본 연구에서는 최신의 정보기술을 적용한 XML 기반 충남대학교 전자도서관 웹사이트를 대상으로 사용성 평가를 실시하였다. 사용성 평가는 로그파일 분석, 온라인 설문조사 그리고 발견평가의 3가지 방법을 적용하였다. 본 연구에서는 사용자 입장에서의 대학도서관 웹사이트 서비스의 문제점을 분석$\cdot$평가하여 개선 방안을 제시함으로써 이용자 서비스의 품질 향상을 제고할 수 있는 근거를 마련하고자 한다.

국내에서는 게임용 소프트웨어의 개발을 통한 부가가치의 창출 효과가 높아지면서 많은 IT 업체에서 제품 개발과 동시에 제품에 대한 평가에 관심을 가지게 되었다. 본 연구는 게임 소프트웨어의 품질 평가를 위해서 게임 소프트웨어의 결함을 발견하기 위한 버그 체크리스트를 구성하였다. 이러한 버그 체크리스트 구성을 위해서 게임 소프트웨어 사용자를 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 이러한 조사결과를 게임 소프트웨어의 품질 평가 메트릭을 개발하는데 적용하여 ISO/IEC 9126 평가 메트릭을 제시하였다.

Pronunciation teaching is once again coming into the foreground of ELT. Japan is, however, lagging far behind many countries in the development of pronunciation curricula and in the actual speech performance of the Japanese learners of English. The reasons for this can be found in the prevalence of communicative methodologies unfavorable for pronunciation teaching, in the lack of trained professionals, and in the large numbers of students in Japanese foreign language classes. This paper offers a way to promote foreign language pronunciation teaching in Japan and other countries by means of employing computer and internet facilities. The paper outlines the major directions of using modem speech technologies in pronunciation classes, like EVF (electronic visual feedback) training at segmental and prosodic levels; automated error detection, testing, grading and fluency assessment. The author discusses the applicability of some specific software packages (CSLU, SUGIspeech, Multispeech, Wavesurfer, etc.) for the needs of pronunciation teaching. Finally, the author talks about the globalization of pronunciation education via internet resources, such as computer corpora and speech and pronunciation training related web pages.

Web usability for e-commerce sites becomes a more important issue as e-commerce gains its popularity. As for agricultural products, consumers are especially sensitive to the quality of information during transaction process. Successful e-commerce sites of agricultural products, such as Wine.com and Tesco, identified regular usability testing as part of key success factors. This paper aims to identify processes for evaluating usability for e-commerce sites of agricultural products and provide strategies to improve usability. The study aims to evaluate e-commerce usability of selected e-commerce sites using heuristic evaluation to provide objective e-commerce sites usability analysis for each transaction process.

웹 서비스 제품은 그 특성상 패치와 릴리즈가 잦고, 개발주기도 아주 짧다. 따라서 한정된 자원으로 많은 양의 품질 보증 활동이 요구되지만, 실시간으로 이루어지는 TTM(Time to market)을 맞추려면 신속하면서도 높은 수준의 품질을 보증하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 탐색적 테스팅 기법과 위험기반 테스팅 기법을 간소화하여, 리스크 분석 시 탐색적 기법으로 판단하여 바로 우선순위를 매기고 테스트를 진행한다. 여기서 리스크 Matrix에 리스크 분석 테이블을 적용하여 테스트 우선순위를 판단한다. 검증의 방법은 적용 전/후 프로젝트 수 대비 TTM 준수율 및 품질을 기준으로 한다.

정형적 명세를 이용하면 원시코드의 복잡함에 방해받지 않고 필요한 구현 정보를 테스트 프로그래머가 얻을수 있다. 특히 웹 기반 소프트웨어는 정형적 명세로 시스템에 대한 외부 입력과 반응을 잘 나타낼 수가 있다. 복잡하고 구성요소가 다양한 웹 프로그램의 기능을 정형적 명세를 이용하여 핵심적으로 나타내고 이를 이용하여 웹 프로그램의 실행 동작을 테스트할 수 있는 과정을 제안하고 실험하였다. 실험 대상은 웹 뱅킹 업무로 정하고 정형화 명세에서 상태 천이도를 구성하고 테스트 시나리오를 추출하는 방법을 기술하였다. 제안한 방법은 웹 프로그램의 사용 기반 테스트 기법과 결합하여 웹 소프트웨어의 테스트 자동화에 중요란 요소가 될 수 있다.

The concurrent engineering technologies have been broadly used in the field of the design, testing, manufacturing and maintenance works to reduce development time and costs. For this purpose, many design environments with the product data management system, the virtual engineering system and web database system are developed. In this research, we developed the driving simulator of the KTX(Korea Train Express) as a basic study for building the concurrent engineering design environment of rolling stock. The virtual track was developed from the Seoul to the Busan and the Daejeon to Mockpo to generate immersible driving environment. Also. fault generation systems were developed to educate drivers of the KTX. We expect to reduce the time and costs of newly developed rolling stock using the design environment developed in the research.

In recent years, electronic commerce has provided another access for consumers to purchase products. Shopping on line provides much information and less searching cost for customers, but some researches have pointed out that there are difficulties for companies to do business on web. For lack of trust, many people not prefer purchasing through virtual channels. Based on the literature review, this study aims at empirically testing the impact of website design on individual trust in internet firms. From statistic analysis, we will conclude that security, interaction, and navigation functionality will affect on-line trust. The result of this study may provide some managerial implications, especially for firms which want to enter on-line businesses.

User authentication refers to user identification based on something a user knows, something a user has, something a user is or something the user does; it can also take place based on a combination of two or more of such factors. With the increasingly diverse risks in online environments, user authentication methods are also becoming more diversified. This research analyzes user authentication methods being used in various online environments, such as web portals, electronic transactions, financial services and e-government, to identify the characteristics and issues of such authentication methods in order to present a user authentication level system model suitable for different online services. The results of our method are confirmed through a risk assessment and we verify its safety using the testing method presented in OWASP and NIST SP800-63.

항해는 웹 응용의 중요한 특징 중 하나이다. 사용자는 인터넷에서 더욱 자유롭게 응용 내를 이동하고 하나의 웹 응용을 통해 다른 웹 응용을 사용하기도 한다. 웹 응용의 중요성이 커지고 있으며 사용자는 웹 응용이 더욱 정확하게 동작하고 그 것을 통해 더 자유로운 항해를 할 수 있기를 요구한다. 이런 환경에서 더 짧은 개발 기간에 더 정확한 동작을 하는 웹 응용의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 하지만 개발자들은 개발, 구현에만 집중하고 테스트를 소홀히 하는 경향이 강하다. 기존의 웹 응용 테스트에 관한 연구는 웹 응용의 기능 테스트를 중심으로 진행되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 웹 응용의 효과적인 테스트를 위해 항해 구조를 이용한 테스트 케이스 생성 방법을 제안하고 이를 이용한 항해 테스트 방법을 제시한다.
