국내 섬유패션산업의 사회적 책임 경영에 관한 연구 -웹사이트상의 정보공시 현황을 중심으로- (Corporate Social Responsibility Practices of the Textiles and Apparel Industry -Content Analysis of Website Disclosures-)

  • This study explored the current implementation status of corporate social responsibility (CSR) among textiles and apparel manufacturers and retailers in Korea, based on the Triple Bottom Line (TBL). We also investigated the provision of information related to CSR practices on the websites of companies. A quantitative content analysis was conducted to analyze the website disclosures of 61 listed companies categorized in the textiles, apparel, shoes, and luxury industry. Analysis was focused on the presence, accessibility, and the level of CSR website disclosure. Seven themes emerged by applying the constant comparison analysis. Using Scott's formula for pi, a high level of inter-coder reliability was achieved, ranging from 0.91 to 0.97. Regarding the three dimensions of CSR suggested in TBL, economic dimension was relatively more emphasized in the website disclosures of most companies, compared to social and environment dimensions. Website disclosures were further investigated, based on the product categories of each company. Limitations of this study and suggestions for future studies are discussed.

  • This study investigates the relationship between perceived system characteristics of Internet shopping mall and loyalty, and examines how perceived website attractiveness and flow play mediating roles between perceived system characteristics of Internet shopping mall and affective commitment in the context of Internet clothing shopping mall. For these purposes, the author developed a structural model which consists of several variables. In this model, perceived system characteristics of Internet shopping mall that consist of such as familiarity, reputation, uniqueness, positive emotion, self-efficacy, and interactivity were proposed to affect the website attractiveness and flow, and in turn, result in higher affective commitment. Thus, perceived website attractiveness and flow were proposed as core mediating variables between perceived mobile service characteristics and affective commitment. To test unidimensionality and nomological validity of the measures of each construct, the author employed scale refinement procedure. The results of reliability test with Cronbach's, and confirmatory factor analysis warranted unidimensionality of the measures for each construct. In addition, nomological validity of the measures was warranted from the result of correlation analysis.

초등학생 대상 영양교육 웹사이트의 활용효과 (Evaluation of a Nutrition Education Website for Children)

  • This study was carried out to evaluate the usefulness and the effectiveness of the nutrition education website 'ifood(http://ifood.or.kr)', for children. A total of 262 children (5th and 6th graders) participated in the self-education program using the website which consisted of 4 sessions every two weeks. In each session, they were asked to answer some questions on the comprehensiveness of each topic while navigating the website. Nutrition knowledge (20 items), dietary attitudes (7 items), and dietary behaviors (10 items) were evaluated using questionnaires before and after the education. After the education, the usefulness and readability of the website was also evaluated. Most (97.2%) of the responders reported that the education using this website was helpful, 97.3% thought that the contents were reliable, 90.1% responded that the contents were easy to understand, and 88.8% answered that they would revisit 'ifood'. The menus they liked best were 'Interesting games' for 35.8%, 'How can I cook?' for 17.8%, 'How can I become slim' for 16.4%. This website might be more attractive by providing a 'greater variety of contents in detail', 'more music, motion pictures and images', 'more interesting games'. After the education, there was a significant increase in nutrition knowledge scores from 10.9 to 13.1. Although the total scores of dietary attitudes and dietary behaviors did not improve, there was a significant increase in each of some questions. These results showed that 'ifood', a nutritional education website, was desirable in reliability, aesthetics and enjoyability, and was effective in improving nutrition knowledge and some of dietary attitudes and behaviors in children.

B2B 섬유 플랫폼 활성화를 위한 웹사이트 평가속성이 추천의도에 미치는 영향 (Impact of user evaluations of website attributes on recommendation intention for revitalizing B2B textile platform)

  • This study examines options to revitalize a B2B textile trading platform, exploring user satisfaction and perceptions of the importance of several website features. Between June 8 and June 21, 2023, fashion studies majors and domestic fashion brand product planners were asked to use the website of an open B2B textile platform for 30 minutes and then evaluate its features by responding to a survey. The final sample for analysis wad comprised of 150 questionnaires. To analyze the key textile website features, a paired t-test, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), and multiple regression analysis were utilized. The analysis classified the key textile website features related to user importance and satisfaction into the following categories: convenience, appearance, product information, and uniqueness. An analysis investigation of the differences in importance and satisfaction for each website evaluation attribute found significant differences in 12 attributes. The IPA analysis revealed that attributes such as product reliability, quality, a convenient search function, and convenient page movement are highly important to users and garner high user satisfaction; these findings demonstrate the importance of maintaining these elements. Images on the main screen, the latest trend information, and product prominence attributes also garner high importance ratings, but result in low user satisfaction, which signifies extensive revision is required. Finally, user evaluation of the convenience, appearance, and product information of the website was found to affect user recommendation intention.

  • Most of the art gallery has been running their own websites. Not only in physical space but also in cyber space, they are achieving their goals through introducing exhibition and the artist and selling the artist's works. To this end, what are considered important items to the website contents of a large art gallery are assessed. These items include the goals and the mission of the art gallery, the targets of users, the scope of the information, the payment of information fees, relationships with other resources, reliability, accuracy and objectivity. And the analysis of these assessments are to promote the content of the gallery's website, and how to further promote customer satisfaction through the help is provided.

  • 오늘날 우리는 인터넷을 통하여 웹사이트에서 다양한 활동과 많은 정보를 얻고 있다. 이러한 웹사이트들은 개인 또는 웹사이트 전문업체에 의해 유지보수되며, 기본적인 방법은 운영되고 있는 웹사이트를 구성하고 있는 파일들을 변경하는 것이다. 이 과정에서 전체 파일을 변경하는 것은 시간이 오래 걸리고, 변경하지 않아도 되는 파일들까지 변경하므로 효율성이 많이 떨어진다. 반대로 변경해야 하는 파일들만 변경하게 될 경우, 사람이 직접 각 경로를 탐색하여 파일들을 확인하고 하나씩 파일을 변경해야 하므로 손이 많이 간다. 이를 해결하고자 자동 배포 시스템들이 개발되었으나, 추가적인 자원과 학습이 필요하며 비용과 시간, 노동력이 추가로 발생한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존 웹사이트의 자원과 기술을 사용하여, 자원 소모를 최소화하고, 새로운 기술의 학습이 필요 없는 자동 업데이트 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 통해 사람의 작업 대비 신뢰성과 시간을 향상하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

웹 기반 시스템을 이용한 반정량적 식품섭취빈도 조사지의 적용 및 평가 (Application and Evaluation of Web-based Food Frequency Questionnaire for Korean Adolescents)

  • Objectives: We previously developed a dish-based semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire (FFQ) for Korean adolescents and reported that it had reasonable reliability and validity. The objective of the current study was to construct a web-based dietary evaluation system applying the FFQ for Korean adolescents and examine its applicability in the context of reliability and validity. Methods: A web-based food frequency questionnaire system was designed using a comprehensive approach, incorporating not only dietary data survey but also up-to-date nutrition information and individualized eating behavior guidelines. A convenience sample of 50 boys and girls aged 12~18 years agreed to participate in the study and completed the FFQ twice and 3 days of dietary recall on the developed website during a two-month period. The FFQ's reliability and validity was examined using correlation and cross classification analysis. We also measured participants' subjective levels of the web site's usability, visual effect, understanding, and familiarity. Results: Spearman correlation coefficients for reliability ranged from 0.74 (for vitamin A) to 0.94 (for energy). From cross-classification analyses, the proportion of subjects in the same intake quartile was highest for energy (82.0%) and lowest for vitamin A (56.0%). With regard to validity analysis, Spearman correlation coefficients ranged from 0.34 (for fiber) to 0.79 (for energy). The proportions of subjects in the opposite categories between the first FFQ and 3-day diet recall data were generally low from 0.00% (for fat) to 36.2% (for sodium). Average subjective levels of the website's usability, visual effect, understanding, and familiarity were all found to be over 4 points out of 5 points. Conclusions: The web-based dietary evaluation system developed can serve as a valid and attractive tool for administering FFQ to Korean adolescents.

어린이도서관 웹사이트 이용자 만족도 분석: D 어린이도서관 사례중심으로 (An Analysis of User Satisfaction on a Case of D Children's Library Website)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 우리나라 어린이도서관 웹사이트를 이용하는 이용자의 만족도를 분석하고 나아가 이용자 만족도, 충성도, 불평도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는 것이다. 이 연구에서 사용된 만족도 분석 방법은 김희섭과 박용재의 모형을 수정하여 사용하였으며, 이용자 만족도는 크게 콘텐츠품질, 서비스품질, 그리고 시스템품질의 세 가지 차원으로 나누었다. 자료 수집은 D 어린이도서관 이용자를 대상으로 설문지를 통하여 이루어졌으며, 수집된 자료 중 유효자료 130부를 SPSS 18로 분석하였다. 분석결과 어린이도서관 이용자의 만족도가 높을수록 충성도는 높았지만 이와는 반대로 불평도는 낮게 나타났다. 이용자 만족도와 유의한 상관관계를 보인 요인들로는 (1) 콘텐츠 차원에서는 유용성, 정확성, 이해용이성, 신뢰성, 최신성, (2) 서비스 차원에서는 유형성, 신뢰성, 응답성, 공감성, 그리고 (3) 시스템 차원에서는 응답시간, 상호작용, 접근용이성, 사용용이성 등으로 나타났다.

온라인 교육사이트의 서비스품질 측정을 위한 SERVPERF와 KS-SQI모형의 비교 (A Comparison of SERVPERF and KS-SQI for the On-line Education-website Service Quality Measurement)

  • 본 연구는 국내의 중 고교생이 많이 사용하는 온라인 교육사이트의 서비스품질을 측정하는데 있어서 SERVPERF모형과 KS-SQI모형 중에서 어느 것이 더 적합한지를 비교 분석하였다. AMOS7을 이용하여 분석한 결과, SERVPERF모형에서 서비스품질은 신뢰성, 유형성, 반응성, 공감성, 확산성으로 측정하는 모형으로 나타났다. 또한 KS-SQI모형의 서비스품질은 본원적 서비스와 예상외 서비스로 구성된 성과차원과 신뢰성, 친절성, 적극지원성, 접근용이성, 매체유형성으로 구성된 과정 차원으로 구성된 측정모형으로 나타났다. 두 모형간 비교에서는 KS-SQI가 경로분석에 대한 모형적합도 측면에서 더 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

통신서비스 웹사이트 정보불균형이 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Information Asymmetry of Telecommunication Service Websites on Intention for Continuous Usage)

  • The communications market can be characterized for its overflow of users, oligopoly business structure, 24/7 open service, incomplete sales, and operation of core platform function. These characteristics have lead users to continuously make complaints and suffer inconveniences, and thus the concept of user protection has come to receive attention. This study aims to propose solutions through communication channeling between businesses and users, based on website construction from the viewpoint of user protection. In particular, a research model was developed to display how the information symmetry of websites can be influential on the satisfaction, reliability, and continuous intention for using communication services. Total of 14 hypotheses were set to measure a significant degree of variables corelation and eight hypotheses were accepted finally. The analysis results showed that information symmetry of telecommunication service websites had a positive effect on intention for continuous usage. Through the research results, it is expected that communication service businesses will be able to consider important factors when constructing websites. Furthermore, the results are expected to be utilized as for ensuring users' continued usage of their communication services.
