다양한 웹서비스 참여자들은 콘텐츠의 생산과 공유, 확산 과정에 참여하고 있다. 웹서비스 내 다양한 상호작용을 지원하는 시스템의 반응 역량을 기술적 상호작용성이라 하며, 이는 웹서비스 성공의 핵심요인으로 연구되고 있다. 본 연구는 기술적 상호작용성 구성요인인 사용자 통제성과 동시성, 반응성이 웹서비스 내의 콘텐츠 생산 효율성과 콘텐츠 품질 인식에 미치는 영향을 구조방정식 모형을 통해 탐색적으로 확인하였다. 연구결과 사용자 통제성과 동시성은 웹서비스 내 콘텐츠의 생산 효율성 인식에 긍정적인 영향을 주었으며, 대화적 피드백 역량인 반응성은 웹서비스 내에서 공유되는 콘텐츠의 품질 인식에 긍정적 영향을 주고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 콘텐츠 생산 효율성 인식이 콘텐츠 품질 인식에 긍정적 영향을 주고 있음을 확인해, 사용자 통제성과 동시성의 품질인식에 대한 간접효과도 확인하였다. 본 연구는 웹서비스 개발 및 운영시 통제 가능한 요인인 기술적 상호작용성이 웹서비스를 통한 콘텐츠 생산 효율성 및 품질 인식에 긍정적인 영향을 주고 있음을 제시함으로써, 고객참여 콘텐츠가 중요한 웹서비스 개발자와 마케터에게 관련성과를 향상시킬 수 있는 웹 기술 활용 및 시스템 구축에 대한 함의를 제공해 주고 있다.

본 연구는 워드프레스 서비스의 테마 검색과 커스터마이징에 대한 일반 사용자와 디자이너 사용자의 테마 사용 경험 개선을 목적으로 커뮤니티 중심의 테마 정보 서비스를 연구하였다. 본 연구의 방법은 먼저, 워드프레스 테마의 검색과 선택 과정에서 사용자의 의사 결정에 필요한 테마 정보를 도출하고 테마 정보의 체계를 구성하였다. 그리고 워드프레스 및 웹 서비스 개발 관련 유명 커뮤니티들의 커뮤니티 서비스 구조와 사용자 콘텐츠들을 분석하여 커뮤니티 기반의 테마 정보 서비스 시나리오를 도출하였고, 이를 반영하여 테마 중심의 커뮤니티 서비스 사이트 '테마-딱'을 제작, 완성하였다. '테마-딱' 서비스를 워드프레스 초보 사용자 20명을 대상으로 2주간 사용자 테스팅을 수행한 결과, 주요 서비스 중에서 가장 긍정적인 피드백을 받은 서비스는 테마 템플릿 정보와 이상형 테마 콘테스트였다. 본 연구에서 실험한 다양한 형식의 커뮤니티 콘텐츠와 사용자 참여 데이터들은 오픈 플랫폼으로서의 워드프레스 서비스에 적합한 테마 정보 서비스의 방향을 제시 하고 있다.

지질조사는 제7차 지구과학교육과정에서 지구과학을 배우는 학생에게 매우 중요하지만, 시간, 거리, 비용이 너무 많이 들어 실제로 학생들이 야외지질조사를 나가서 학습하기 어려운 경우가 많다. 이러한 어려운 문제를 해결하기 위하여 이 연구는 제주도 송악산과 지삿개 일대를 선정하여 가상야외지질조사의 웹 컨텐츠와 교수-학습 자료를 개발하고자한다. 개발된 웹 컨텐츠는 주 메뉴, 부메뉴, 내용의 3 부분으로 구분하여 학습자가 쉽게 인식하도록 구성하였다. 기존웹 자료의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 동영상과 탐구 학습지를 학습자에게 제공하였고 웹 컨텐츠는 실제 야외지질조사에서 얻을 수 있는 내용을 체험할 수 있도록 고안하였다.

본 논문은 초 고령화 사회를 앞두고 실버 세대의 의존성을 보완하기 위한 웹 환경의 개선 방향을 제안하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 일반인에 비해 다양한 장애를 가지고 있는 실버 세대의 웹 환경 개선을 위해서, 내용 구성과 기능 보강을 통한 웹 인터페이스 기능 확장 사례를 통해 접근성과 사용성을 높일 수 있는 방안을 조사하였다. 조사 결과 실버세대와 관련 사이트에서 웹 사용성을 높이고자 하는 시도는 긍정적이었지만, 통일되지 않은 인터페이스디자인으로 사용자에게 새로운 학습이 요구되고 개발 업체는 표준화되지 못한 디자인을 양산하는 문제점이 나타났다. 이에 운영체제의 모듈 지원, 표준화된 디자인 방안 수립 등의 해결 방향 제시를 통해 실버세대의 정보화 사회 적응을 유도하기 위한 웹 환경 개선 방향을 제안한다.

본 연구는 국내 직업무용단 웹사이트 콘텐츠의 현황을 분석하기 위한 것으로 이 연구를 통해 전국 직업무용단과 무용발전에 기여할 수 있는 사이트 구축 및 콘텐츠 개발 방안에 도움을 주는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 무용단 단독으로 홈페이지가 운영되고 있는 8개의 무용단을 선정하여 콘텐츠 내용을 조사하였다. 연구방법에 의해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내 무용단 홈페이지 중 콘텐츠 제공과 커뮤니티의 활성화는 국립발레단, 서울발레시어터, 유니버설발레단인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시(도)립무용단의 경우는 경기도립무용단, 대전 부산 서울 인천시립무용단의 5곳만 활성화되고 있어 타 시도 무용단 홈페이지의 콘텐츠는 많은 보완이 이루어져야 하겠다. 셋째, 서울발레시어터나 유니버설발레단의 경우 공연소식, 단원소개, 발레이야기, 공연평, 뉴스레터 일정안내, 아카데미, 후원회 등을 통해 많은 콘텐츠를 제공하여 관객 관리와 홍보에 활용한 반면 시립 도립 무용단의 홈페이지에서는 그 규모와 자료 수가 적은 편이어서 웹사이트 방문의 호기심이 덜했다.

The purpose of this study is 1) to investigate the Web content of online shopping agencies and to see if differences exist in their contents and 2) to suggest strategies for online shopping agencies. For the study, the online shopping agency components of web sites were investigated, which consisted of product, information, and customer service. Each component had sub-categories. In order to analyze the Web content of online shopping agencies, nine agencies were chosen based on the rankings of www.rankey.com and www.100hot.co.kr. The content analysis was conducted from January 5th to the 30th of 2009. The results showed that the basic Web content of online shopping agencies (i.e., product, information, and customer service) was evident on most sites. However, products were similar and effective information and labor-saving functions were sparsely used. Areas where customers actively participated were limited. Therefore, most sites need to reinforce their content by providing a well-articulated product, information, and customer service for shoppers and to differentiate their Web site identities.

국내에서 건강 소비자들을 대상으로 건강정보를 제공하는 웹사이트들 중 순위가 높은 18개 웹사이트를 선정하여 각 웹사이트의 건강정보 신뢰도와 만족도에 대한 현황을 분석하였다. 선택된 18개 사이트는 방문자의 수와 트래픽 정보 등을 이용하여 웹사이트의 순위를 평가하는 전문 기관의 순위 정보에 의해 선택되었다. 각 웹사이트에서 제공되는 건강 정보의 신뢰도와 만족도 현황을 파악하기 위하여 19가지의 평가 항목에 대한 충족 정도와 5가지 중요 요소의 유무에 대한 현황을 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 국내의 대표적인 건강정보 웹사이트들에 대한 신뢰성과 만족도 측면에서의 현황을 파악할 수 있었으며 평가 결과를 활용하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

This study considered the most crucial elements in websites as web usability and web accessibility. The web usability signified the empirical satisfaction of ordinary users on websites and how much they used the relevant websites conveniently and accurately, while the web accessibility signified the technical support that could have an easy access to web contents and the principles of cognitive aspects, by considering the users such as those who have been alienated from information. Even if the people were given lots of beneficial information, the websites would be useless if their usability and accessibility were not considered. It would be necessary to reduce the information gap by letting any users (the physically challenged, the elderly, etc.) give an access to every information without any professional abilities and to provide the efficient websites corresponding to the embodiment goal of e-government through rapidity and accuracy of contents and the feedback for systematic structure and people's demand.

Recently, online real-time web accessible mobile devices such as smartphones, tablet PCs and application services have been developing rapidly. Hospitals also need to adopt an efficient information system that can provide decent medical services under mobile computing environments to complete future medical services. This study proposes a system in which a doctor can examine a patient and make out a prescription in a ward on a real-time based on the current Order Communication Systems (OCSs) through mobile interfaces. The proposed system implements mobile web pages using HTML5, instead of a mobile app. Web processing speed can be enhanced using the web socket and web storage functions of HTML5.

Fracture toughness was considered as one of the good estimates of the paper break tendency of paper web in the press room. Paper break on the paper machine is caused by many factors such as paper machine irregular vibrations, impurities in the fiber furnish, shives, and so on. On the paper machine, the solid content of paper web is changing very rapidly from less than 1% to over 95%. We tried to measure the fracture toughness of paper web at different solid contents for providing the fundamental knowledge of paper break. Stretches of wet web were also measured and compared to the fracture toughness changes. Four different fiber furnishes (SwBKP, HwBKP, ONP, and OCC) were refined to different degrees, and at different solid contents (40%, 60%, 80%, and 95%), their fracture toughnesses were measured. Two fracture toughness measurement methods (essential work of fracture and Tryding's load-widening method) were used, and we found they gave identical results. The stretch curves of the wet webs against the axis of solid contents were very similar to the fracture toughness curves of those.
