This paper compares three kinds of soft-switching circuits from viewpoints of surge suppression, load characteristic, and power efficiency for a tapped-inductor buck converter with low voltage and high current. As a result, these soft-switching techniques have achieved much higher efficiency of 80 % when compared with a hard-switching buck converter for the output condition of 1V and 20A.

A s wireless communications and mobile multimedia services are booming nowadays, systematic research of the overall aspects of mobile security is crucial. This paper presents a frame model for guising the systematic investigation of mobile security. Based on the introduction of some background viewpoints of security targets from n novel perspective, the framework is described as a hierarchical model in which mobile security research is partitioned into three different layers.

이 연구에서는 전문도서관 사서의 입장을 통해 현 문헌정보학 교과과정의 문제점을 알아보려 하였다. 구체적으로 1) 전문도서관 사서는 현 교과과정에 대해 어떻게 평가하고 있으며, 2) 전문도서관에서 요구하고 있는 사서의 능력은 무엇인지 알아보고, 3) 그 결과를 바탕으로 우리 교육현장이 이러한 요구들을 어떻게 수용하고 반영해 나갈지에 대해 논의해 보았다.

This article deals with the problem of estimating parameters of Burr Type XII distribution, on the basis of a general progressive Type II censored sample using Bayesian viewpoints. The maximum likelihood estimator does not admit closed form but explicit sharp lower and upper bounds are provided. Assuming squared error loss and linex loss functions, Bayes estimators of the parameter k, the reliability function, and the failure rate function are obtained in closed form. Finally, a simulation study is also included.

It is revealed that duality and similarity between both capacitance and inductance systems coexist, and also that the former is more efficient than the latter in application viewpoints in time-invariant linear cases as far as both systems are concerned. This paper, using the similarity relation, proposes a new magnetics capacity concept similar to electrostatic capacity so that inductance systems may be interpreted as the corresponding capacitance systems. The new concept makes it convenient to analyze the both systems by unified approach. Finally an example demonstrates the applicability and convenience of the proposed method, through the analysis of capacitances and inductances on the transposed transmission line.

BSC(Balanced Scorecard)는 재무지표 뿐 아니라 비재무지표의 활용도를 높여 기업의 성과를 측정하며, 재무, 고객, 내부 프로세스 그리고 학습과 성장의 시각에서 성과측정지표를 결정하고 이를 균형있게 관리하려는 접근법이다. BSC가 비재무지표의 활용도를 높인 것은 큰 성과로 여겨지지만 지표를 선정하고 이를 향상시키기 위한 요소를 찾는 것은 여전히 해결해야 할 과제로 남는다. 이 논문은 TOC 관점에서 BSC를 이해하고 BSC가 보다 성공적인 전략실행 도구가 될 수 있는 논의를 제안한다. TOC와 BSC가 서로 협력하여 성과를 거두기 위해서는 BSC가 성과지표를 원가회계보다는 쓰루풋회계를 활용하여 측정하고, 성과지표 선정에서도 제약과 비제약을 구분하는 기준이 도입되어야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this parer is to provide a survey of the state of the art of routing methods in store-and-forward computer networks. The survey is carried out in line with a new taxonomy： heuristic methods, user-optimization methods, and system-optimization methods. This taxonomy on routing algorithms is based on two viewpoints： the level of optimization and the relative difficulty for the implementation in real computer networks. Some actual methods implemented in real computer networks are surveyed as well as the theoretical studies in the literature. This paper concludes with some points in need of further researches.

In this paper, a new frequency-to-digital converter without an analog element is proposed. The proposed circuit consists of pulse-shrinking elements, latches and D flip-flops, and the operation is based on frequency comparison by the pulse-shrinking element. In the proposed circuit, the resolution of digital output can be easily improved by increasing the number of the pulse-shrinking elements. The FDC performance is improved in viewpoints of operating speed and chip area. In designed FDC, error of frequency-to-digital conversion is less than 0.1 %.

In this paper, we introduce the micro robot soccer playing system as a standard test bench for the study on the multiple agent system. Our method is based on following viewpoints. They are (1) any complex behavior such as cooperation among agents must be completed by sequential basic actions of concerned agents. (2) those basic actions can be well defined, but (3) how to organize those actions in current time point so as to result in a new stale beneficial to the end aim ought to be achieved by a kind of self-learning self-organization strategy.

Based on the theory of characteristics and sustainable development in Kunming city, this article analyses and evaluates the development of urban tour recreation and resort in Kunming and puts forward viewpoints and blueprint for its future development in terms of culture, history; Nationality, folks-custom; three-benefit of society, environment and economy; and the urban ecology and green plants (landscape) etc.
