In this study, we analyzed the web site navigation of law school libraries in terms of global, local, context, support navigation. The recommendations for good web site design were as follows. First, global navigation should provide the consistent navigation and be able to access to the important site and function. Second, quick links of local navigation need to provide the movement of scroll bar. The number of menu and type of link in context navigation should provide the least number. Finally, the site map and index should provide with qualified contents and minimal errors.

The Web continues to grow fast rate in both a large aclae volume of traffic and the size and complexity of Web sites. Along with growth, the complexity of tasks such as Web site design Web server design and of navigating simply through a Web site have increased. An important input to these design tasks is the analysis of how a web site is being used. The is paper proposes a Page logging System(PLS) identifying reliably user sessions required in Web mining system PLS consists of Page Logger acquiring all the page accesses of the user Log processor producing user session from these data, and statements to incorporate a call to page logger applet. Proposed PLS abbreviates several preprocessing tasks which spends a log of time and efforts that must be performed in Web mining systems. In particular, it simplifies the complexity of transaction identification phase through acquiring directly the amount of time a user stays on a page. Also PLS solves local cache hits and proxy IPs that create problems with identifying user sessions from Web sever log.

This study examines open market websites of Korea and China and identifies differences in the web design factors so as to verify how the design factors affect consumers' trust and purchase intention in the open market websites. Two hundred consumers, respectively in Korea and China, filled out survey questionnaires. According to the survey result, design factors of open market websites of both countries consisted of context, contents, communities, communication, connectivity and commercial transaction; and trust-building factors were comprised of customer services, product perception and security perception. This study found that there was no significant difference in the design factors of open market websites between the two countries, but trust levels in accordance with design factors and purchase intention in accordance with trust level differed by country. Therefore, this result would help Korean companies targeting Chinese consumers understand that there are differences between Korean and Chinese consumers in their trust level and purchase intention in accordance with open market website designs; encourage Korean online shopping malls to move to the Chinese market; and provide rich insights into developing marketing plans based on the different web design factors of Korean and Chinese open markets.

Objective: The aim of this study is to show a correct application procedure using the compact Korean anthropometric data application program called Korean Human Scale(KHS) for anthropometric design. Background: The nation-wide anthropometric survey project called 'Size Korea' developed KHS and distributed it to the public on the web site. But some insufficiency of the current web service of KHS misleads the users; they just put their own statue and pick up a meaningless data for a body dimension. Method: This study provides five steps to follow to read appropriate data from KHS for an anthropometric design. Results: As a case study, the depth dimension of the supervisory and control console used in the Korea nuclear power plant was determined following the procedure and compared with the console design guideline recommendation. Conclusion: The supplementary anthropometry table should be added on the web service of KHS for users to read a meaningful data for design. Application: If properly used, the KHS has a lot more potential application area than users can expect such as in control center design area.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of e-service quality factors on customer satisfaction and behavior intention. This study also aims to examine the relationship between the variables of web site service quality variables (reliability, information, design, communication, entertainment, convenience), the customer satisfaction with web site, relationship intention and word of mouth intention. As the results, the study found that factors of web site service quality variables has a positive impact on customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction also has a positive impact on relationship intention and word of mouth intention. At the same time, it was found that customer satisfaction had an effect on relationship intention through the mediation of word of mouth intention indirectly as well as directly. According to those results, marketing managers should develop different service strategies.

When people who are not expert need remodeling or interior construction in their houses or buildings, there might be several problems. A lack of knowledge and unforeseen can lead expressing wrong design or construction that they did not want. The aim on this thesis is to develop virtual construction designing experience web-site in order to help non-professional to predict the actual construction working result by self-construction design, provided by virtual reality program, sharing knowledge of architectural design and materials on internet to solve certain problems. The way of study is using case of virtual reality technology which is practically using in architecture era recently; in construction design, deducting realizable virtual reality technology of limitation and its solution; analyze case of construction designing program which is currently used by professionals; constitute required essential functions as UI when constructing. Followed by result of study, as a proposal, in service, technical, and UI sectors are the way to construct its objectives for internet based virtual construction experience web-site.
