ATM 망에서 가상 버퍼를 이용한 사용자 파라메타 제어 메카니즘 (Usage parameter control mechanism using a virtual buffer for ATM networks)

  • This paper proposes a new UPC(usage parameter control) mechanism that varies the token generation rate of leaky bucket by observing virtual buffer, thus achieving an improvement of performance. An acceptance of a call in B-ISDN is determined by call admission control. A UPC that polices the agreed traffic parameters of a call and takes appropriate actions to prevent congestion in networks. The cell loss probability of conventional UPC is far from that of ideal UPC. The proposed mechanism has a better policing ability and response time for nonconforming call. The proposed mechanism uses ON-OFF model as input traffic. The results of simulation show the efficiency of the proposed mechanism.

  • The solar energy is purity and infinity. Solar power converter were used to convert the electrical energy from the solar arrays to a stable and reliable power source. So many countries research this solar energy system The photovoltaic system is construct many solar cell array. In this paper, new implementation solar system was showed buck converter that V-I curve produced. This system can be used to study the short-term and long-term performances of solar cell and efficiency. This system is a far more cost effective and reliable replacement for field and outdoor flight testing. Study of buck converter, analysis and control series or parallels connection characteristics of solar cell way.

  • In this paper, a programming system for robot-based manufacturing cell which can control and simulate manufacturing devices as well as robots in workcell is proposed and developed. The system is based on world model, and modem textual and object-level robot programming language and interactive graphic world modeler are used to construct and exploit world model. Graphic simulation is used as an efficient and easy to use debugging or verifying tool for user written robot programs. Machine dependency is minimized by adopting the hierarchical control structure and by assuming all the workcell components as virtual ones.

  • A new methodology for representing the interaction between machines and the interlock signals required in FMCs has been developed. Object-Oriented Philosophies (OOPs) lend themselves to the development of such a scheme. A methodology developed here regards the tasks to be performed by the cell or any of its constituent machines for being primal. Sensory signals indicating the changes of state pf machines are used to trigger or initiate tasks. A task may be simple and require a relatively short time to execute, or may be complex and lengthy. This methodology may be depicated by a set of diagrams called Task Initiation Diagram (TID) and their accompanying rules.

  • The increased integration of fuel cells with power electronics, critical loads, and control systems has prompted recent interest in accurate electrical terminal models of the polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) fuel cell. Advancement in computing technologies, particularly parallel computation techniques and various real-time simulation tools have allowed the prototyping of novel apparatus to be investigated in a virtual system under a wide range of realistic conditions repeatedly, safely, and economically. This paper builds upon both advancements and provides a means of optimized model construction boosting computation speeds for a fuel cell model on a real-time simulator which can be used in a power hardware-in-the-loop (PHIL) application. Significant improvement in computation time has been achieved. The effectiveness of the proposed model developed on Opal RT's RT-Lab Matlab/Simulink based real-time engineering simulator is verified using experimental results from a Ballard Nexa fuel cell system.

  • Solar energy has many advantage like as purity and infinity. Recently many researches about new energy source are processing in several places around the world. In this paper, the virtual implement of solar cell was proposed to solve the problems as reappearance and repetition of some situation in experiment of photovoltaic. To realize the VISC, mathematical model of solar cell for driving converter was studied and the buck converter were compared in viewpoint of tracking error of characteristic curve of solar cell using computer simulation. Also, Output characteristics of system analyzed through an experiment.

  • The crane and the master-slave manipulators (MSM) are widely used as a remote handling device in nuclear facilities such as the hot cell. The equipment to be installed in the hot cell should be optimally placed within the workspace of the wall-mounted slave manipulator for the maintenance operation.   • The objectives of congestion control in ATM (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) networks are maximum utilization of network resources, acceptable level of low cell loss and fairness among all VCs (Virtual Connections). In this paper, we present a congestion control algorithm which is based on state space model, The proposed controller uses optimal control algorithms (LQR, Mixed-LQR), where control parameters can be designed to ensure the stability of the control loop in a control theoretic sense, over the propagation delay. We show how the control mechanism can be used to design a controller to support ABR service based on feedback of explicit rates. Simulation results are presented to substantiate our claim.
