이 연구는 1990년대 이후 애니메이션 연구가 이루어져온 가운데 작가주의 애니메이션 연구가 어떤 작품과 작가에 대한 관심을 중심으로 이루어졌는지, 이들 연구가 주목하는 애니메이션 작가주의의 이슈는 무엇인지, 나아가 작가주의 애니메이션 연구 속에서 드러나는 함의는 무엇인지를 탐구하고자 한다. 이를 위해 12개 학술지에 게재된 애니메이션 관련 논문 1,516편을 검토하여 작가주의 애니메이션 연구라 할 수 있는 학술논문 55편을 추출하여 메타분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 국내 작가주의 애니메이션 연구가 일본, 미국과 유럽의 애니메이터를 중심으로 이루어졌고, 다른 어떤 속성보다 영상연출이나 시각적 표현 측면에 관심을 갖고 연구가 수행되었음을 발견하였다. 이는 애니메이션에서 작가성을 창의적인 영상 표현에서 찾고 있음을 보여준다. 또한 국내 작가주의 애니메이션 연구의 경우 텍스트의 총체(corpus of texts) 속에서 발현되는 작가의 세계관이나 영상 스타일을 중심으로 작가주의를 논의하기보다는 개별적인 특정 작품에서 나타나는 특징을 포착하고 있었다. 애니메이션의 경우 독자적인 이론적 개념을 정립하기보다는 문학이나 영화 등 관련 콘텐츠 영역에서 제안된 개념들을 차용하여 이론화를 시도하면서 독자적인 이론적 개념의 정립 및 관련 논의의 확산이 저조했던 것이 사실이다. 작가주의 애니메이션 연구에 대한 검토는 작가성과 작가주의에 대한 문제제기와 토론을 유도함으로써 애니메이션 연구의 또 다른 의의를 보여준다고 하겠다. 또한 작가주의 애니메이션 연구들은 작가주의 이슈를 촉발시킨 영화에서의 작가성과 차별화되는 애니메이션의 작가주의에 대해 논의함으로써 애니메이션에 대한 학술적 이해의 지평을 넓히고 있음을 알 수 있다.

21세기가 문화의 세기이며, 영상의 시대라고 말할 정도로, 생활의 모든 영역이 시각적 이미지들로 넘쳐나고 있다. 이미지의 시각 편향화와 중심화가 주도적 문화양식이 된 것이 오늘의 일만은 아니다. 그렇지만 현대사회가 흔히 스펙터클의 사회로 불릴 정도로 이제 시각적 이미지가 문화적 근본조건이 되었다는 것은 특히 주목할만한 사건인 것이다. 따라서 우리의 논의는 이러한 문화를 추동하는 시선의 문제를, 눈의 매개로 전개되는 세계와 인간의 근원적 관계를 현상학적 관점에서 탐구하려 한다. 그런 연구의 중심에 메를로 퐁티의 『지각현상학』은 단초를 제공하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 반시각중심주의는 아니라 하더라도, 시각우월성에 깊은 반성을 마련한 메를로 퐁티의 논의에 이르기까지 철학사에서 보였던 시각에 관한 중요한 철학들, 즉 플라톤과 칸트의 사상을 함께 검토하고, 이러한 논의들의 특징과 한계가 무엇인지 그리고 특히 진리성, 윤리성과 아름다움에 관련해 시각의 진정한 본성과 의미가 무엇인지를 밝히는 것이 이 연구의 주제이다.

The mask used in drama has been reappreciated, and it needs profound and systematic studies in order to form the mask to effective use. In research, the aesthestic values in the masks of he latter period of Chosun(the mideighteenth century-the early nineteenth century) was examined through the analysis of traditional drama in accordance with the historical social background. In the later period of Chosun, the active performance of the mask in company with the occurrence of a popular movement caused by people's self-awakening showed a close relationship between the development of the mask and its historical background the moulding characteristic of the mask was analysed before and after the eighteenth century, and regionally in the south and in the middle and the north. The mask express the quality of art before he eighteenth century. It showed, on the other hand, a strong social nature and a touch of satires on society in the south and a religional interest in he middle and the north. This study shows from the viewpoint of a aesthetics that traditional Korean mask during Chosun period had comfortable and voluminous forms with beauty curved lines and colors and rhythm. The aesthetic values in mask as expressed through the aesthetic characteristics have been classified the beauty of nature the beauty of personality, the beauty of traditions. Visual image with these beauty in masks were expressed into fashion illustration of suits and dresses.

2010년에 개봉하여 전 세계적으로 큰 성공을 거둔 3D애니메이션<토이스토리3>의 등장인물들은 영웅과 악당, 공주, 조력자처럼 누구나 이해하기 쉬운 단순하고 전형적인 역할로 분류될 수 있다. 그러나 각 캐릭터가 맡은 극중의 역할이 최종적으로 관객들에게 인지될 때까지의 과정은 매우 다채롭고 정교하게 구현되어 있어 관객들의 호기심을 효과적으로 지속시킨다. <토이스토리3>캐릭터들의 다양한 역할변화의 흐름은 '조명디자인의 시각적 리듬'을 통해 표현되는데 디지털 칼라스크립트 단계에서 그 같은 리듬을 가장 명확하게 확인해 볼 수 있다. 연구자는 주요캐릭터의 역할변화를 관객들이 어떻게 인지하는지 파악하기 위해 프롭의 민담캐릭터 분석이론을 바탕으로 작품 속의 캐릭터 역할변화를 분석해보고 캐릭터별로 유추, 의혹, 수행, 강화로 이어지는 핵심적 장면을 선별하였다. 각 캐릭터의 4개의 핵심장면이 보여주는 조명디자인의 시각적 차이를 그래프로 표현하고 분석한 결과 한명의 캐릭터가 가지는 변화는 순차적으로 리드미컬한 시각적 대조를 이루고 있었고 추가로 각각 독립된 캐릭터들의 리듬도 마치 다성 음악의 성부처럼 서로 시각적 대조와 조화를 이룬다는 것도 알게 되었다. 연구자는 이를 '캐릭터변화의 시각적 대위법'이라 칭하고 장편애니메이션<토이스토리3>속의 캐릭터연출에는 2중의 시각적 대위법이 숨겨져 있다는 결론을 도출한다. 더불어 이 같은 구성적 미학을 적극적으로 활용한 장편애니메이션 제작을 제안한다.

The major advantage of transparent materials over traditional materials in noise barriers is aesthetics. The transparent panel materials such as clear plastic or glass are an ideal way of reducing or virtually eliminating the visual impact of a noise barrier. With the use of transparent materials, the drivers' view of the roadside and the sunlight penetration to the highway would not be blocked. With the use of transparent materials, the highway and barrier appear less imposing. Korean Industrial Standards for soundproof panels have been established. But, transparent soundproof panels are not included in this standards. And, some specifications provide only a few basic characteristics for transparent soundproof panels. To develop guidelines on quality criteria for transparent soundproof panel, their mechanical properties such as wind load resistance, safety under impact, and abrasion resistance were experimentally investigated.

영상 제작에 있어 내러티브에 적합한 연출은 관객에게 스토리를 전달하기 위한 중요한 수단이다. 특히 색채는 내러티브에 맞는 분위기 연출과 정서설정에 중요한 요소로써 영상 미학 및 제작에서 핵심적인 역할을 하고 있다. 3D애니메이션의 경우 컴퓨터를 통한 색채 구현의 자유도가 크기 때문에, 일반 영상 제작시 보다 그 중요성이 더욱 크다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 내러티브와 색채와의 상관관계에 관한 연구를 통해, 극의 긴장 고저에 따른 색채변화 및 정서와 색채의 밀접한 연관성에 관하여 연구하였다.

Wind energy, as an alternative to fossil fuels, is plentiful, renewable, widely distributed, clean, and produces no greenhouse gas emissions during operation. However, the construction of wind farms is not universally welcomed because of their visual impact, competing land use, comprising human health impacts, building and crop damage, loss of amenities and ecological impact, impact on wildlife, danger to birds, safety hazard, aesthetics and noise. Offshore wind power, in particular, offers a huge potential to generate clean energy. However, the envisaged massive expansion of wind farms in oceans is already causing severe environmental conflicts. Wind farms cause further harm to already threatened oceans. Wind power has negligible fuel costs, but a high capital cost. The expansion of climate-friendly wind energy use both onshore and offshore can only be successful it the legal and organizational conditions undergo some clear improvements.

Recently the trade show is a massive marketing effort of a particular industry and introduces new products to potential customers, as well as the ability to elevate the brand's image and corporate identity. It is increasing its importance as a venue of communication. In these changes, the exhibition is required to have the emotional approach to enhance the dynamic and creative image of companies. Therefore, the product itself as well as the importance of various visual contents of the exhibition is increasing positive effect of the image and marketing on their products. In this sense, this study analyzes video contents of the exhibition that was held in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, Europe's largest display show 'ISE (Integrated Systems Europe)' in 2013, focusing on the domestic company, Samsung, LG Electronics and other four foreign companies. The analysis is based on the Herbert Zettl's applied media aesthetics related to the video contents, through which we can find the way to the development of exhibition video contents making for Trade show.

최근 주택을 선택함에 있어 주거환경에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있으며 이 가운데 강 또는 산 등 특정 대상으로의 조망과 개방감 여부가 주택가격을 결정짓는 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 실제로 기존 재고 주택시장의 아파트에 이러한 경관가치가 프리미엄의 형태로 주택가격에 내재되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 신규 주택을 공급할 경우 특정 대상으로의 조망이나 개방감 여부를 판단할 수 있는 수단이 필요한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 3차원 시뮬레이션 프로그램(3D Studio Max)를 이용하여 개방감을 측정하는 방법을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 3차원 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 이용하여 개방감의 유무와 정도를 파악하는데 유용한 수단으로 이용될 수 있으며 이외의 다양한 목적으로도 활용될 수 있음을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the internal and external line beauty of men's dress of the Chosun period from the views of dress design and dress aesthetics. 1) External Line Beauty of Men's Dress of the Chosun Period ① Functional Beauty : Having the beauty of functional line in terms of convenience, action, effectiveness, practivce and sanitation. ② Structural Beauty : Having the beauty harmonizing between lines of internal and external structures. ③ Ornamental Beauty : Having the beauty of simple line by matching accessories (gat, fan, sejodae, shoes) with a simple dress. ④ Wearing Beauty : Making tall-looking or expressing a mature masculine beauty by a visual mistake caused by a combination of internal and external structural beauty lines. 2) Internal Line Beauty of Men's Dress of the Chosun Period Including a simple but natural beauty based on natural philosophy, the beauty of courtesy emphasizing official hat and dress and the beauty of dress having aesthetic consciousness with which people enjoy an idyllic life.
