The purposes of this study are to segment women consumers on the basis of clothing shopping orientation and to investigate clothing purchasing behaviors of each segmented group by age variable for development of effective fashion marketing strategies to meet very changeable modern consumers' needs. The research methodology is survey and subjects were 650 women aged from 20s to 60s. The questionnaire consist of measurement items for clothing shopping orientation, clothing purchasing behaviors and subjects' demographic attributions. The data were analyzed by Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, factor analysis, cluster analysis, $x^2$ test, ANOVA and Duncan's multiple range test, using SPSS program. The results are as follows. First, 5 factors were emerged on clothing shopping orientation. Second, women consumers are segmented into 4 types(conspicuous, convenient, pleasurable, and unconcerned type) by clothing shopping orientation. Third, each consumer type divided by age variable showed some important differences on demographic characteristics and various clothing purchasing behaviors. Therefore, the results of this study support that clothing shopping orientation can be useful as one of the effective differentiated variables to segment women consumer market and age variable has important mediate effects on the differences of clothing purchasing behaviors by clothing shopping orientation type.
To improve the competitiveness of the hospital provides high quality medical services in a hospital coordinator role is emphasized. This study on customer orientation of the role ambiguity in order to identify the impact of degree of customer orientation were analyzed for demographic differences. Dependent variable, customer orientation affects role ambiguity as independent variables, and regression analysis were set. And the control variables are set to support situational factors, customer orientation on the role ambiguity and hierarchical regression analysis was performed. Obtained through empirical results are as follows: First, according to the demographic characteristics of the hospital coordinator customer orientation, the difference between gender and medical subjects are not shown. Age, education, work experience, job title, and the hospital on the pattern of customer orientation has shown a difference. Second, according to the hospital coordinator role ambiguity about its impact on customer orientation analysis can be a role implementation, job implementation, opinion communication in achieving customer orientation was negatively affected. Third, role ambiguity, and customer orientation factors for the moderating effects of organizational support for the role of customer orientation can role implementation, job implementation, opinion communication was a statistically significant. Fourth, the role ambiguity factors and customer orientation for the administrative support for the moderating effect of customer orientation and role implementation is significant, but job implementation, opinion communication were statistically significant. Fifth, the role ambiguity factors and customer support for customer orientation and customer orientation for the moderating effects of role performance and the opinion communication was not statistically significant. However, job implementation was statistically significant. The limitations of this study are as follows: First, role ambiguity, situational factors and support due to limitations of the variable factors that may affect the customer orientation of a number of factors were excluded. So many exogenous variables in the measurement process can affect. Second, the variables measured as problems of self-assessment by the variable measuring the respondent's bias may occur. Third, This study is difficult to generalize. In other words, several areas of the province conducted by the empirical results of the survey as a limit on the overall generalization can follow.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of housewives’sense of ancestral service and behavior and to verify the how housewives’value orientation affects the sense of ancestral service and behavior. The data are collected from 393 housewives in urban. The statistics used for the analysis are Cronbach’$\alpha$, Frequency, Percentage, Mean, SD, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results are summarized below: First, among the variables, degree of fate-control orientation is the most, on the contrary, material orientation is the lowest. Second, value orientation variables that affect sense and behavior of ancestral service are material orientation and gender equilibrium orientation. Third, the behavior of ancestral service is more traditional than sense of ancestral service. Fourth, cause-and-effect variable which affect behavior of ancestral service are education level, religion(Buddhism, Catholicism), employment status, number of children, health, daughter in -law’s ranking, sense of ancestral service, and value orientation, which affect the direct or direct and indirectly. Especially sense of ancestral service variable is the most important mediation one. We expect further studies on the sense of ancestral service and behavior with precise scale and sampling.
The purpose of this study is to investigate (1) the level of childrens' concern and behavior on the environmental preservation, (2) the influential factors related to the two dependent variables above mentioned. The subjects were 286 childrens, in October, 1997, in kwangju. The data obtained were analyzed by Mean, Person's correlation, Stepwise Regression and Path Analysis. The major findings were as follows: 1) The general tendency of the childrens' concern and behavior on the environmental preservation was over the average level. 2) According to the background variables(ie: environment information contracting time, family cohesion and adaptability, biospheric orientation, egoistic orientation), the childrens' concern on the environment was significantly different. 3) According to (1) the background variables(ie: environment information contracting time, family cohesion and adaptability, concern on the environment, biospheric orientation), (2) intermediated variable(ie: concern on the environment), the childrnes' behavior on the environmental preservation was significantly different. 4) The indirect variable of the positive influence for childrnds' behavior on the environment, environment information contracting time. The indirect variable of the negative influence for childrens' the environmental behavior was egoistic orientation.
Purpose - The study investigates the role of authenticity of B2B salespersons has on their consultative selling competence. The study also examines the mediating effect of customer orientation between the authenticity of B2B salespersons and their consultative selling competence, as well as the moderating role of trust in the buyer-seller exchange. Design/methodology/approach - This research utilized a covariance-based structural equation model technique. The study assessed the research model's moderation effects through a stepwise approach, which allowed for an examination of the moderating effect of trust in the buyer-seller relationship. Findings - As a result of structural equation analysis, this study found that the authenticity of B2B salespersons influences their consultative selling competence by mediating their customer orientation significantly. In addition, trust in the buyer-seller exchange plays a significant role as a moderating variable between customer orientation and competitive selling competence, but it is not significant as a moderating variable between the authenticity and customer orientation of B2B salespersons. Research implications or Originality - This research proposed the role of authenticity of the B2B salesperson as a key factor in the trust-based relationship and a key variable of consultative selling competence. The study has taken the research on the authenticity of the B2B salesperson one step further from the study of authenticity of the brand and the company's leadership.

This Study Investigates Whether R&D Capabilities and Market Orientation have Significant Effects on Product Innovation Performance in Order to Enhance Customer Value and Technology Innovation Competitiveness Considering the Characteristics of Rapidly Changing Semiconductor Industry. In other Words, as in the Research Model, the Purpose of this Study is to Investigate the Causal Relationship between the Independent Variable, R&D Capability and Market Orientation, on Product Innovation Performance, which is a Dependent Variable, through the Moderating Variable of Technological Innovation Orientation. For this Study, we Conducted a Questionnaire Survey on the Employees of Development Companies in the Semiconductor Industry and Finally Collected 118 Valid Questionnaires. The Collected Data was Analyzed by Multiple Regression Analysis with Demographic Characteristics as Control Variable and Hierarchical Regression Analysis was Conducted with the Moderating Effects of Technological Innovation Orientation. The Results Showed that the Higher the R&D Intensity and the External Network Capacity, the Higher the Product Innovation Performance. Also, the Product Innovation Performance was Higher than the Customer Orientation and Competitor Orientation Among the Market Orientation. In Addition, only R&D Capability Confirms that Technology Innovation Orientation is Moderated. The Result of this Study is to Improve Understanding of R&D Capability and Market Orientation in Creating of Product Innovation Performance of Semiconductor Companies and to offer Valuable Research Data in Empirically Supporting that Technological Innovation Orientation is an Important Moderating Factor in Creating Firm's Product Innovation Performance and Sustainable Competitive Advantage.

The goal of this study is to compare entrepreneurial orientation of both countries' students and to compare the effect of individualism on developing entrepreneurial orientation of both countries. In order to achieve this goal, this study will conduct two analysis. Firstly, the comparative study on entrepreneurial orientation of both students will be implemented by conducting F-test and t-test. Secondly, the regression analysis between an independent variable - individualism - and dependent variables - innovativeness, internal locus of control, and entrepreneurial orientation - will be conducted in order to compare the effect of individualism on developing entrepreneurial orientation. Prior to implementation of two analysis, this study has implemented the survey to Korean and Chinese university students to estimate entrepreneurial orientation and a cultural variable to influence entrepreneurial orientation. The question of survey is divided into two parts - individual entrepreneurial orientation including internal locus of control and innovativeness and a cultural variable, individualism. As other precedent comparative studies of Chines and Korean potential entrepreneurship concluded, Chinese students have shown higher entrepreneurial orientation than Korean students. However, on the contrary to prior studies on cultural factors and entrepreneurship, only Chinese students' entrepreneurial orientation is influenced by individualism. Any dependent variables of Korean students were not affected by individualism variable.

This research aims to examine the relationships among entrepreneurial orientation, organizational learning capability, firm innovation, and firm performance. To achieve a data collection, a mail survey procedure via questionnaire was implemented by using executives or managers of gems & jewelry industries, textile and clothing industries, leather and accessories, fashion apparel industries in Thailand as the key informants. Of the surveys completed and returned, 388 were usable. Hence, a model with a structural equation was used to evaluate the data survey of 388 respondents. The results reveal that, in terms of the mediating effect, organizational learning capacity and firm innovation can complement each other in order to improve entrepreneurial orientation. Findings show that entrepreneurial orientation improves firm innovation, which in turn improves firm efficiency. Firm innovation acts as a variable mediating between enterprise orientation and firm performance. Our findings contribute to the current emergence of organizational learning capacity that mediated the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance. Entrepreneurial orientation is normally a firm performance that enterprises develop which can have use the information available and make an impact. It can be considered through the mediation of organizational learning capability, and firm innovation variable and as stated in previous literature, it can influence firm performance.

The orientation space representation is constructed by treating the orientation parameters, which Gabor filters can be turned, as a continuous variable. The problem of multiple orientation line segmentation is dealt with by thresholding 3D images of the orientation space and then detecting the connected components therein. In this way, X-junctions and T-junctions are able to be separated effectively. Experimental results are presented using synthesized image.
The purpose of this study is to propose an effective leadership in the hospital management by analyzing the relationship of the effect of the specialty hospital CEO's leadership on the employees' organizational effectiveness as well as the customer orientation, and the mediation effects of the organizational effectiveness on the relation between hospital CEO's leadership and the customer orientation. The questionnaires of the survey targeting the 99 specialty hospitals were collected that 786 copies of them were utilized in analysis. The major outcomes of the research can be summarized as follows. Firstly, transformational leadership of specialty hospital CEO generally has the greater impact on the employees' job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention than his transactional leadership. Secondly, the most important sub-variable of specialty hospital CEO leadership affecting the organizational effectiveness of the employees are charisma of transformational leadership and contingent reward of transactional leadership. Thirdly, the sub-variable of specialty hospital CEO leadership which has the greatest impact on customer orientation of employees is the active management-by-exception of transactional leadership. Fourthly, the sub-variables in the organizational effectiveness such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment and the turnover intention of hospital employees play mostly the partial mediation role between the customer orientation of employees and the leadership of a specialty hospital CEO. This means that the more the organizational effectiveness of specialty hospital employees improves, the more the customer orientation does. Thus, specialty hospital CEOs need to pay attention to the sub-variables in organizational effectiveness so as to improve the customer orientation of the employees. To explore further the nature of the effect of hospital leadership in the future, apart form the variables of the organization effectiveness used in this study to improve the customer orientation of employees through the leadership of the specialty hospital CEO, the research to identify other factors which have greater influence and explanatory power will be needed.
