The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of agricultural management accounting information, education status, and policy demands through a questionnaire survey of advanced agricultural managers. These people are expected to play a key role in the changing agricultural environment in Korea. Based on survey results, several policy implications were derived for the advanced agricultural managers' agricultural management accounting information record activation. Survey results of 303 respondents identified that 63.4% of them record their agricultural management accounting information. The biggest reason given for not recording this information was lack of time for record keeping. The biggest problem was a 'lack of Question and Answer system'. In addition, 37.2% of the respondents were not aware of the current agricultural accounting guidelines. In terms of education, 71.3% of the respondents have completed course work in accounting and responded that an 'On-off parallel education system', which offers both online and offline classes, was the most effective method to prevent dropout. Respondents thought that agricultural management accounting records were helpful for the management of agriculture and their participation in government policies. They also thought that customized education programs should be further implemented for enhancing the effectiveness of education programs, and 'One-stop Question and Answer system on related web sites and organizations' is required for them to keep better records. The following policy implications can be derived from the survey results. First, interoperability between agricultural management accounting information recording programs is needed. Second, accessibility should be strengthened. Third, the education system needs to be improved. Fourth, voluntary participation should be encouraged. Last, the government needs to establish a post-verification system.

본 논문에서는 수준별 학습을 위한 웹 기반 교육도구를 설계 및 구현 하고자 하였다. 구현한 시스템의 구성은 크게 교사가 사용할 관리자 영역과 학생이 사용할 사용자 영역으로 나누어져 있다. 관리자 영역에서는 학습자의 학습을 도울 수 있도록 하기 위하여 단원별 강의안 등록, 수준별 평가문제의 출제 및 평가를 위한 기능을 제공한다 사용자인 학생은 누구나 사용자 등륵만 하면 사이버스쿨(Cyber shool)에 로긴(Login)하여 자신의 수준에 맞는 학습을 하고, 평가를 받을 수 있다 평가 후에는 즉시 자신의 점수를 확인하고 점수를 따른 보충학습, 또는 심화학습을 할 수 있다. 본 시스템에서는 학습자들에게 수준에 맞는 학습을 제공함으로써 학습의 흥미를 유도하고, 학업 성취도를 향상시키고자 하였다.

Objectives: This paper describes an experience of implementing seamless service trials online and offline by adopting Internet of Things (IoT) technology based on near-field communication (NFC) tags and Bluetooth low-energy (BLE) beacons. The services were provided for both patients and health professionals. Methods: The pilot services were implemented to enhance healthcare service quality, improve patient safety, and provide an effective business process to health professionals in a tertiary hospital in Seoul, Korea. The services to enhance healthcare service quality include healing tours, cancer information/education, psychological assessments, indoor navigation, and exercise volume checking. The services to improve patient safety are monitoring of high-risk inpatients and delivery of real-time health information in emergency situations. In addition, the services to provide an effective business process to health professionals include surveys and web services for patient management. Results: Considering the sustainability of the pilot services, we decided to pause navigation and patient monitoring services until the interference problem could be completely resolved because beacon signal interference significantly influences the quality of services. On the other hand, we had to continue to provide new wearable beacons to high-risk patients because of hygiene issues, so the cost increased over time and was much higher than expected. Conclusions: To make the smart connected hospital services sustainable, technical feasibility (e.g., beacon signal interference), economic feasibility (e.g., continuous provision of new necklace beacons), and organizational commitment and support (e.g., renewal of new alternative medical devices and infrastructure) are required.

인터넷은 시간과 공간에 제약받지 않으면서 인간이 원하는 일을 처리할 수 있게 해주는 필수적인 매체로 자리잡고 있다. 교육 분야 역시 정보통신 기술 발달의 영향을 많이 받고 있으며 CAI, 원격강의, e-러닝 등 새로운 분야들이 끊임없이 출현하고 있다. 교육 분야의 발전과는 달리, 학습 평가방법에 있어서는 다양한 시도가 이루어지지 못하고 지필시험에 대한 정답률에 전적으로 의존하고 있으며 학습활동과정 및 학습자 수준 등에 대한 부분은 반영되지 못하였다. 학습 평가는 학생의 학습능력 수준을 파악할 수 있고 그에 맞는 교수법을 사용하거나 새로운 학습 프로그램을 개발하는데 중요한 정보를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 행동주의 학습이론의 평가방식에 의존하고 있는 기존 학습평가 시스템의 한계점을 개선하기 위하여 구성주의를 도입하여 학습활동을 평가점수에 반영할 수 있는 웹기반 학습평가시스템을 구축한다. 이를 통하여 학습자의 학습 이해도 뿐만 아니라 학습 관심도에 대한 분석 평가를 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 전통적인 행동주의 학습이론 평가방식과 함께 구성주의 학습이론 평가를 도입하기 위하여 교사에 의해 학습평가요소 및 반영비율을 설정하는 기능을 구현하고 이를 최종 평가점수에 반영되도록 하였다.

정보화 시대에 이르러 정보통신기술의 급속한 발달은 교육을 포함한 모든 분야에 획기적인 패러다임의 변화를 가져왔다. 교육에 있어서의 변화는 단순한 지식의 축적이 아닌 학습자가 스스로 문제를 발견하고, 이를 위한 적절한 해결방법을 습득함을 의미한다. 즉, 교사는 조언자로서의 역할을, 학생은 학습의 주도자로서의 역할을 담당하며, 이는 교육의 주체가 교사중심에서 학생중심으로의 전환을 뜻한다. 이러한 교육적 패러다임의 변환과 더불어 주목받고 있는 교수학습이론이 "구성주의(Constructivism)"이다. 구성주의의 틀안에서 과거의 교사중심의 직접교수법 대신에 학습자 중심의 참여학습을 강조하고 있으며, 새로운 교육적 패러다임의 실천적 방안을 구체적으로 제시하고 있다. 이러한 실천적 방안을 구축 가능하게 해준 것이 바로 정보통신기술 그중에서도 인터넷(internet)의 발달이다. 인터넷에서 가장 활발하게 사용되고 있는 웹(Web)은 그 특성상 구성주의 학습원리를 실현하는데 적절한 환경을 제공하고 있으며, 교육 시스템의 변화를 가져오고 있다. 인터넷을 활용한 웹상에서의 교수학습은 교실이라는 제한된 공간에서 판서에 의존하는 방식의 수업이 아닌 풍부하고 다양한 형태의 폭넓은 자료의 습득을 가능하게 하며, 학습자에게 생동감 있는 학습 경험을 주어 학습 동기를 유발할 수 있다. 또한 기존의 수업에 비해 비교적 시간과 장소의 제약에서 자유롭게 학습할 수 있으며, 학습내용과 관련된 최신의 정보를 참조할 수 있다. 그리고 이미지, 오디오, 비디오, 텍스트와 같은 풍부한 멀티미디어 인터페이스 (Interface)가 가능하고 게시판, 이메일, 채팅을 통하여 교사와 학습자간에 활발한 상호작용이 이루어질 수 있다는 점에서 교육적 가능성이 대두되고 있다. 학교나 교육담당자들도 이런 교육기자제의 첨단화 더불어 새로운 교수 학습 모형 개발에 힘을 쓰고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 구성주의 학습원리에 토대를 둔, 월 기반 교육시스템의 설계 및 구현을 통하여 학습자 중심의 자기주도적 학습활동이 이루어질 수 있는 교육환경을 구축하는데 그 목적이 있다. 라라서 학습자는 학습자의 필요(need)에 라라 선별적으로 강의를 수강할 수 있고, 키워드 정색을 통해 학습하고자 하는 내용을 구분하여 학습할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 이를 통해 학습자들이 자기 주도적으로 주어진 문제에 대해 스스로 해결하는 방법을 찾아 학습할 수 있도록 함으로씨 학습 능력을 키우도록 하는데 그 주안점이 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 원격평생교육에서 학습자의 목표지향성, 교수실재감, 학습접근방식, 만족도 및 학업성취도 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 A, B, C 대학교 부설 원격평생교육원 학습자 235명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 구조방정식 모델링 분석을 통한 연구 결과, 첫째, 숙달접근목표지향성과 교수실재감은 심층학습접근에 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 둘째, 숙달접근목표지향성은 피상학습접근에 부적 영향을, 교수실재감에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 심층학습접근은 만족도에 정적영향을 미쳤으며, 넷째, 피상학습접근은 만족도에 부적영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 심층학습접근은 학업성취도에 정적영향을 미쳤으며, 여섯째, 피상학습접근은 학업성취도에 부적영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 위와 같은 연구결과는 학습자의 숙달접근목표지향성과 교수실재감이 학습자들로 하여금 심층학습접근방식을 선택하게 하여 궁극적으로는 학업성취도와 만족도를 높여줌을 시사하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 코로나19 확산으로 가족생활에서 급격한 변화가 일어난 1차 확산기에 블로그와 온라인 카페에 게시된 소셜 빅데이터를 분석하여 키워드를 파악하고, 게시글에 잠재된 주요 토픽을 발견하는 것이다. 강화된 사회적 거리두기가 처음 시행되었던 2020년 2월 23일부터 4월 19일까지 네이버와 다음의 블로그 및 카페에 게시된 글 중 '코로나'와 '가족' 또는 '코로나'와 '가정'이 함께 언급된 문서 총 351,734건을 분석하였다. 수집된 데이터는 전처리를 거쳐 텍스트 마이닝 기법으로 분석하였다. TF-IDF 가중치 값을 바탕으로 상위 100개 단어를 살펴보았으며, 잠재디리클레할당 방식의 토픽모델 분석을 통해 총 22개 토픽을 도출하고 토픽명을 부여하였다. 연구결과, 코로나19가 가족의 일상생활에 미친 전방위적 영향이 나타났으며, 특히 식생활, 주거생활, 여가생활, 종교생활, 자녀돌봄, 자녀교육, 가족관계, 가족의례 등에서 변화가 두드러졌다. 더불어, 가족 관련 국내 문헌에서는 잘 논의되지 않던 건강공동체로서의 가족을 시사하는 토픽도 등장하였다.

정보 통신기술의 발달로 평생 교육에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 웹 기반 교육인 e-learning 산업은 급속히 팽창하고 있다. e-Iearning의 확산으로 기업이나 교육기관에서 온라인 강의를 위한 교육용 콘텐츠의 필요성이 부각되고 이와 함께 콘텐츠 제작 기술의 발전도 빠르게 이루어지고 있다. 플래시 콘텐츠는 멀티미디어와 애니메이션 등을 다양하고 비주얼하게 표현하여 학습자와의 복잡한 상호작용을 쉽게 구현할 수 있고, 고급스러운 사용자 중심의 인터페이스를 제공하여 학습자의 흥미를 유발시키고 집중력을 고취시키는 등의 장점을 가지고 있지만 플래시 애니메이션 학습 콘텐츠를 교수자들이 직접 제작하거나 활용하기는 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 교육용 플래시 애니메이션 콘텐츠를 재사용하여 교수자가 목표로 하는 학습 프로그램을 자동으로 제작할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Alcohol consumption among soldiers impairs health status, performance, and increases the risks of injuries and violence. This study examined drinking behaviors, health problems, and violence among enlisted soldiers at Adisorn military unit in Saraburi, Thailand. Data collection using self-reported questionnaires were distributed to 256 enlisted male soldiers in May 2017. Participants were age 20-22 (93%), Buddhists (98%), high school education or lower (93%). They purchased alcohol at their own expense (46.5%). For alcohol consumption, all were lifetime drinkers (100%). The current drinking patterns were different 28.5% were current drinkers, 65.5% are currently abstaining from drinking (64.5%), and 6.6% stopped drinking permanently. The top three alcohol beverages were beer (52.3%), brandy (25.0%), and hard liquor (19.5%). Problems related to alcohol were from lost balance/falls (6.7%), illness (10.2%), driving under the influence (19.5%), and accidents (24.2%). Violence from drinking in the past month was from fighting (28.1%). This study is the first to provide information about alcohol-related problems in enlisted male soldiers. There is the need to offer straightforward advice, brief counseling, and refer soldiers to receive treatment to prevent alcohol-related problems. Online social media and web-based programs were recommended as platforms to provide preventive alcohol message to the enlisted.

Objective: It aimed at proposing the Korean Journal of Child Studies' strategy to be promoted to international journal based on the style and format of scholarly journals and journal metrics. Methods: The review of the journal in not only print version, but also an online version was done from the perspective of style and format. The total citation and impact factor were manually calculated from Web of Science Core Collection. Results: More professional level manuscript editing is required for maintaining the consistency of the style and format. The verso page and back matters should be improved to international level. Journal homepage should be reconstructed by adopting digital standards for the journal, including journal article tag suite, CrossMark, FundRef, ORCID, and text and data mining. To become an international journal, transformation into English journal and deposition to PubMed Central is mandatory. Conclusion: Since the editor's and society members' performance is top-notch, it will be possible to promote the journal up to international level soon. Society should guarantee the term of editor for enough time and support her with full cost and complete consent.
