국내 종합병원 다인병실의 프라이버시 개선을 위한 건축계획적 연구 - 다인병실 내 화장실을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Architectural Planning for Improvement of multi-bed Room in General Hospital)

  • A ward is a place where the patients are living and staying for 80% of the all those days in the hospital. So the Ward's conditions are very important to them. We group a ward's conditions in two classes, one in the physical condition ; area, noise, temperature etc. and the others is the physical condition ; privacy, field. According to the analysis, the patients had beed under a mental stress and they did negative action, by the ward's environmental conditions. This study find influence of the ward's environmental conditions with violate each patients privacy using multi-bedroom's restroom. So we suggest that the ideal multi-bedroom's restroom, solve the they got the problems.

AHP기법을 활용한 공공청사 신축 부지의 합리적인 선정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Reasonable Selection of New Ward Office Building Site Using Analytic Hierarchy Process)

  • The purpose of this study is to present the rational decision process for new ward office building site. AHP Technique used in this study considers both quantitative and qualitative factors on the basis of decision maker's intuitive, reasonable or unreasonable judgement by giving weight through mutual comparision of publicity factors. The evaluaion factors were refer to another five ward office there were executed these kinds of new site selection before. These standards are composed of 6 middle groups and classified into 9 detailed standards. Alternative building sites are five places in this district. The final evauation standards are Accessibility, Urban Expansion Possibility. Distrct balance, Environment, Financing. Development easiness. And It became clear that the priority of evaluation is Financing > Urban expansion > Accessibility > Development easiness > District balance > Environment. In conclusion, it was determined that alternative " E " is the most adequate place for new ward office building.

사용자 중심적인 병동부 디자인을 위한 사용자 만족도 조사 - 부산시 A 종합병원에 대한 사례연구를 중심으로 - (User Satisfaction with Their Ward Environments for User-Oriented Design)

  • This study was intended to investigate the satisfaction degree of users with ward design, and on the basis of this, to suggest the design guidelines of user-oriented general hospital ward. A general hospital in Busan was case-studied. Subjects were 49 patients, 50 families, 50 nurses in this hospital. The results were as follows; The satisfaction degree of users with the psychological factors of ward design was relatively low, while the user satisfaction degree with the functional aspects was relatively high. As for the difference among users, the satisfaction degree of patients and their families with the functional aspects of ward design was higher than that of nurses, and there were no many cases to show the difference among users' satisfaction degree with the psychological factors.

  • This study was proceeded as follows. Firstly, the plan type of the ward of korean hospitals does not correspond to team nursing method, but that contains this. So, therefore there are many problems that are inefficiency, unhumane nursing and so forth. To expel these, the method of team nursing in existing hospitals was checked out and compared to that of foreign hospitals. The new type of plan of ward was accentuated to be accepted in the process of designing for team nursing. Secondly, the concept of designing ward is progressing to the patient-centered philosophy. And so, the demands of inpatients and their lifestyle in ward are significant. Therefore, inpatients were interviewed and their answers were analized and their behavior was surveyed in bahavioral maps and analized. Their demands and lifestyle are accentuated to be accepted in the process of designing wards.

정신과 병동 간호사의 폭력경험과 긍정심리자본이 소진에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Violent Experiences and Positive Psychological Capital on Burnout of Psychiatric Ward Nurses)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships among violent experiences, positive psychological capital, and burnout, as well as to clarify the factors that affect psychiatric ward nurses' burnout. Methods: A descriptive research design was used. Participants were 213 psychiatric ward nurses recruited from twelve psychiatric hospitals. A structured self-report questionnaire was used to measure the study variables, and data were analyzed with the SPSS 24.0 program using descriptive statistics, an independent t-test, a one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression analyses. Results: Burnout positively correlated with violent experiences (r=.14, p=.041), but negatively correlated with positive psychological capital (r=-.73, p<.001). Positive psychological capital was a significant variable for the burnout of psychiatric ward nurses (${\beta}=-.71$, p<.001). Conclusions: The study findings indicate a need to reinforce positive psychological capital for preventing and alleviating burnout of psychiatric ward nurses.

공공의료원의 4인병실 적용에 따른 병동부 스페이스 프로그램에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Space Program of Ward applying to 4 Patient Bedroom in Provincial Medical Center)

  • Purpose: This study examines areal composition of ward applying to 4 bedroom in provincial medical center. Methods: The existing five-bed patient rooms, general type of multiple-bed rooms in Korea causes many problems for the amenity of patients. We should reconsider their inconvenience carefully and try to provide the right to keep their privacy and enjoy amenity. The number of patients of multi-bed rooms is very critical point to improve the environmental condition of the patient rooms. This study separate 5 bedroom group and 4 bedroom group. Net area from space program was surveyed and analyzed. Results: The result of this study can be summarized into two points. The first one is that Group-4(4 bedroom) ward has more 23% patient's area and -23% convenience area than Group-5(5 bedroom). The second one is that Group-4 has more single bedroom and Group-5 has more dayroom. Implications: Consideration Should be taken into account for the effective bedroom composition and allocation in ward. This Study hopefully may serve as a stepping stone for the standard design of space program in ward.

보호자 없는 병동 간호사와 일반병동 간호사의 근골격계 자각증상, 직무스트레스 및 간호업무환경 비교 (Comparison of Patient-Sitter Ward Nurses and General Ward Nurses on Work-Related Musculoskeletal Symptoms, Occupational Stress and Nursing Work Environments)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to compare work-related musculoskeletal symptoms, occupational stress and nursing work environments of nurses working in patient-sitter wards and general wards. Methods: The study surveyed 240 nurses with more than one year of experience working in both patient-sitter wards and general wards. The collected data then was analyzed by SPSS statistics version 22. Results: As for the musculoskeletal symptoms, the survey showed that 85.2% and 67.8% of the nurses had such symptoms respectively in patient-sitter wards and general wards. In terms of occupational stress, no significant difference was observed between the patient-sitter ward and the general ward (t=-0.23, p=.821). Lastly, the study showed that there is a significant difference in terms of work environment considering the scores recorded 2.65 and 2.55 points respectively in patient-sitter ward and general ward (t=2.53, p=.012). Conclusion: Follow-up research should look at ways to lower the rate of experiencing work-related musculoskeletal symptoms; analyze work performances and establish work standards to lower occupational stress; and devise measures to improve the work environment for the nurses working in patient-sitter wards.

CNC 밀링에 의한 볼록곡면 가공시의 가공특성에 관한 연구 (A study on the characteristics of the convex surface machining in CNC milling)

  • In order to suggest the proper cutting conditons of the CNC milling machining for the free-form surface, some experments were carried out. In the experiments, the influence of cutting conditions on a inclined spherical surface were examined by geometrical analysis. In this study, the roundness and cutting force were measured to know the effect of several cutting conditions on the machined surface and the cutting characteristics were carefully investigated. The results obtained in this study are aw follows. 1) If the tool ha s enough rigidity, we can get better dimensional accuracy in up-ward cutting than down- ward cutting. 2) A great roundness error is appeared on the surface declined under 30 degress to the horizontal plane in circular machining by a bal end mill. 3) If the thrust force is increased, the stability of tool is decreased. And the phenomenon is apperared in great in down-ward cutting than up-ward cutting.

국립병원 간호사의 직무만족과 관련요인 연구 (A Study of Job Satisfaction and Related Factors of the National Hospital Nurses)

  • By this time, a few of previous studies of factors related to separation from their jobs and job satisfaction only have dealt with the separation rate. the cause of separation and related factors that induce job satisfaction and incentive factors, the actualities of morale some suggestions for reduction of the separation rate. This study is attempted to determine factors that have effect on job satisfaction of national hospital nurses. and to proide information and materials for the development of the administration of nursing through the appreciation of factors influencing on job satisfaction between isolated ward nurses and general ward nurses working at national hospitals. 185 nurses of national hospitals responsed th this study, and were divided into two groups. Group 1: 57 nurses working at isolated wards for tuberculosis patients and Group 2 : 128 nurses at general wards. Relevant data were collected from August, 5, 1992 through August 20, 1992. The questionnaire consisted of 8 genalized items and 4 items concerning job satisfaction. The collected data were processed with SPSS, and the relationship among vaviables was analyzed by means of $X^2-test$, Pearson Correlation, Multiple Regression. The results of this study are as follows: 1. There is no significant difference between two groups in terms of generalized items. Age distributions show $44.3\%$ under the category of less than 34. and $55.7\%$ under the category more than 35, $19.3%$ was single and $74.6\%$ was married respectively. 2. $79.4\%$ of the nurses have the desire to have in-service education under the satisfactory physical environments such as welfare system, accommodating structures and facilities, instruments or management systems of the hospital, but under the category of unsatisfactory circumstances, $60.3\%$ have the intention of having in- service education. The concern in terms of in-service education shows statistically significant difference between two groups $(X^2=8.85,\;p<0. 05)$. This result accepts the hypothesis that good physical environments could intensify interests in service education. 3. The extent of satisfaction related to psychological environments is heightend according to good physical environments. In result, the hypothesis that the extent of satisfaction in terms of physical environments could raise satisfaction about psychological environment is accepted. 4. In the light of the extent of satisfaction about physical environments, $33.3\%$ of isolated ward nurses are satisfied with physical environments, but only $11.7\%$ of general ward nurses are satisfied. $(X^2=10.88,\; p<0.01)$. This result shows that the satisfaction degree about phusicalenvironments of isolated war nurses was higher than that of general ward nurses in spite of high physical and psychological risks due to exposure to infection. Consequently. the hypothesis was rejected that the satisfaction degree about physical environments would be lower in isolated ward nurses than in general ward nurses. 5. The fact that $87.7%$ of isolated ward nurses took interest in service education and $53.19\%$ of general ward nurses took interest in service education demonstrats that isolated ward nurse have more interest in service education than gerneral ward nurses. The result shows that the hypothesis is accepted that isolated ward nurses would have mor interests in service education than general ward nurses. 6. In the extent of satisfaction about physical environments such as morale human relationship promotion, there is no significant difference between two groups in terms of statistics. The hypothesis is rejected that satisfaction about psychologic environments would be high in isolated ward nurses than in general ward nurses. In conclusion. factors influencing on job satisfaction are considered to have effect on. another, and also interdisciplinary amelioration of factors accompanied with systematic inter cooperative investigation is necessary.

정신과병동과 일반병동 간호사의 행동건강간호역량에 관한 비교 연구 (A Study on Behavior Health Care Competency between Psychiatric Ward Nurse and General ward Nurse)

  • 본 연구는 한국형 행동건강간호역량 측정 도구를 활용하여 정신과병동과 일반병동 간호사들의 행동건강간호역량의 정도를 확인하고 비교하는 횡단적 서술조사 연구이다. 연구 대상자는 서울시 및 경기도에 소재한 300병상 이상의 병원 6곳에서 근무하는 정신과병동 간호사 90명과 일반병동 간호사 100명, 총 190명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 정신과병동과 일반병동 간호사의 행동건강간호역량의 정도를 비교한 결과, 대부분의 문항에서 정신과병동 간호사가 행동건강간호역량의 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 정신과병동 간호사는 일반병동 간호사에 비해 사정 5.29배, 중재 6.06배, 적절한 자원 활용 2.63배가 높은 것으로 나타났으나 치료권장에 대한 부분은 영향력을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 일반병동 간호사에 대한 교육과 훈련이 강화되어야 하며, 병원 관리자들은 일반병동 간호사의 행동건강간호역량 교육에 관심을 두고 이와 관련된 교육 전문가를 양성하여 프로그램을 개발해야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 정신과병동과 일반병동 간호사들을 대상으로 행동건강간호역량의 정도를 확인하고 비교한 연구로 일반병동 간호사의 정신간호에 대한 역량을 증가시킬 수 있는 기초자료를 마련하였다는데 의의가 있다.
