A Framework to Support Reconfiguration of Single Web Service Based on Dynamic QoS Properties (동적 QoS 속성을 고려한 단일 웹서비스의 교환을 지원하는 프레임워크)

  • At present, Web services become main means to construct web applications. As the number of web services grows and various kind of web services have been produced, QoS properties of web services are one of important criteria to select more appropriate web services. However, the selected web services may become inappropriate for the Requester's requirements, because QoS is kind of dynamic properties. this paper proposes a framework that proposed that finds an appropriate web service for Requester's QoS requirements, and dynamically replaces an inappropriate web service with right one. The problems which happen in substitution step are also identified and the solutions are described with an illustrative example.

  • Nowadays, with the proliferation of Web services, developer and user can implement a complex application by composing registered Web services. In this trend, the quality of service of a composite Web service is of crucial importance for today's Service Oriented Computing (SOC) environment. But the global optimization of a composite Web service satisfying given QoS is classified to NP-hard problem. To solve this problem, we propose K-way Super node approach and show the effect of it from experimental results.

  • This paper is purposed to investigate the relationship among web characteristics, service quality and customer satisfaction. After analyzing the data collected from 137 customers, it was proved that web service did not affect on the customer satisfaction directly, but affected indirectly through service quality. Therefore we conclude that customer satisfaction efforts through web site are important as a competitive weapon in an airline industry.

  • Recently, RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) has emerged as the main technology in the logistic services. When the existing recognition technology based on bar codes brings about lots of problem due its own limits. RFID becomes the center of attention to solve them. However, RFID is not without any obstacles : companies have their own operating systems. while RFID is developed regardless of each campany's special features. RFID middleware system based on web service is expected to remove these obstacles. This paper shows how to operate the middleware based on web service and to lay in the DB the tag informations taken from reader system Middle assures that companies adopting RFID system for their logistic service are given athptabwebty to any systems whatsoever, avaweable by way of defining logistic information, tag information and reader information. For this purse, we implement as the basic web service a middleware system that turns all data into XML(eXtensatle Markupmsngunfo) of SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol), the standard data.

  • Recently, RFID has emerged as the main technology in the logistic services. When the existing recognition technology based on bar codes brings about lots of problem due to its own limits. RFID becomes the center of attention to solve them. However, RFID is not without any obstacles: companies have their own operating systems, while RFID is developed regardless of each company's special features. RFID middleware system based on web service is expected to remove these obstacles. Web contents-comparative analysis: Online shopping agencies that retail foreign apparel

  • The purpose of this study is 1) to investigate the Web content of online shopping agencies and to see if differences exist in their contents and 2) to suggest strategies for online shopping agencies. For the study, the online shopping agency components of web sites were investigated, which consisted of product, information, and customer service. Each component had sub-categories. In order to analyze the Web content of online shopping agencies, nine agencies were chosen based on the rankings of www.rankey.com and www.100hot.co.kr. The content analysis was conducted from January 5th to the 30th of 2009. The results showed that the basic Web content of online shopping agencies (i.e., product, information, and customer service) was evident on most sites. However, products were similar and effective information and labor-saving functions were sparsely used. Areas where customers actively participated were limited. Therefore, most sites need to reinforce their content by providing a well-articulated product, information, and customer service for shoppers and to differentiate their Web site identities.

  • Understanding the importance of web accessibility as the solution for digital divide, this study recognizes the problem that existing web accessibility researches have been conducted only by governmental administrative organizations and the accessibility researches of web service that is frequently used in every day life are rare. For the research on the actual condition of web-accessability, this study selected the e-mail service of the representative web-service providers - Daum, Naver, and Empas. Through this evaluation research, this study is intended to present a way to provide convenient and efficient service for those who have been alienated from information. For the accessibility evaluation, the automation evaluation tool "KADO-WAH 2.0" was used. And then, source analysis and manual evaluation using Firefox were conducted to see if 'web contents accessibility guideline 1.0' had been kept.

  • Software adaptation may be required to interact between heterogeneous platforms and to react to rapid change of environment in ubiquitous computing. Web service provides a way to use heterogeneous and distributed services or resources to utilize and organize them. But it is not easy to retrieve appropriate services when we search services because web service lacks of semantic information. Semantic web service provides additional information of services, but it does not support a method to match them in various ways. We can adapt and extend web applications by using web service, but a method for management and administration is still needed. Therefore in this paper, we propose a framework for dynamic growing of web service applications based on ESB(Enterprise Service Bus) and agent and provide a prototype to show its usefulness.

  • Today the service industry is growing, and differentiated services for marketing and service quality is emerging as a serious problem. Until now, the WebCam is used for observation, and the negative aspects, such as from a human rights issue has become. Discipline and Punish is not to use a webcam to customer satisfaction research is needed. Therefore, wireless monitoring in WebCam service quality of the service reconfiguration and service quality factors for the configuration of the customer's preference regarding how research was recognized. Configuration of the service quality factors WebCam service customer satisfaction and customer loyalty was to identify factors that affect. These services to study the correlation between the quality variables WebCam provides wireless monitoring services for the preschool and children, a survey of the house. Configuring a wireless monitoring service quality in order to research the factors WebCam video quality and transmission speed, mobility and portability, convenience, visibility, reliability, and the interaction of the castle set. Severely and video quality and transmission speed, visibility, reliability, customer satisfaction, the interaction factors are said. Inclination to participate in social issues, innovation, digital devices that use a skilled, depending on the difference in the service quality has been confirmed. However, the age and quality of service awareness and job types showed a low correlation, and the marketing of these results will be discussed and how that can be used.
