시제품 개발 (Development of a Servo Manipulator Prototype for Advanced Spent Fuel Conditioning Process)

  • 핫셀내에서 원격작업을 수행할 수 있는 천정 이동 서보 매니퓰레이터 시스템의 시제품을 소개한다. 핫셀(hot cell)에 기본적으로 설치되는 마스터-슬레이브 매니퓰레이터 (master-slave manipulator, MSM)는 팔 길이의 제한 때문에 핫셀내 장치의 유지보수를 효과적으로 수행할 수 없다. 따라서, MSM의 결점인 접근 지역의 제한을 극복하기 위해 천정 이동 서보 매니퓰레이터(Bridge Transported Servo Manipulator, BTSM) 시스템을 개발하고 있다. 개발한 시제품은 부분적으로 와이어 구동방식을 채택한 단일 팔 형태의 힘반영 마스터-슬레이브 서보 매니퓰레이터로 중량 및 규모 대비 취급하중이 기존 마스터-슬레이브 서보 매니퓰레이터 보다 크다. 이는 산업용로봇 및 일반적인 구동장치의 개발에도 유용하다.

피로 실험에 의한 PSC 부재의 성능개선기법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Strengthening of PSC Beam by Fatigue Experiment)

  • The fatigue problem of Prestressed Concrete(PSC) bridges are more serious than the other type of concrete bridges, because the cross sectional area and self weight of PSC bridges are smaller. The endurance of strengthening methods for PSC bridges are tested in this study. Glass fiber sheeting and external post-tensioning methods were applied. 1/5 scale PSC beams were made for fatigue test, same as static test. The range of repeated load is from 10% to 80% of yielding load with sine curve. The experimental results show that the failure cycle of strengthened members are increased compare to non-strengthened members. The members strengthened with glass fiber show better enhancement in fatigue problem than the members strengthened with external post-tensioning method, though the adhesion of glass fiber and concrete is failed, as increase of crack. With these experimental results, it can be said that the strengthening methods used in this study are efficient at extending the life time of aged PSC bridges.

소성힌지해석을 이용한 강골조 시스템의 설계 (Design of Steel Frames using Plastic Hinge Analysis)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 재료 및 기하학적 비선형을 고려한 개선된 소성힌지 해석을 이용한 평면 강골조 시스템의 최적설계알고리즘 개발이다. 개발된 알고리즘을 이용하여 기둥의 유효길이계수(K-factor) 산정없이 골조의 최적설계를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서 2개의 파리미터를 이용한 다단계 이산화 최적화기법이 개발되어 적용되었다. 목적함수는 구조물의 중량을, 제약조건은 임계하중, 사용성, 유연성등이 고려되었다. 예제를 통해 개발된 프로그램의 효율성, 적용성, 유용성등을 보였다.

  • Recently, the generators for wind turbine have been manufactured with high output power such like MW class machine in order to reduce the generation cost and to increase the energy efficiency. At the same time, direct-driven generators for wind turbine have been developed and researched, which have easy maintenance and high efficiency by simplification the system through the removal of the gear box. In this paper, at first, the advantage and disadvantage between the direct-driven generator system and conventional indirect-driven system are compared. And secondly, the permanent magnet generator (PMG) for wind turbine has been rapidly improved to cope with the recent trend which requires the high power output Per one machine and the convenience for maintenance, and the PMG is adequate for direct driven system and suitable for high-efficiency and light weight. So, the characteristics and technical trend of the PMG for wind turbine is examined. At last, a suitable technical trend for development of the permanent magnet generator for wind turbine is proposed.

섬유망을 이용한 RC슬래브의 균열제어 (The Crack Control of Fiber Net Reinforced RC Slab)

  • Severe cracks on Reinforced Concrete (RC) structures caused by structural displacement can be often one of the main reasons for the degradation of tensile and flexural rigidities of RC structures and for the deterioration of durability and serviceability of RC structures through accelerated steel corrosion. These combined factors adversely affect the performance of RC concrete, leading to shortened life time of RC structures. In consideration of these problems, we conducted 3 point bending experiments by employing three different types of concrete specimens: fiber-net reinforced concrete (FNRC), polypropylene-fiber reinforced concrete (PFRC), and plain concrete (PC). FNRC is well known for its strong corrosion resistance, light self-weight, and excellent tensile strength, while PFRC is known to be effective in crack control. FNRC was found to have the best first and final crack resistances followed by PFRC and PC, as evidenced by the highest initial crack load and the smallest final crack width, respectively. The FNRC specimens with various tensile strength of fiber net exhibited greater ultimate strengths than those for PFRC and PC. Furthermore, the crack widths of FNRC specimens were smaller than those calculated by the crack-width estimation equation of the KCI and ACI code. Therefore, we conclude that fiber net reinforcement is effective not only on crack control, but also on loading share.

등분포 축하중을 받고 첨가질량이 재하된 적층복합판의 고유진동수에 관한 연구 (Natural Frequencies of Laminated Composite Plates with Attached Mass Under an Uniform Axial-Loading)

  • Vibration analysis for some of simple supported antisymmetric composite laminated plate loaded uniform axial-loading and attached mass was carried out. Because it is complicated to analyze this type of plate by theory of antisymmetric laminate possibility for application of theory of special orthotropic laminate was studied, and natural frequency of laminated plate attached mass was calculated. Stiffness $B_{16}$, $B_{26}$, $D_{16}$, $D_{26}$ for this type of antisymmetric laminated plate converge on zero as the number of ply increases and it is possible to use classical theory by reason that considered plate has quasi-homogeneity without relevance to variation of angle. Difference between results by theory of antisymmetric and special orthotropic laminate is 0.36~1.96%, therefore it is convenient to analyze this by use of theory of special orthotropic laminate. When composite laminated plate with attached mass is analyzed range that Was able to neglect self-weight of plate was proposed.

탄소섬유(炭素纖維)시트로 보강(補强)된 철근(鐵筋)콘크리트 기둥의 강도특성(强度特性)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Strength Characteristics of Reinforced Concrete Columns Confined with Carbon Fiber Sheets)

  • Lateral confinement pressure generate improvements in strength and ductility of confined concrete. Carbon fiber sheets have a lot of merits, such as light weight, high strength and ease for construction, when it is applied to the defected structural member for the strengthening of shear and flexure. The purpose of this experimental study is to evaluate the strength characteristics of the reinforced concrete column confined with carbon fiber sheets. The main variables in this test are concrete strength ($290kgf/cm^2$ called N type, $505kgf/cm^2$ called H type) and pre-loading. In the test, a total of twelve specimens, which were all $10{\times}10cm$ in size, 117 cm in length, have a 2.85 reinforcement ratio, have been used. The results indicate that the strength was enhanced 26%~30% in N type, 11%~16% in H type specimens which was confined with carbon fiber sheets.

  • In case heavy rainfall is a key factor of slope failure, the failure zone is usually developed within the depth of 3~5m from the ground surface regardless of the location of the watertable. If rainfall is taken into consideration, it is general that the slope stability analysis is carried out under the assumption that the cut slope is saturated to the slope surface or the watertable elevates to a certain height so that ${\gamma}_{sat}$, the unit weight of saturated soil, is used. However, the analysis method mentioned above can't exactly simulate the variation of pore water pressure in the slope and yields different failure shape. The applicability of slope stability analysis method considering the distribution of pore water pressure within the slope with heavy rainfalls, was checked out after the stability analysis of a lage-scale cut slope in a highway construction site, where surface failure occurred with heavy rainfalls. An appropriate slope stabilization method is proposed on the base of the outcome of the analysis.

신뢰성을 고려한 구조물의 최적설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optimized Design of Structures Considering Reliability Analysis)

  • 본 연구에서는 구조 응답의 불확실성을 고려하여 신뢰성해석을 수행한 후 구조물의 최적설계를 수행하기 위한 프로그램 기법을 제안하고자 한다. 신뢰성해석을 위해 AFOSM법을 이용하였으며, 해석에 의한 파괴확률과 신뢰도 지수값을 제약조건으로 이용하여 최적설계를 수행하였다. 최적설계방법으로는 최적정기법으로 가장 강력한 SQP법을 사용하였다. 제약조건과 불확실량 고려 유 무에 따른 해석결과 본 연구에서 대상으로 한 트러스의 경우 불확실량을 고려한 경우 최소중량이 20.92%, 평면골조의 경우 평균 8.08% 증가하였다.

  • 국내 재래식 터널의 대부분에 존재하는 배면공동은 라이닝의 균열, 누수, 응력집중 등을 유발하여 터널 안정성에 큰 영향을 미치게 된다. 이러한 배면공동의 보강은 공동을 뒤채움하는 방법이 일반적으로 적용되고 있는데, 본 연구에서는 현재 산업폐기물로 취급되어 버려지고 있는 석분토를 이용하여 터널 뒤채움용 경량기포 충전재를 개발하였고, 실내물성시험과 노후터널에 대한 현장적용시험을 수행하여 개발 충전재의 적용성 평가를 실시하였다.
