$^{11}B MAS NMR$ spectra of binary glass system $xV_2O5-B_2O_3$ and ternary glass system $xV_2O5-B_2O_3-yNa_2O$ (x = $V_2O_5 mol%/$B_2O_3$ mol%, y = $Na_2O$ mol$/$B_2O_3$ mol%) were acquired. $BO_3$ units are dominant components in the spectra of $xV_2O_5-B_2O_3$glass systems while both $BO_3$ and $BO_4$ unit appear in comparable amounts in the spectra of $xV_2O_5-B_2O_3-yNa_2O$ glass systems. More $BO_3$ units were monitored for higher $V_2O_5$ contents while more $BO_4$ unit for higher $Na_2O$ contents. Quadrupole parameters such as $e^2qQ$ and $\eta$ obtained form spectral simulation indicate that $e^2qQ$ has a maximum value at x = y 1 and $\eta$ decreases and increases as x or y grows, respectively. Our results suggest that $V_2O_5$ and $Na_2O$ play opposite roles in the ternary glasses.

Supply chain in service sector has been established on the premise that firms need to manage their process uncertainties to satisfy customers in an efficient manner. Information sharing and synchronization play key roles in minimize uncertainties from their involved supply chain. The duality of customers being inputs providers as well as consumers, differentiates service supply chains from manufacturing and is a challenging issue to traditional supply chain management. The service supply chain is a structured network which should be managed with supply chain theory and principles. Various key operations need to be carried out through a highly integrated and collaborated service supply chain and supporting information hub. The purpose of this paper is to present the issues and key components in the service supply chain, where the repetitive service is provided along the value chain, such as tourism, restaurant, mega-sized hospital supply chain.

In this paper, UPnP Network SaaS model has been studied. Currently, this model of UPnP Network and the trade mission is being used by outsourcing. From now on, the introduction of new trading systems and existing systems and the commercialization of this model as a UPnP network service connection should work. The future of UPnP network SaaS model will become commercially available software, commercial software can be accessed remotely via the Internet should be. Customer site activities must be managed from a central location. Application software architecture, pricing, partnerships, management should not include the character models. N should be the model. When used in small and medium enterprises have a very high value.

Recently attention deficit of children has caused various social problems. Those children who has symptoms like ADHD (Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) has to be provided with methods which can enhance their attention level in a child-friendly way such as 3D games. This paper shows a research on how to measure the level of attention for attention deficit children using their favorite 3D games. Firstly, we speculated on the methods about attention measurement used in the medical area. And then we searched measurement variables which can effectively evaluate the level of attention during a game play time. Secondly, we have conducted experiment whether there exists difference about the value of the measurement variables between the two groups, normal children group and attention deficit children group. Those variables are omission error, commission error, average response time, and standard deviation of response time. Though our experiment has only been limited to visual attention level, four measurement variables revealed mutual differences.

This study attempted to compare and analyze metaverse platforms according to their functions. The five metaverse platform was selected and comparatively analyzed through in-depth interviews with experts. As a result of the research, first, Roblox allows you to create and customize your own avatar, provides studio functions for free, and allows you to enjoy private games with friends. Second, Zepeto can create an avatar with one selfie and provides a creative studio function. Third, in Fortnite, it is possible to create in-game characters, purchase and wear items provided in the game, and play games with friends in Creative Mode. Fourth, in Gather Town, networking with users in virtual space is possible, and your own avatar customization and desired virtual space template are provided. Finally, Facebook Horizon participates in the virtual world Horizon with its own avatar that you decorate yourself, and it can function as a world builder, and you can set up a billboard in virtual reality or a virtual store. The value of this study provided a theoretical basis that can be applied to the future industry through the characteristics of the metaverse platform.

Under copyright law, the writer' work is clearly protected, and any later producer who wishes to mount a copyrighted play or musical must obtain a license from the author, which may involve sharing royalties from the subsequent production with the author. Generally, directors do not explicitly enjoy similar legal protection for their creative input into a finished production. This Article explores the unsettled issue of copyright protection for stage direction in America. Firstly, it presents a few lawsuits on behalf of stage direction issues. It examines whether stage directions are possible for copyright protection through some pieces of articles. It looks at the contract form made by SSDC which is national labor union representing stage directors and choreographers. After all, I insist we acknowledge the copyright law and the value of copyright protection for stage directors' creative input into a performing arts production. We should devise the contract forms for stage directors which are to be applicable for each situations of productions.

Recently, as the non-face-to-face environment has developed due to COVID-19 and environmental pollution, the importance of online digital healthcare is increasing, and venture start-ups and activities such as health care, telemedicine, and digital treatments are also actively underway. This study conducted the impact on the acceptability of digital healthcare smartwatches with an integrated approach of the expanded integrated technology acceptance model (UTAUT2) and the behavioral inference model (BRT). The most advanced integrated technology acceptance model for innovative technology acceptance research was used to identify major factors such as utility expectations, social effects, convenience, price barriers, lack of alternatives, and behavioral intentions. For the study, about 410 responses from ordinary people in their teens to 60s across the country were collected, and based on this, the hypothesis was verified using structural equations after testing reliability and validity of the data. SPSS 23 and AMOS 23 were used for research analysis. Studies have shown that personal innovation has a significant impact on the reasons for acceptance (use value, social impact, convenience of use), attitude, and non-use (price barriers, lack of alternatives, and barriers to use). These results are the same as the results of previous studies that confirmed the influence of the main value of innovative ICT on user acceptance intention. In addition, the reason for acceptance had a significant effect on attitude, but the effect of the reason for non-acceptance was not significant. It can be analyzed that consumers are interested in new ICT products and new services, but purchase them more carefully and selectively. This study has evolved from the acceptance analysis of general-purpose consumer innovation technology to the acceptance analysis of consumer value in smartwatch digital healthcare, which is a new and important area in the future. Industrially, it can contribute to the product's purchase and marketing. It is hoped that this study will contribute to increasing research in the digital healthcare sector, which will play an important role in our lives in the future, and that it will develop into in-depth factors that are more suitable for consumer value through integrated approach models and integrated analysis of consumer acceptance and non-acceptance.

To obtain the fundamental data on the nutritional value of protein for fresh meat, it was per- formed the distribution of Tl(trypsin indigestible substrates) and the apparent in vitro protein digestibility in 8 species of dark-fleshed fishes and8 species of white-fleshed fishes which were consumed in Korea popularly. It was also investigate the changes in VBN and TBA value during frozen storage at $-10^{\circ}C$on the purpose of assaying the antinutritional factors that affect on apparent in vitro protein digestibility or Tl forming. Tl content in dark-fleshed fishes were varied with their species, ranged from 0.02 to 0.17 mg/g. using the method by Hamerstrand, while that in white-fleshed fishes was almost same, ranged from 0.10 to 0.26 mg/g. For all the fresh fish samples, however, the apparent in vitro protein digestibility were showed the value from 83 to 83%. In comparison with the parts of pacific mackerel, viscera had the most abundant Tl content as much as 0.3m g/g, while a trace was noted for skin and dark muscle had more Tl content than ordinary muscle based on the method by Hamerstrand. The apparent in vitro protein digestibility for all samples was dropped but the changes of VBN and TBA were retested the similar tendency with the increasing Tl content during frozen storage at $-10^{\circ}C$. Therefore, it could be concluded that Tl contbnt and apparent in vitro protein digestibility were affected by its freshness and fat oxidation and that, especially, fat was assumed to play an important role on apparent in vitro protein digestibility.

This study aims to explore the benefits and extension's role with farmers' markets in USA. This study was conducted by literature review and case study. They help establish connections between consumers and food producers, provide an additional income source for farmers. and in general, serve as a tool for community development. First, from education to advocacy, from research to advising, extension educators have multiple roles to play in promoting the growth of farmers' markets. Second, it is essential that extension engage others who are interested in seeing the markets succeed and create opportunities for such groups to make the market unique in their given communities. Third, extension promotes farmers' markets through the creation and dissemination of how-to publications. These publications typically include tips about having a market establishing a prominent and easily accessible market location, and offering a sufficient product variety to ensure consumer satisfaction. Fourth, efforts by extension offices are already paying off for consumers, vendors, and communities. Involving those who will purchase as well as produce the foods sold at who will purchase as well as produce the foods sold at farmers' markets should diversify the audience extension educators reach. Fifth, extension educators can aid in this effort by encouraging farmers' market vendors to diversify their of offerings and to produce and sell value-added products. Sixth, many extension offices offer guides to the direct marketing venues in their counties, such as farmers' markets, pick your own operations, roadside stands, and community supported apiculture farms. Once such a guide is produced. extension educators can distribute it at workshops and inform local media about the guide so that they can publicize it. Seventh, extension educators should seek to involve those groups who can collaborators could include community economic development organizations, consumer groups, churches, food banks, land preservation organizations, school, farmers' organizations, and other community groups. Eighth, extension educators can also contribute to the improvement of existing markets by offering workshops for vendors in business management, advertizing, marketing, bookkeeping, personnel management, and food preservation. Ninth, farmer's market also provide an opportunity for extension to have face-to face communication with farmers. Tenth, if farmers' markets are well managed, these markets can provide economic, nutritive, educational, social and psychological benefits to venders and the community.

Mast cells play an important role in the pathophysiologlcal changes observed in acute cutaneous and inflammatory diseases In order to see whether Kum-Hwang-San has an influence on mast cell- mediated immediate cutaneous reactions, the author has undertaken an animal study. Ears of mice were treated with a compound 48/80 solution topically at 30 min after the cutaneous application of Kum-Hwang-San. At each point, an ear swelling response was measured with a digimatic thickness micrometer. Ear swelling response induced by compound 48/80 was significantly suppressed dose-dependently by Kum-Hwang-San 30 min before topical application as compared with that in nonapplicated control mice, and the value returned to normal levels by 120 min. Compound 48/80- induced mast cell degranulation by Kum-Hwang-San was also remarkably decreased in accordance with the suppression in ear swelling response. Kum-Hwang-San dose-dependently inhibited histamine release from the rat peritoneal mast cells activated by compound 48/80. Another way to test acute cutaneous reaction is to induce passive cutaneous anaphylactic reaction. Kum-Hwang-San significantly inhibited passive cutaneous anaphylactic reaction activated by anti-dinitrophenyl IgE on both topical application and intradermal injection. Kum-Hwang-San also inhibited histamine release from the rat peritoneal mast cells induced by anti-DNP IgE. This study provides evidence that Kum-Hwang-San will be beneficial in the treatment of acute cutaneous diseases.
