Purpose: This study identifies the critical elements of relationship management required to be studied in distribution sciences to create a relational bond of watch manufacturers with their retailers in India. The offline watch retail market is undergoing a rapid transformation due to technology intervention in the product portfolio and the advent of online retailing. The study identifies the interrelationships amongst the constructs of interdependence, trust, affective commitment, and information exchange to form long-lasting relational bonds in the watch industry. Research design, data and methodology: We used a path analysis to investigate the relationship between interdependence, trust, affective commitment, and information exchange. Data has been collected from 143 watch retailers using judgmental sampling method. Results: The data analysis suggested the establishment of measurement and structural model. The absolute and relative goodness of fit models in the causal analysis are 0.628 and 0.959 suggesting a sufficient fit index. Based on the analysis of direct and indirect effects, the results indicate that trust fully mediates the effect of interdependence and information exchange of retailers with the manufacturer. Conclusions: Trust plays an important role in driving commitment and information exchange between watch manufacturers and retailers. This study aimed to reveal the perceptions and trends of digital fashion technology through an informational approach. A big data analysis was conducted after collecting the text shown in a web environment from April 2019 to April 2021. Key words were derived through text mining analysis and network analysis, and the structure of perception of digital fashion technology was identified. Using textoms, we collected 8144 texts after data refinement, conducted a frequency of emergence and central component analysis, and visualized the results with word cloud and N-gram. The frequency of appearance also generated matrices with the top 70 words, and a structural equivalent analysis was performed. The results were presented with network visualizations and dendrograms. Fashion, digital, and technology were the most frequently mentioned topics, and the frequencies of platform, digital transformation, and start-ups were also high. Through clustering, four clusters of marketing were formed using fashion, digital technology, startups, and augmented reality/virtual reality technology. Future research on startups and smart factories with technologies based on stable platforms is needed. The results of this study contribute to increasing the fashion industry's knowledge on digital fashion technology and can be used as a foundational study for the development of research on related topics.

Increasingly important user based service on the smart media era, and increasing awareness about the user experience. As the connected Internet information systems increases, one of the problems happening between users and information systems such as Internet shopping-malls, portal sites, and corporate web sites is related with the information privacy concerns issues. Thus, we have reviewed extensive previous studies on information privacy in local and foreign information systems, marketing and other fields. The purpose of this study is to provide future directions of studies on information privacy concerns by analyzing past and recent trends of the studies. By considering these realities, we were conducted review on the influencing factors of information privacy concerns on behavior intention based the online environment. Based on these findings, several theoretical and practical implications were suggested and discussed.
Purpose: The sporting field is one of the most lucrative industries that most producers would want to share and drive-in sales towards its direction. The purpose of the present study is to evaluate how sports psychology has become a useful discipline in enhancing consumer purchase intentions. Research design, data, and methodology: This study employs a qualitative coding method to analyze and interpret the data obtained with a PRISMA declaration for analytical purposes. Using Web QDA (Qualitative Data Analysis) online tools, the current study coded the data obtained. Results: According to the prior studies, marketers should go the extra mile of looking for what sports customers are looking for. They understand that one way to increase the customers' willingness to purchase their products is by looking into the specific things that the customers look for and enjoy in sports. Conclusions: After all, the present study concludes that most marketers need to apply the concepts of sports psychology to understand consumer purchase intentions in particular retail stores. Consumers are likely to be influenced by their peers or groups to make decisions driven towards purchasing given sports apparel and the retail store to purchase a product.

Selfie behavior, the act of taking a picture of oneself and distributing it on social media, has become increasingly popular. Researching how to communicate with others in a social context and express hoped-for self through selfies is essential for studying consumers in the digital age. This study investigates the effects of reflected appraisals on selfie expectations and selfie behaviors. Additionally, the interaction effect of hoped-for self on the relationships between reflected appraisals and selfie expectations was tested. A web-based survey was conducted on consumers above the age of 20 who have engaged in selfie behavior in the past month. A total of 495 responses were collected from a panel of online survey firms. The survey results were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis by AMOS 21.0 and bootstrap analysis by SPSS Macro process Model 4 and 7. Results indicated that reflected appraisals influenced selfie behavior, which was fully mediated by selfie expectations. Furthermore, the effect of reflected appraisals on selfie behavior was moderated by hoped-for self. The results will serve as a theoretical basis for understanding the psychological expectations in which selfie behavior is formed in a social context and can be applied in psychotherapy and marketing in practice.
Purpose: The hospitality sector is vital to economic development, especially in metropolitan regions, where hotels are a pivotal factor in drawing in leisure and corporate visitors. Despite the potential advantages of urban hotels, there is a gap in empirical studies on the impacts of eco-friendly interior design on hotel appeal and guest behavior. Therefore, this study aims to fill out the research gap. Research design, data and methodology: This study employed a review of the literature systematically as its research design. The study's data collection technique involves exploring peer-reviewed journals through electronic databases like Scopus, and Web of Science. The present author double-checked the quality of instrument for all usable dataset. Results: Prior literature has stated a strong linkage between green interior design in urban hotels and customer behavior and hotel attractiveness. Using environmentally conscious methods, hotels can enhance the quality of their indoor atmosphere, preserve energy and water supplies, and establish a favorable public perception that appeals to environmentally aware consumers, thereby improving their overall experience and contentment. Conclusions: This study concludes that creating indoor spaces with environmental factors in mind could lead to a more enjoyable and beneficial atmosphere for hotel visitors and adopting a sustainability-oriented approach to hotel design and operations could attract potential customers.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the method of calculating the usage fee, rent, and lease rights of public goods necessary for the operation and management of the underground shopping mall, and to suggest systematic improvement points for the operation of the underground shopping mall. Data and Methodology: First, ordinances and regulations related to common property were investigated. Second, previous studies were analyzed. A survey was conducted with five questions that conflict with the interests of underground shopping mall merchants among the ordinances and operating systems related to the current underground shopping malls' common property. Results: Underpass merchants wanted monthly payment for the use of common property, and merchant organizations wanted to limit the increase rate with the right to use. They asked for the property value due to donation to be excluded from the loan fee, they wanted to revise the Common Property Act on the transfer of lease rights, and they wanted to revise the loan contract renewal period. Conclusion: There is a need to improve the laws and systems for underground shopping malls, and it will have to be negotiated according to the opinions of the merchants gathered among them, and it will have to be implemented in stages in the long term.
Purpose Recently, as a new business marketing tool, short form content focused on fun and interest has been shared as hashtags. By extracting positive and negative keywords from media audiences through comment analysis of social media news, various stakeholders aim to quickly and easily grasp users' opinions on major news. Design/methodology/approach YouTube videos were searched using the YouTube Data API and the results were collected. Video comments were crawled and implemented as HTML elements, and the collection results were checked on the web page. The collected data consisted of video thumbnails, titles, contents, and comments. Comments were word tokenized with the R program, comparing positive and negative dictionaries, and then quantifying polarity. In addition, social network analysis was conducted using divided positive and negative comments, and the results of centrality analysis and visualization were confirmed. Findings Social media users' opinions on issue news were confirmed by analyzing and visualizing the centrality of keywords through social network analysis by dividing comments into positive and negative. As a result of the analysis, it was found that negative objective reviews had the highest effect on information usefulness. In this way, previous studies have been reaffirmed that online negative information has a strong effect on personal decision-making. Corporate marketers will analyze user comments on social network services (SNS) to detect negative opinions about products or corporate images, which will serve as an opportunity to satisfy customers' needs.
Digital economy has grown rapidly so that the new business area called 'Internet business' has been dramatically extended as time goes on. However, in the case of Internet business, market shares of individual companies seem to fluctuate very extremely. Thus marketing managers who operate the Internet sites have seriously observed the competition structure of the Internet business market and carefully analyzed the competitors' behavior in order to achieve their own business goals in the market. The newly created Internet business might differ from the offline ones in management styles, because it has totally different business circumstances when compared with the existing offline businesses. Thus, there should be a lot of researches for finding the solutions about what the features of Internet business are and how the management style of those Internet business companies should be changed. Most marketing literatures related to the Internet business have focused on individual business markets. Specifically, many researchers have studied the Internet portal sites and the Internet shopping mall sites, which are the most general forms of Internet business. On the other hand, this study focuses on the entire Internet business industry to understand the competitive circumstance of online market. This approach makes it possible not only to have a broader view to comprehend overall e-business industry, but also to understand the differences in competition structures among Internet business markets. We used time-series data of Internet connection rates by consumers as the basic data to figure out the competition patterns in the Internet business markets. Specifically, the data for this research was obtained from one of Internet ranking sites, 'Fian'. The Internet business ranking data is obtained based on web surfing record of some pre-selected sample group where the possibility of double-count for page-views is controlled by method of same IP check. The ranking site offers several data which are very useful for comparison and analysis of competitive sites. The Fian site divides the Internet business areas into 34 area and offers market shares of big 5 sites which are on high rank in each category daily. We collected the daily market share data about Internet sites on each area from April 22, 2008 to August 5, 2008, where some errors of data was found and 30 business area data were finally used for our research after the data purification. This study performed several empirical analyses in focusing on market shares of each site to understand the competition among sites in Internet business of Korea. We tried to perform more statistically precise analysis for looking into business fields with similar competitive structures by applying the cluster analysis to the data. The research results are as follows. First, the leading sites in each area were classified into three groups based on averages and standard deviations of daily market shares. The first group includes the sites with the lowest market shares, which give more increased convenience to consumers by offering the Internet sites as complimentary services for existing offline services. The second group includes sites with medium level of market shares, where the site users are limited to specific small group. The third group includes sites with the highest market shares, which usually require online registration in advance and have difficulty in switching to another site. Second, we analyzed the second place sites in each business area because it may help us understand the competitive power of the strongest competitor against the leading site. The second place sites in each business area were classified into four groups based on averages and standard deviations of daily market shares. The four groups are the sites showing consistent inferiority compared to the leading sites, the sites with relatively high volatility and medium level of shares, the sites with relatively low volatility and medium level of shares, the sites with relatively low volatility and high level of shares whose gaps are not big compared to the leading sites. Except 'web agency' area, these second place sites show relatively stable shares below 0.1 point of standard deviation. Third, we also classified the types of relative strength between leading sites and the second place sites by applying the cluster analysis to the gap values of market shares between two sites. They were also classified into four groups, the sites with the relatively lowest gaps even though the values of standard deviation are various, the sites with under the average level of gaps, the sites with over the average level of gaps, the sites with the relatively higher gaps and lower volatility. Then we also found that while the areas with relatively bigger gap values usually have smaller standard deviation values, the areas with very small differences between the first and the second sites have a wider range of standard deviation values. The practical and theoretical implications of this study are as follows. First, the result of this study might provide the current market participants with the useful information to understand the competitive circumstance of the market and build the effective new business strategy for the market success. Also it might be useful to help new potential companies find a new business area and set up successful competitive strategies. Second, it might help Internet marketing researchers take a macro view of the overall Internet market so that make possible to begin the new studies on overall Internet market beyond individual Internet market studies.
There has been a number of attempts to apply 3D CAD data created in the design stage of product life cycle to various applications of the other stages in related industries. But, 3D CAD data requires a large amount of computing resources for data processing, and it is not suitable for post applications such as distributed collaboration, marketing tool, or Interactive Electronic Technical Manual because of the design information security problem and the license cost. Therefore, various lightweight visualization formats and application systems have been suggested to overcome these problems. However, most of these lightweight formats are dependent on the companies or organizations which suggested them and cannot be shared with each other. In addition, product structure information is not represented along with the product geometric information. In this paper, we define a dataset called prod-X3D(Enhanced X3D Dataset for Web-based Visualization of 3D CAD Product Model) based on the international standard graphic format, X3D, which can represent the structure information as well as the geometry information of a product, and propose a translation method from 3D CAD data to an prod-X3D.
